i dont live in addison but i stopped by and had the most wonderful fried jalapeño burger and cheddar fries today! love the service i received. manager jasmin was super kind and i loved my waitress! she was super knowledgeable on the menu and was the one that suggested my burger. will be back to this location more often! read more

If you are not in a hurry this is a great bar food option. Grilled chicken and burgers are large and well seasoned and moist. But again. We waited a good bit for our food. The good news is they have taken note of my comment about my wait and said they addressed it with staff. We have always loved Snuffer's for years but not this location. The service was extremely slow, the burgers were over cooked and the buns were rock hard. Even the cheese fries were dried out. We complained and they would not give us any discount. They did offer to recook one burger but we didn't have the time to wait another 45 minutes for a new order. Restaurant was only about half full at the time. Very disappointing experience. read more

Everyone here is super friendly and always prepared. I literally would come here at least once a week at one point and the majority of them knew my name and my order -- and I would only pick up to-go! The female manager was wonderful and kind. One of my favorite places till tonight. I went with a group of people and waitress had us waiting for about 15mins. We went ahead and sat down (table still wasn't cleaned)since we were standing right next to the kitchen exit and servers literally kept running into us. Waitress gave me a freaking evil look. Anyways, we went ahead and ordered drinks an appetizers. It took them more the 30 mins to get our freaking appetizers out and then about an hour for our food. Worst service ever!!! Not sure if our waitress was new or was annoyed that we were Hispanic. We kept it cool since we didn't want to ruin my son's birthday dinner. Have been a Snuffers regular for 30 years. The food is always good however in four different trips to the Campbell location I have yet to go where they have no forgot part of our order or brought something we didn't order. Food comes out five to ten minutes apart from each other. It's a basic menu it should not be that difficult to make and deliver food to a table of 4-8 at the same time and bring what was ordered. read more

After a few months, this location's management and service has not improved. I was excited about having a snuffers in my neighborhood, but after a few shaky visits, the great burgers are just no longer good enough. On this visit, some friends and I went to "happy hour" in the designated bar area. Apparently at this snuffers, if you ask for more than 2 bud lights in an hour, you need to order food. We didnt want food. A manager appeared and said "I'll allow another round." Allow?? No thanks, pal. Check please. My suggestion: drive down the road to Haystack for great burgers and far better service. As much as Ive loved snuffers in the past, this location truly deserves its poor yelp ratings. read more

Been a while since I've been to a Snuffers. Had a good experience at this one. Great beer selection at this location. $5.49 for a Revolver pint. Good price. I got the California Chicken Club. I don't normally get grilled chicken at restaurants, because it is usually dry and overcooked, but I just wasn't in the mood for a burger, so I rolled the dice. My sandwich was actually cooked right, so I was pleasantly surprised. I do like that they let you add-on a small order of fries now. I swear in the past, you had to get a full order on the side, so that's a good improvement. Staff was friendly and courteous. Good overall experience. read more

Just wondering when this place is going to stop hiring high schoolers and start hiring people who know how to do their job.. Firstly, how many times are we going to come to this place and ask for 4 ranches and get 2? The answer is every time. And we asked two people. TWO. Secondly, waitress was waaaay too slow. Talked to another waitress in the middle of us asking for something else, SHOOK her head at my mother for asking for extra ranch. Like really? Third my burger was so mushy that i couldn't even finish it, the cheese fries came out fast but were hard as a rock, and my sons "healthy meal" fell apart immediately. Arrived at 5:45 and seated immediately. We were not greeted at our table for at least 10 minutes. Drinks and apps took forever. Burgers took forever and we were missing the BBQ sauce on 2 of them. Server said that she would send the manager because of the sauce, which wasn't even a big deal compared to the long waits. He apologized, that's it. Our server was fine. Just everything took so long. We were there around 1.5 hours with a toddler and two school age children so it wasn't a good experience. All food was delicious. read more

The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere the staff are nice and very knowledgeable , the bartender (Shannon) is amazing very friendly and she knows her stuff the manager (Sheryl) came over and asked how everything was. You can still call it Snuffer's and offer the same menu and decor but just not the same. Poor service, food orders not followed in kitchen and just walking by tables you can hear the complaints. Second and last time for me at this location. Food order was wrong but what was shocking is no one cares. You just hear excuses that the kitchen is busy or still working it out. This is a leadership issue and managers need to solve it. read more

The reason for the two star is that I order something to go, I waited for an hour for my food. Other people who ordered after me were getting their orders. Several people said they were going to check on my order and I would not see them again. I spoke with a manager and he came back 10 mins later with my food and vouchers for food items, the next time I come back. I was quite surprise about the service the other Snuffers are not this way. I will give it one more try hopefully next time I can give more stars. read more

I love Snuffers cheese fries. I also really like their marinated chicken fingers and frozen margaritas. It usually is pretty consistent at all locations. Management on the other hand has a huge hand in a customer's loyalty. The one at this location just lost me as a customer. He couldn't be bothered with a tv request and gave me a dismissive "have a good day" after he changed the tv to something he'd rather watch. This place is an absolute mess in terms of service. I went to this location when it first opened and let it pass thinking it was just how it is when a place gets rolling. It's been a few months now and the waiters still chit chat in the corner and ignore the tables, the food takes forever to come out, the fries are cold by the time you get them, and your drinks never get refilled. Came in on a Tuesday evening around 6pm, in town for business and also bartend part-time up in NY. I want to start off by saying the bar staff, specificaly Abby, couldn't have been more hospitable....now down to the review. I sat here watching 3 bartenders running their butts off the entire time, busy as hell in there and doing a great job under pressure while they have a "head bartender" whose sole job is apparently to watch every little thing they do (loading dishes in washer, ringing up drinks and orders etc), watching to ensure they don't under/over pour drinks (my bad thinking these girls already knew what they were doing before being put behind the bar), who in turn was being monitored by a shaved head bar manager who seemed to like to point out any minor mistake (there was about 2oz left in a wine bottle and he berated the bartender that she did pour glasses of wine evenly otherwise it would have been empty) to yell at these girls, a lot. Who now in turn seemed to be watched by a front end manager who constantly walked up (clueless) to Front End mgr to critique something. Who now again in turn was being watched by a possible GM whose sole purpose appeared to be to just stare at everyone with a smirk on his face the entire time until they acknowledged his grandeur...pompous a$$ much?? I don't think I have ever seen such nonsensical micromanaging in a bar/restaurant in my life. Not a fan of the show, but these guys need Bar Rescue to come in and find out why these 3 clown "mgrs" are getting paid to stress everyone out for their entire shifts!! Great Job to the bartenders for keeping their cool, although they seemed way to used to having to deal with this kind of stress, specifically on a Tuesday evening...
