Lots of seating and the restrooms are usually pretty clean as well. -parking is only a few spots and is full usually but you can street park nearby- Food wise we got French toast, the barbacoa chile verde Benedict, and the three egg omelet. Super delicious. The barbacoa tasted especially good this day. But the coffees(though usually super good) were a bit average this time. I think it is a much better option for a breakfast restaurant than most others I've tried in Houston as it has more options and way better flavor. read more

A friend took me here for breakfast while I'm traveling to Houston for possible cancer treatment. Very family friendly environment lots of little kids having a blast. Service was fast. The restaurant is very clean, including the bathroom. I asked them if they had pecan pancakes, which they did not but my waiter Dorian (I think that's him name. Jet lag is real!!!!!) said he could have them make pecan pancakes for me. Yay! Pancakes made from fresh ingredients. The best hot chocolate with whipped cream that I've ever had anywhere in the United States. I know they had Vermont maple syrup all the way in Texas. The bacon was delicious not some frozen food joint where they reheat everything. Everything was fresh and made from scratch. So good!!! I was on a Saturday morning, which I thought would be insane, but even though it was busy, they sat us right away. I have indoor and outdoor receiving nice air condition for this humid weather. One of the general managers. I think his name was, Lance was very friendly as well and I thanked him for the great service there and the excellent food and he gave me a card with a coupon for a free pancake. The next time I come back. I can't find that in a chain restaurant. Try it you won't be disappointed. P.S. They also had delicious fresh fruit. I have previously visited this franchise out in Colorado and it was amazing. As expected this location in Houston definitely holds up their end of the bargain. Service was quick and they got us seated within 2 Mins. Hostess's and our waitress were amazing and very attentive to all our wants and needs. Parking lot was filled so we had to park on the side streets close by and walk on over. Location is across a Walgreens and close to a 24 hour emergency center. Environment was very nice and crowd and ambiance was casual and good setting for breakfast. As for the food, I ordered Juan's breakfast Tacos. They were pretty good and I enjoyed it although it didn't come with any protein. You have the option to add it for an additional cost, but it was enjoyable with just the eggs, cheese, and tomatoes. Really hit the spot and paired it with some lemonade which made it even better. Glad that we went to visit this spot again at different location and state. Definitely shows that the franchise continues to provide great service and quality food. read more

Service was quick and the staff were very nice, felt welcoming. Such a good breakfast place, it's always a hit. The avocado toast was not the best one I've had but it's still very good because of the innovated foods that were added into it like sweet onions, I've never had something like that but it pairs nicely. It definitely stood out and is something to get, it's good. The toast was good but the side "salad" was very bare, they were just leaves with some tomatoes....no dressing or spice. My friend got a pancake flight. These pancakes were the best pancakes I've ever had at a restaurant, they were so fluffy and not soggy at all, even after the sauces on them. My favorite was the blueberry jam one. The atmosphere is like a normal breakfast place but more lively and lovely. read more

I ordered the Pineapple Upside Down pancakes and a side sausage patty. The pancakes were HUMUNGOUS and reasonably priced for specialty pancakes. The sausage threw me off a bit because I expected PATTIES (at least 3) for $5.25. The sausage patty is sizeable and delicious but still too expensive for my liking. Tried and true! I've been coming here since they first opened in Montrose- the wait times are much shorter now that there are more locations. Snooze is one of the few places that has brunch food 7 days a week and good brunch cocktails. My favorite items are the Sweet Potato Pancakes and Spuds Deluxe. Everything is good, though! I came here on a busy weekend morning with some gal pals and had a delicious brunch. Our party of 3 was enthusiastically greeted and seated in about 10 minutes. I tried the Benny Duo with the Bella! Benny and Pork Chile Verde Benny, OMG Toast, and blackberry limeade. The chile verde benny was tasty and not spicy at all. With ample pork, cheese, pico, cojita, and a delightful green chile sauce, this was one of the more unique breakfast foods I've tried, especially with the stack of tortillas it rested on. The Bella! Benny truly deserves the "!" designation with how tasty it was. Complete with a generous amount of proscuitto, cheese, arugula, parmesan, and balsamic glaze, this was a phenomenal dish. I also loved the toasted ciabatta it came on. The hashbrown puck that came with the dish was great to sop up the yummy sauce after I was done with the main entree. My friend and I also split an OMG! French Toast, which was an awesome sweet treat to compliment our savory meals. The combination of mascarpone, vanilla, caramel, strawberries, and coconut made this dish a winner in the world of french toast. Something I appreciate about this place was that they offered mocktails for a reasonable price. I enjoyed the refreshing blackberry limeade, with the actual blackberries in the drink being a nice flourish. The parking lot is pretty small, but there is street parking nearby. The pulled pork eggs Benedict was full of flavor and texture but the avocado one was a little bland and underwhelming after tasting the pork. My husband and I stopped by for brunch when we were visiting in Houston. We were promptly greeted by the hostess and seated. Our waitress was there immediately afterwards to take our drink order's, brought them back and then she was gone for a spell. When she finally returned, my husband ordered Shrimp and Grits and I ordered a sweet potato pancake (absolutely delicious ). I also had eggs over medium, bacon (the flavor..maple or something was exquisite) and hash browns. EVERYTHING was delicious, star lost for service. The food is tasty, especially if you like traditional American breakfast and brunch dishes and dessert-like pancakes. I used to love the pancake flight, but now it's a little too sweet. I love getting 1 pancake and 1 breakfast taco for a combo of sweet and savory. The breakfast tacos are delicious and hefty. You can definitely find higher culinary quality at other brunch restaurants in Houston though. The staff is friendly. I've been to snooze outside of Texas but let me tell you... service in Texas was so nice. From the moment we entered we felt so welcome and were immediately attended to. The waitress Jasmine was very sweet and gave great suggestions. The diner vibe was cool and so colorful. And the food!!!! It was so good as always. Their Benny duos are perfect for indecisive folks like me. I tried the hot chocolate and it was as perfect as I'd imagine it would be.
