Came here to have breakfast with friends. We were seated pretty quickly despite there being a little bit of a wait. The food and drinks were so good! Service was fast and speedy. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. It was a very comfortable, friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Main advice is to join the Yelp waitlist when you're on the way to Snooze. For a Saturday brunch, our wait was around 40 minutes once we checked in at the hostess stand, but it's a good area with other stores to shop in while you wait. We were sat outside and our server was really friendly, maybe as present as we needed sometimes, but that's to be expected with outdoor seating on a busy day. I ordered the corned beef hash and it was solid! It wasn't spectacular, but it hit all the notes I needed it to. The menu has so many options that there's something for everyone and I would come back to try something else out (maybe a breakfast burrito). I also think that some items rotate, which is good to know if you're someone who likes to look at the menu ahead of time.

Parking can be a challenge in the area but I found paid hourly parking on the street. Patio dining is available. Loved the wicked inspired interior, high ceilings, variety of seating (bar, round booth, traditional). The hostess was friendly and sat us immediately. Iggy (server) was attentive and great. All the food was amazing! I ordered- Hot Chai, I just wish it was served in a mug and not a glass. Super Greens drink, refreshing with just the right amount of sweet with a little kick Protein Trio Omelet was perfectly cooked with the right proportion of meat and cheese. Cinnamon pancakes were off the charts, I'm gonna dream about that yumminess! Great experience overall and looking forward to going back!

Another successful Snooze location in the heart of downtown Orange. Food is pretty good and competitively priced. Service is good, but you do have to hunt down servers during busy hours. Plenty of parking available around the downtown Orange area in the parking structures Food/Drink- 4.5 stars- everything was really solid and no complaints Pork belly benedict- I really enjoyed the sweetness and savoriness of the whole meal Pancake flight- basically a breakfast dessert. I enjoyed every one of the flavors, but loved the variety (it would get monotonous ordering just 1 of the pancakes as a whole entree) Service- 4 stars All the servers are professional and accommodating. It just can get busy during their rush hour where you have to fetch for service Bottom Line Excellent breakfast spot located in the heart of downtown Orange

Came here for brunch with a friend and it's been a while that I've had Snooze, but I'm glad I went! There was a 10 minute wait for a table as it was a weekend. The server was super kind and checked in throughout the meal. I got the snooze classic which came with 3 eggs, a choice of protein, hash browns and the choice of either toast or tortilla. It also came with a side of jam. The dish was $15.50 and was very filling! The food came out hot and paired really well with hot sauce.

The photo doesn't do it justice, but if you're gluten free you need to come get the GF chocolate chip pancakes! They don't have that "oh yea these are gluten free" taste which is so wonderful! Anyone who is GF understands this feeling!

Really just your standard American brunch/breakfast diner. They have a lot of interesting drinks though! Their always busy as well, but the line moves fast. Food came out quick and no complaints! I really enjoyed the tomato soup and grilled cheese! The blueberry pancakes also hit the spot! I tried my boyfriend's pancake flight, and would highly recommend the potato pancake. It sounds interesting/weird, but really has great flavor!!

DISCONNECTED & ODD. Upon arrival, I was a little perplexed by the service as all the team members seemed to be on a different page. I sat at the bar as it was the fastest seating option for a solo diner on a Sunday morning and noticed some interesting things. For one, my "waitress" disappeared and so I was handed off to a new one. My next waitress wasn't very attentive, but she was a little nicer and I could tell she was new. My whole experience was very awkward and left me unimpressed compared to other Snooze locations. I got a "kiss my feet" aura from some of the crew and that left a bad taste in my mouth. My only reason for giving this location a three-star rating is the food and lattes. My breakfast was amazing and my honey oat latte really hit the spot. I sat by a nice gentleman to my right, but we were both a bit out of our element due to the service. The bar/counter is great for a morning game, I got to see some events on the screen while waiting. Overall, the location is huge and has a plenty of room for multiple parties. I spotted an outdoor patio with shaded seating (at least it was shaded while I was there). You'll find this Snooze in Old Towne near Plaza Park. There's paid parking nearby, but it's totally walkable if you live nearby or find a free parking space elsewhere.

Superb brunch spot in the City of Orange - I stopped by with an old college buddy yesterday morning. He ordered a decaf coffee, I got my usual matcha latte, then ordered another as it was so good. For our food, I opted for avocado toast with a sunny side up egg and a side of avocado, he ordered a vegan scramble. The food was delicious and filling - perfectly made with fresh ingredients. Add in the warm and efficient service and reasonable prices, and this restaurant more than earned its 5 stars. Will be back!

Went to Snooze for a brunch/lunch affair to celebrate a birthday with family. Located in Old Towne OC, so try to come early so you have time to find adequate parking and join the Yelp waitlist to beat the crowd. Snooze gives retro diner vibes with modern health conscious/vegetarian options. Their Protein BLT Bowl (4.5/5) was oddly satisfying. I went in expecting to be still hungry after eating it, but the ratio of proteins, eggs, and spinach was perfect, delicious, and kept me full. I was happy to have tried Snooze and would be okay going again in the future!

It was my birthday breakfast :) Good morning yelpers ..... oooof this place was not a snooze :) .... A bit of a wait time for 10:15 am on Sunday superbowl. Not too bad though . Service was pretty quick and the server had wonderful suggestions . The decor is super cute but a bit tight in the booths for a party of 5 ... we made it work . The partner kept it safe by ordering the snooze special ... I think that's what it was called . He was jealous of what I had ordered ... my plate seemed more flavorful . I wanted to try this place knowing full well that the parking situation isn't the best. We ended up parking around the block, but the walk really wasn't bad at all. I came specifically for the Basil & The Bee Burrata Toast, and it did not disappoint. It's a toasted rustic bread with balsamic date spread, burrata, basil pesto, roasted tomatoes and a drizzle of Mike's Hot Honey. I asked for the toast to be extra crunchy since all the toppings can easily make it soggy, and they were happy to accommodate. The toast leans a little on the sweet side, but overall it was delicious and packed with a lot of great flavors in every bite. We also tried the Garden Harvest Omelet, which was quite good as well. It's cage-free eggs with sautéed asparagus, red onions, mushrooms, zucchini and red bell peppers, topped with chili-lime avocado, herbed cream cheese and served with greens, Dijon vinaigrette, Parmesan, and spiced pepitas. It felt light, fresh, and healthy overall.

This is a great place with a variety of dishes! We have been here over a dozen times and enjoy all the food and drinks we have had except for one exception. The one thing they seem to not be able to do is cook an egg over medium. Normally the egg white are not cooked fully and are still runny or they over do the yolk and and it's no longer juicy. We have ordered dishes with this problem numerous times and it is always the issue. Otherwise great place! read more

The thing that sets this place apart from all the others is the ability to join the waitlist on Yelp if you are within 5 miles of the location. First place I have seen use this feature and it is super convenient. I live locally and I will put my name down sometimes during peak hours on the weekend around 9am. It will tell me an approximate time before we are seated so my wife and I can take our time to get ready and to the restaurant. Normally we show up 5-10min before our name is called, we check in at the front and they seat us quickly. We always get looks from people who have been waiting for sometimes an hour on how quickly we're getting seated. Not many people know of this. Overall great tasting food and they serve free coffee while you wait, great addition to Orange Circle! read more

Came here on a Sunday around 10:30 am and was told that we wouldn't be seated until 12:10ish. Walked around, came back at 12:05 pm and was told that we'd be seated around 12:25 pm. At first I thought the wait was way too long, but surprisingly it was worth it! The pancakes were amazing (I specifically loved the pineapple one, as well as the chocolate chip one), and my burrito was a lot bigger than I thought would be and extremely filling. We also got watermelon lemonade, which was really refreshing. I'd probably come back for the pancakes with a reservation! read more

I went there for the first time today this morning and was hoping for something good it was nothing like that at the time I went it was packed and there were some tables opened and they asked me for how many I said for two but my buddy was a few minutes away from the restaurant so they said you had to wait to be seated till your buddy arrives so as I waited they were seating people before me and I noticed it was getting a little more busy and after the third party of people got seated before me I was getting upset and I asked to speak to the manager so the manager spoke with me and I asked why do I have to be waiting when others are being seated before me and he said to me it is only fair to the others that are here with their part complete to be seated first and as I was speaking to the manager my buddy arrived and I said there he is and the manager said well now you can be seated and I said I don't think it is good business to make a person wait unattended till their other person arrives it was upsetting and the manager said to me that's your opinion and I said I'll never come here to eat ever because of how this restaurant treated me . Stopped here for breakfast with family on Saturday morning May 14th, 2022. Loved every aspect it of it. Fresh quality food including the orange juice freshly squeezed. My omelette was sensational. There is always a really long wait at Snooze, but they do have the option of adding yourself to their online waitlist which can be super helpful! Service is great and the staff is consistently friendly and accommodating. Right now there is only outdoor seating, so they can't serve as many people as usual but it's still a nice atmosphere. The food options are extensive, and if you like eggs Benedict then this is definitely you're place! Downside is that their drinks are pricey beyond belief. My friend and I both ordered a mimosa and it was over $10 a piece. Won't be ordering alcohol here again but will return for the food! read more

Very disappointed. We came in hopes of enjoying a nice brunch, especially given the great reviews. The wait was long, almost 2.5. Luckily we checked-in in advance but still ended up having to wait an hour from the time we were told to check-in with a host. Once we finally got seated and placed our order it took an hour + to get the food. Meanwhile, our table was wobbly so we asked 3x for someone to help with no luck. We started with drinks. The oat milk + honey latte was fantastic. The mimosa was terrible. I was hoping to send it back, and asked the waitress why there was no fizz and she said it's just like that and no offer to replace the drink sadly. The food was decent, but after the long wait times we were quite annoyed and starved and it took away from the experience. We also had to ask multiple times for ketchup and hot sauce...which never came. For what we thought would be a fun lunch we left frustrated and wasted a lot of time. I'm not sure if the management read these or even cares but figured I would share my experience. read more

The TUSTIN location has been a great spot for 2+ years now. However the wait times do get crazy. Orange location is smaller and parking not quite as readily accessible. Tip ! Do not park in the spots in the back. Especially fork n salad. They are clearly marked and clearly for their customers. Highly recommend the corned beef hash and pancake of the day. It's always some disgustingly good concoction leaving your pancreas begging for mercy... Service was great on my 1st visit. So so on my 2nd, hence the 4 star. read more

In comparison to the location in Tustin, this location falls short. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming which is why I am giving 2 stars. We ordered the Snooze classic with a plain pancake and a cinnamon roll pancake. The bacon and the hash brown were soggy, the plain pancake was hardly memorable and the cinnamon roll pancake was good but obviously very sweet. Our server on both the occasions forgot our pancake. You can taste the difference in food quality between the two locations, even the jam for the toast falls short in Orange. read more

The Orange Snooze Eatery was amazing service for a Fathers Day!! All smiles from reservations to seating. We planned ahead. Knowing such a popular restaurant would have a wait. Well worth the wait. The manager Katie had a great smile & welcomed us! We loved everyone wearing the ties for Fathers Day. Rod was our server & was very efficient & a great attitude with smiles we loved. I've heard great things about Snooze so I was very excited to try it for the first time. We ordered 3 plates because we could not decide on only two. I was super excited to try the Double Benny because it gives you the choice to mix and match between two different Benny's. I tried the avocado & the Chile verde Benny while my boyfriend had the breakfast burrito and we shared the OMG French toast. The burrito was good, although the verde sauce looked much better than it tasted. However, I was a little disappointed with the Benny's. They just did not do it for me and both of the ones I ordered tasted like they were just missing so much flavor. The French toast was the best tasting plate out of the 3 we ordered. The price was a little high for the quality of the food. Not sure if I would recommend or return. I think this place might be a hyped up a little much. read more

My first time trying Snooze was take out (totally bad idea) I had order the O.M.G French toast. I had gone to pick up my order came home and not what I expected and I told my self I would never eat there, I would pass by and see the line and be like people swear! months later I've decided to try in person at the restaurant and WOW! This place has been on my radar for a while and I finally got out to give it a shot. I had the pineapple upside down pancakes and my grandparents split one of the eggs Benedict and had a side of the maple pepper bacon. Probably the most amazing breakfast food I've had in a long time. Tori was our server and she was the sweetest server I've ever had. She made sure we were all taken care of. The food was absolutely amazing and it was a super fun place my only complaint is that the table was a wobbly. But given that it was in the street understandable. She provided us a code and explained the time limit along with house rules. We were then told to knock on the door and proceed with the experience. Kudos to the owner as this is the only speakeasy in the OC that has a true speakeasy feel entrance. They had a gentleman open the peephole and ask for the entry code. Once we said the code we entered a really cool mine shaft area. The attention to detail was on point and I was impressed! We were then taken upstairs to a private bar where there are four tables of four so a max of 16. This makes sense as to why reservations are hard to come by. The only ding about seating is you are sat with strangers it is not a private table. Luckily we had a fun older couple at our table so it made the conversation more lively. Otherwise don't go here with an expectation of an intimate/ private date night. They also offer a limited food menu but looked very promising. However, we were here for a night cap so just dabbled in drinks. The bartender had a seasonal menu of 4 cocktails he created. He explained the drinks and then had us try each one with a straw. We then placed our order based on what we liked. He did say if we were not a fan he could create us our own personal cocktail as well. The old fashion he created was phenomenal! These are reasons why it didn't add up 1) empty seats inside but had a line since 3pm and beer was released at 4pm 2) I don't think the people going for younger would just order one beer and not try other RR beers? 3) only one guy working beer counter and having to clean the tables and make sandwiches? 4) 12 oz pours of beer and keg with about 1984 oz would make it 166 beers. No way they sold 166 beers in an hour with one person working the bar and shop empty in an hour. They could have posted on their instagram or socials that they sold out but failed to do so. I'm sure a lot of people all night were disappointed to see that they didn't have it or post anything about it.

Title: Horrendous Experience - Snooze's Pickup Process Needs a Revamp! I recently visited Snooze, breakfast eatery, to pick up an online order, and my experience was nothing short of a disaster. I feel compelled to share my experience on Yelp to warn others about their flawed pickup system and unprofessional service. To begin with, the process for picking up online orders at Snooze is disorganized and inconvenient. Patrons are expected to retrieve their orders from an unmonitored table in the restaurant. This chaotic setup led to the mishap that happened with my order. After waiting for well over 45 minutes alongside other patrons for our orders to be prepared, I discovered that my order had been taken by someone else. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they acted as though I had already collected my order and implied that there was nothing they could do. I found this response infuriating and incredibly unprofessional. The core issues with Snooze's service and their takeout process make it a place I will never order from again. I sincerely hope that they take customer feedback seriously and revamp their pickup system to avoid similar experiences for others in the future. We were initially headed to Urth Cafe before our usual pre-Disney trip, where we typically stick to our regular routine. However, the wait was too long, so we decided to try Snooze instead. This time, we were specifically drawn to the Snooze location close to Disney, a deviation from our usual routine of visiting other Snooze spots. Though there was a wait, we managed to secure two seats at the bustling bar. The decision was influenced by the enticing promotions I'd received and Snooze's reputation for a diverse menu, including gluten-free options--a definite plus for me. I opted for the breakfast tacos, while my partner indulged in the mammoth-sized breakfast burrito. The tacos were a delightful fusion of flavors and textures, thanks to the generous filling and sturdy corn tortilla. Despite the bar's frenetic pace, they remained tentative. I didnt realize how important these sites were until I asked my younger friend (20yrs younger) why is everyone taking pictures of their food? Probably to post it on yelp or instagram. Insta-who? Thats when i realized I should get with the times and understood that it's just as important to tell someone theyre doing a good job as it is to complain about the bad ones. So to whoever was cooking, did a great job! Everything was delicious. Im pretty old and those pancakes may have been the best I have ever have. Just dont tell my wife i said that. The location is great, my friend checked in ahead of time he said so we went past a waiting line of people. The prices were OK, but thats probably because I am used to everything costing a nickel and maybe because im just cheap. The service by the young lady was superb. Sarah (sara maybe) did a great job keeping the coffee topped off and I forgot what it was but something was wrong on the order and she had it handled in no time, good on ya! I had an excellent experience at Snooze last weekend for a birthday brunch I'm still thinking about! Everything single thing I tried was incredible. The Abri-Ca-Lav-Ra champagne cocktail with apricot liqueur, lavender, honey, and lemon juice was such a refreshing and delightfully complex riff on a typical mimosa. I had the Smashed Avocado Benny for my main and, wow--easily one of the best eggs Benedict I've ever had, and that's my typical brunch order. The smoked cheddar Hollandaise sauce and crispy Parmesan cheese took it to the next level. Every bite was perfect. I also got to try a bit of my friend's Signature Pancake Flight, and even though I'm not much for sweets, I really enjoyed how nuanced the flavors were. That Pineapple Upside Down pancake in particular will be something I remember for a long time. The service was fast, efficient, and kind, and the bright, retro look of the restaurant was very fun. As a regular patron of Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, I've had the pleasure of dining at the Orange and Irvine locations. While both establishments offer fantastic food and service, I must admit that the Orange location at 240 W Chapman Ave has a uniquely friendly atmosphere and overall vibes that truly set it apart! The staff here truly goes the extra mile to ensure every guest feels comfortable and valued. This likely originates from the leadership's approach and example. Snooze knows how to do breakfast right. Their menu is filled with delicious options, but my absolute favorite has to be the Corn Beef Hash paired with a Pineapple pancake. The service at Snooze in Orange is truly top-notch. The staff is attentive, efficient, and friendly. Their evident enjoyment and confidence in their work are reflected in the way they interact with guests and offer their assistance. If the real wait is over an hour, just be honest about it -- people can decide whether to stay or come back later. After arriving at our expected time and waiting another 20 minutes, we were seated in a packed restaurant. The service was extremely slow, and our waitress seemed overwhelmed. It took forever to receive our drinks, place our orders, and get our food. Even after the food arrived, our waitress didn't check in on us, and we had to request the check. Inside does have a cute aesthetic, but you can't really take it in because it's so packed. The food was just okay, not impressive considering the long wait and subpar service. However, we soon realized that its allure would ensure multiple returns to this beautiful atmosphere! The food was so good my 5 year old and my 4 year old eat every bite. It was my son's birthday and we had a great time. I just want to know who is cooked my food today without a hair net because my experience has been absolutely revolting. I found a LONG black piece of hair in my hashbrowns and I'm talking about LONG to the point where when we tried to pull the whole thing out, it broke in half and we found it on the opposite end of the hash brown. I will never be ordering here again for the sake of my own health. 4.5 stars goes to good food but definitely not for cleanliness with the staff. Wouldn't you like to know what goes on in the kitchen before your fancy looking food comes out? Yeah me too after this experience. read more

Snooze is truly my favorite breakfast spot in Orange County! I've tried just about everything on the menu, and it's all amazing -- the food quality, portions, and presentation are always on point. The staff is so sweet, attentive, and professional, and the atmosphere is bright and welcoming. My go-to is the Matcha -- it's a must! Even as a vegan/vegetarian, I can't resist trying everything because it's all so good. Just a little tip: they close at 2:30 PM on weekdays and 4:30 PM on weekends, so plan accordingly! There was no wait when we arrived Saturday at 9 a.m.Alexis was our server and they were incredibly friendly and helpful when answering our questions about the menu. They were also very attentive throughout our meal. We ordered an orange juice and a matcha which were fresh. The chocolate ganache pancakes had plenty of chocolate flavor. We also swapped the regular bacon for their specialty bacon, which added something a little different to the meal. Our second time here havent been disappointed yet. Not a huge yelper but this was worth mentioning. Great food, there was a wait but they were very on top of things and got us in quickly. No shame in my game, so i had a couple drinks and it wasnt even 10am yet...surprisingly very solid drinks for a breakfast place. Randomly got the same waitress Sara who also didnt let us down.
