Food and ambiance were great! The reason for the one star is because of the service unfortunately. My family and I came in and were not greeted for a while and the attitude of the server was not friendly at all. We received the appetizer before we even got drinks :( the server was not seen very often but I think she was busy so that was understandable. The worst part was when we need something, my mom nicely asked the bartender for ketchup and she just pointed and said "server". That was extremely rude and the bartender had one guest sitting at bar.... She was literally standing there doing nothing and was drinking her water bottle. You guys may want to add a second bartender cause she acted too busy to do a small simple task. I would like to mention we never got the ketchup, by the time the server came back which was about 10 minutes later we were already done eating, we just got boxes because we no longer wanted to be there. This was also my moms birthday celebration and we didn't even feel comfortable telling the server because the vibes were not very good here:( Overall it was a very cute space and food was delicious! The flavor of the salsa was the perfect blend of spice and flavor and really brought all the veggies together. I ordered the lemonade which was cold and refreshing, perfect for a hot day! The waitress was super nice and attentive. I really dug the whole western decor and art work of the restaurant. It had this feel of an old, rustic vibe, but in a contemporary setting. Highly recommend the namesake Snakebite burger - a double smash patty slathered in *wait for it* bone marrow butter. The combination I never knew I needed but will always want from now on. The Western was INSANE too with tender pork belly atop the already killer burger. The street corn appetizer was spicy and delicious. Homemade Bourbon Apple Cinnamon pie was a big hit. On your way out, stop and play some billiards, sip Mezcal and hang out at the bar, or cement your memories of a fantastic desert night with their photo booth. I remember ordering my first "snakebite" on my trip to the United Kingdom in my 20s. Not a fan of beer at the time, a snakebite was tolerable, made with equal parts lager and cider (or blackcurrant cordial) and sweeter, making beer go down more easily. Snakebite Roadhouse is sweet & goes down easily, primarily as a bar or place to meet up with friends. They have desert aesthetics down, with wall murals, a pool table and friendly staff. It's clean, dark, attractive space. I'm not sure if they have a full liquor menu yet, as we noticed mainly beer & wine. Unfortunately, for us its a 3 star spot as a restaurant. Our meal was disappointing. We ordered a shrimp, tortilla chips and salsa appetizer. The salsa was just okay (tasted premade, watery) and there were four large shrimp. I ordered a cod sandwich that we were told would be 'fantastic" but wasn't: an upgrade from a McDonalds filet of fish sandwich, with a packaged bun & two (previously frozen) cod fillets. The smashed patty bbq burger had a good menu description, but was described by my burger loving husband as a "premium Arby's type of burger." Premium restaurant pricing, but Snakebite didn't deliver on an upscale food experience. One exception was a delicious apple pie slice, exceptionally good, from local Boo's Organic Oven. Though the food didn't wow us (except the pie), the bar at Snakebite is worth checking out. Averaging the 3-star for food, & 4 to 5 for the bar: rounding up to 4 stars. We'd come back for drinks & a game of pool, but would skip a meal, settling instead for a slice of pie. read more

What a great dive - the perfect combo of great drinks, delicious food, and unique ambiance come together at Snakebite. They've got a great menu (including some surprisingly great pastas) and great activities throughout the month, like line dancing and karaoke. They service was 10/10 and there's a great amount of seating, including in the diner car, which is like taking a trip back in time. This place is a nice respite from the heat providing shade and some cold beers to cool you down. They also have a vintage/historic pool table inside. SHOUTOUT to the hype women of the Snakebite Roadhouse! I am very aware of the impact that a party of 14 can have on a restaurant, but as soon as we walked in, we were greeted so supportively by the incredible hostess, bartenders and servers. They were all in to hype up our bride to be and kind in getting us set up for our large party dinner. We enjoyed our meal out on the patio and everything was delicious. Portions were huge so we definitely could have shared a few dishes, especially the pastas. The hamburgers were rich and tasty! That wagyu butter was gourmet and made for a melt in your mouth treat.
