Do not place a catering or a sandwich platter from this location. I had a catering order, that was to be picked up at 12:15 pm. All of the sandwiches were soggy and frankly, inedible. Avoid this location if you can. read more

Delicious post plane ride sandwich. Came in mid day on a Tuesday. My order was ready in less than 5 minutes. 7" Turkey & Swiss with mustard, hot peppers, lettuce, pickle, seasoning, oil and avocado hit the spot, really enjoyed the fresh crunch of the bread. Will go back! read more

Hey... got invited to the soft opening for this location for free meals for two people. After the sandwich, salad, drinks and chips. The comp value was over $30. This place was was packed but I was surprised to get my food faster than the Evans location. All the managers from the area pitching in? Food order is taken by two registers and prepped in the back but you can view the action if you want to be nosy (haha). There is plenty of free parking shared by other businesses in this complex. Kinda rare thing around here. Yeah, the free parking. My usual 7 inch Italian with everything on was excellent as usual and also first trial at Greek salad. Surprised to find the pickled eggs with it. Thanks for opening another location and hoping for Parker Snarf's soon! read more

$40 for two combo sandwhiches... bread was either over 3 days old or just made bland- bread was also majority of the meal... the soda we filled ourselves from the fountain was flat... I'd bring it to there attention to fix but our order was to go and didn't realize till we got home how crummy everything was... Back to pricing, $40 for two combo sandwhiches that were OKAY at best and they have the "would you like to leave a tip" question as you're finishing the transaction but they can't even put your food in a bag to go... I'd gladly pay the $40 if your food was fresh, soda wasn't flat, and I'll leave a tip if you can bag the food.... Not worth it... Jersey mikes is half the price and better quality. read more

The sandwiches here were just okay. Probably wouldn't go again even though it's close to our place. Maybe we just got the wrong sandwiches, but they were...bland? I'm not sure. We got the Italian Supreme and the Buffalo Chicken. The chicken on the latter sandwich needs seasoning or breading or something. read more

Snarf's at 1st and Adams in Cherry Creek dropped the ball on a large catering order today. If my company spends over $500, I should reasonably expect to 1) receive all of my items, 2) have any mistakes rectified, and 3) not be treated rudely by supervisory staff when asking a mistake they made to be rectified. First, my order was placed yesterday afternoon for an 11:30 delivery this morning. We did not receive several items in our order and contacted the store to let them know we needed those sent over. While on the phone with an employee to fix this, supervisor Josy is in the background mocking me over what was missing. To their credit, they assured me they would remake what was missing and re-deliver. We did receive the missing items after about 45 minutes in a re-delivery. But re-delivery is apparently not an option when they made a significant mistake on one of their items. We ordered a meatball sub with peppers and lettuce, but no mayo. The employee does not eat mayo, yet the meatball sandwich arrived with a healthy amount of mayo on it. When this was brought to supervisor Josy's attention and the request for delivery was made, she refused. "You had a big order, we can't be expected to get everything, and we've already sent two deliveries to you. You can come pick it up or we'll refund you." Meanwhile, my employee now has to make other arrangements for lunch that they expected Snarf's to correctly provide. Josy hung up on me twice, then processed the refund without authorization to do so. This might have been a good experience, even with the mistakes in delivery and general state of the sandwiches we received if not for management. I won't trust this location to get a large order right, or to make it right when it is done incorrectly. Professionalism and customer service are definitely not the order of the day at 1st and Adams in Cherry Creek, and certainly not with Josy. read more

Love when we get invited to the VIP events with snarfs! My boyfriend and I love snarfs and all of the options they have! This location is in the downtown cherry creek area in a little strip mall section. There is a small parking lot in front of it, so if you can get a spot there, that's ideal! If not, there is plenty of street parking around. This time I decided to try one of their salads and my boyfriend tried their egg salad sandwich. Both were amazing! Super fresh and tasty. Always love their brewed tea options, too. I think this is a perfection location for them! They will definitely be getting a lot of traffic coming in! read more

I ordered a sandwich ahead of time to be picked up at 11:15. When I arrived I asked the woman at the counter if they had any online orders ready. She said no. I figured no big deal it's only 11:30 they are busy. But, when it got to be 11:50 I asked again and the woman said I don't know I just make the food. Ok. I asked the woman at the register and she said it will be a wait because of how busy they are. Well I don't have time to wait. I have to get back to work. They gave me a refund and she apologized but it was such a waste of time and now I'm hungry. Maybe they need more staff or figure out a better system. There are a lot of people who order here for lunch so you need to do something. The sandwiches are good but maybe not for lunch. read more

I use to love snarf's sandwiches. I place an order for 2 people 2-3 times a week, but i am done. Not sure what is wrong with the employees (I can guess) but twice they have sent sandwiches with only lettuce, tomato and mayo. Seriously, why would I pay $17 (plus shipping and tip) for a lettuce tomato sandwich. An area manager assured me he would talk to the manager of the location, but obviously that has done no good. I could try another snarfs location further away but at this point I think I am just done with Snarfs. Off to find a new sandwich shop. read more

Ordered over the phone, was told it would take 10 minutes. Waiting there for over an hour. One sandwich was just cheese on toasted bread, completely missing all of the ingredients. The other had missing and wrong ingredients as well. read more

I went to Snarfs today for lunch. I think Snarfs has one of the best sandwiches in town and was excited to pick up something close to work. When I entered, there were at least 20 people waiting for a sandwich after ordering. A woman took my order, but did not give any indication of how long it would take for my single sandwich to be ready. 30 minutes later, there were still 15 people waiting ahead of me. I had to leave to get back to my classroom at school and asked the woman who took my order to cancel the sandwich. She did not apologize for the wait. I asked if she could either refund my card or give me a gift card to come back. She said she could not give me a gift card but could refund me if I wrote down all of my credit card information on a post-it. I did not feel comfortable leaving that information with her and ultimately left. Next time the store is backed up so significantly, it may be helpful to let customers know that there is an extended wait so we can plan accordingly. read more

I LOVE Snarfs!! I regularly go to Snarfs and am excited to report this one is living up to standards! Been twice since they opened in late February and each time my complicated sandwich is made accurately, workers are nice, and the place is clean/has a good atmosphere. Online orders were completed at the requested time. Good prices, good food and great portion sizes. Food is good, but efficiency is awful. It's a new location so gave benefit of the doubt the first time my online order came out 45 mins after the expected time on the confirmation (over an hour after I ordered it). Tried again a month later, hoping they worked out some of the kinks. New signs on the wall saying to pick up online orders at the cashier, stood in line for 15 mins to get there, then had the clueless cashier walk me right back to the window where I started. At least the sandwich was only 15 mins after the expected time this time around. Improvement? yes. Acceptable for a quick lunch sandwich shop? no. At least at cheba hut you expect them to move excruciatingly slow. read more

Slow--took my entire lunch hour just tp grab a sandwich. Expensive. $20 for a single person to eat lunch is pretty steep, especially for a sub shop. Staff was also very rude. They get annoyed if you ask questions and just sorta herd you through like cattle. read more
