The staff was very friendly and attentive. The energy was so laidback and perfect for a quaint dinner with friends. This is definitely have to be tried. I love their burger. They don't use the typical bun that you see in the most burger chain, they use some sort of sesame seed and i ordered the Fried Jalapeno burger, its juicy and delicious. The fries is also good. However, the server was kind of rude to us and not really friendly. We went after Rangers game and there weren't a lot of people in the area so we got our food fast. read more

The food is good but they can't get a takeout order right to save their life. I ordered takeout 4 times over a span of 4 months and they messed up the order every single time! On 2 occasions I got burgers when I ordered a chicken sandwich, when I did order burgers they forgot one and don't bother ordering a side of ranch because apparently they just don't include it in the takeout order even when you pay for it. Needless to say, I don't order from this place anymore and if you do want to try this place, whatever you do, dine in and avoid takeout at all costs. read more

Great regional (as in Dallas area) sports pub that has beer and burgers and the naughtiest loaded cheese fries ever. Locals love it because it's been here for sometime now. But, they'll treat you like a local. Some Texans don't even know about this chain. But, they should. And, if you are visiting and looking for a low brow good time, you should too. It is not the Snuffers of old. I hadn't been in years but had friends in from Europe who wanted to try a good burger. Still an okay burger but certainly not like the great burgers they used to have especially when it's running $10-12. My bun was COLD on the bottom and rock hard on the top. Inside was warm (not hot), flavor was good. The fries were just ok. Good (not great) fried pickles and onion rings. This place has been around for over 40 years, from what I was told by the guy who took my order. This spot may not be new to the Texans, but I'm definitely a new booty to some of the Texas chain eateries . The California chicken club was grrrreeat! I loved how the ingredients were portioned through out the sandwich, with fresh avocado, soft bun, crispy bacon, fresh veggies, and cheesy with juicy grilled chicken breast. Nothing but goodness. Although I'm not much of a French fries person, the loaded fries I ordered were good and satisfying for my kiddos which was enough to share. Absolute worst rude staff and horrible service! Sat there completely ignored for about 20 min while people who came in after got served. When we finally got a waitress we made a comment about it and so she decided to tell all her coworkers how she "passed that table off because they were already pissy" the older blonde lady was so unprofessional and all the little boys working with her thought she was so funny! I was in Greenville to see the Lovejoy concert. Since Snuffer's was literally right next to the venue, my friend and I agreed to get takeout from there. The guy who helped us was Ethan. He took my order and was very patient while I was waiting for my friend to message me what she wanted. He was also quite friendly! I enjoyed making small talk with him. The food itself was just fine. Warm and tasty. This is all to say that Ethan deserves a raise. Also, there was trivia happening outside, so that was a nice bonus! read more

We were craving bar food and this place was open for takeout during the craziness. We ordered cheese fries, fried mushrooms, fried pickles and chicken strips (which also came with regular fries). Seems like the steam their fries, which I prefer a little crisp to my French fries but they still had good flavor. The fried mushrooms and pickles were awesome! And when we asked for extra ranch, they totally delivered. The chicken strips were old kinda small and a little over cooked but not terrible. I can't say anything about decor or drinks since we didn't dine in, but I will say the staff was very nice and efficient during the crisis. We will return! read more

I have been frequenting this location for over 33 years with my husband. We came here when we were dating and we recently celebrated our 30th anniversary there. We now probably go once a week. Last week I was there for jimmy buffett for the celebration of his death. We had horrible margaritas. The food, cheese fries, burger, etc., horrible!! I LOVEEEEE me some cheese fries and burgers but the cheese fries came out cold and the burger was dry and way over cooked. I have eaten at Snuffers for over 20 years many different locations. The one on Greenville has some issues for real! Our waitress was wiping the table with a wet dirty rag and asked My WIFE if she could finish wiping the table where the waitress couldn't reach!! I stared blankly for a moment in disbelief and then wiped it myself. She then took our drink order and came back 10 mins later and said "What's your drink I forgot". I ordered iced tea.... The food was cold and my wife's had long black hair in it. She was also i'll later that evening from eating the food. Maybe an off night? This is the only location worth eating at in my opinion. Even though this location gets pretty busy the service is relatively quick and I have always received good service. The cheddar fries are the bomb! I dont even order a burger any more when I go because I know I always get too full on fries before it even arrives. My fiance on the other hand has more self control and saves room for a bacon cheeseburger. They are typically cooked med-rare unless requested differently. Most of the other locations over cook the bacon and sometimes the whole plate in general. Thank goodness this one doesn't! Snuffer's also offer pretty decent drink specials for the sizes. read more

The manager Eric. Y'all short hair gray and skinny has no idea what he is doing for his job. He watches his employees and ignores them when he needs to do his job. I've watched him turn his back on employees constantly ignoring them. He also doesn't seem to care about anything from his demeanor. He just drags his feet and slouches around pretending like he's doing anything. He does the bare minimum. I don't know how long he has done his job or who has let him progress, but it is not in any standard of service industry even for the bare minimum. read more

I have been to this snuffers location throughout my entire life and it's clearly in it's downfall era. Ordered a large margarita that was listed on the menu, was told they don't have large margaritas but was still charged more than the "regular" size listed. Margaritas were not impressive and weak. Our server was condescending and made us feel so uncomfortable the entire visit. I have always hyped snuffers up to have the best cheese fries in Dallas and this was not the case during this visit. Cheese was cold and clumpy, fries were soggy, the toppings were weird and cost extra $$. Not to mention they were tiny for a size Medium. The bathroom seemed to have no A/C and it was filthy. Asked if we wanted check then she was back to visiting with coworkers! Had to wait for change while she visited and high fives, with coworkers. Food was just ok.
