This place is like a nail SPA rather than just a nail salon. It is a little pricier than your average salons, but you get the pampered experience and that is worth it to me. My classic pedi with french tip and flower design totaled $40 and an extra $1 for the pedi slippers. The salon is super cute, organized, and clean. The staff is also all very friendly. The tools are sterilized and you can choose your polish samples by going through painted nail samples on a binder ring, so you can see how the polish would look like on a nail vs. just by looking at the bottle. There is non-valet parking and I believe that is free, but Soak Nails will validate your valet parking ticket making your parking $2 (I believe). They close at 8pm on Thursdays which is perfect for me since I do everything after work these days. Every other weekday, they open till 7pm. I also just learned that they now do lash extensions and brow micro blade tattooing. All services I love. read more

And that customer service didn't end there so they deserve a star there. So I booked a last minute appointment for my cousin and I (also as a last minute customer for them). They offer food- Two stars because I'm a glutton. Nail Design- star. Pedicure- deserves all the stars actually. My feet are still baby soft. Spent a total of $170 with tip. That was also with my yelp discount. A little on the pricey side but still worth every penny. It took about 3 hours to complete so make sure to factor in your schedule before booking an appointment. This review is such a struggle to post. Lynn did my manicure and she was perfection start to finish, honestly one of the best manicures of my life, my nails are perfect and she is wonderful. The pedicure how ever was the total opposite, one of the worst pedicures of my life! It was given by Brendi, who was overall a bit too aggressive but the main problem is she must have cut the cuticle WAY to deep because my whole big toe is bright red and in pain! See pictures. I have been going to Soak Nails for about 2 years now. And honestly the last time was my last. The nail technician I would only see because of past bad experiences at other places I don't really trust any technical. With that being said lately any design (simple ombré designs) I would bring to her she would say no or she couldn't do it and I would have to see someone else. I really am not a huge design person however it's nice to try different things. She has done an ombré on me before and this time when I asked her she said she couldn't. I brushed it off but thought it was weird. Then she recommends me to try acrylic. I come back for my following appointment and she tells me she can not do acrylic and if I just want to reschedule. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE WHEN SHE IS AN OWNER!? As I left she told me that she does know how to do acrylic but she doesn't do it because it gives her allergies. This whole experience made me feel like she just doesn't want to do my nails anymore and she has been trying for a while to get me to try another nail technician. One of the worst pedicures I've ever gotten. I got an express pedicure yesterday, Friday, for a wedding today, Saturday, and even after waiting waiting 30+ min for my nails to dry while my sister got her nails done, they still warped and even started chipping. During the process, the technician kept making fun of how small my toe nails are, comparing them to what her daughters toes looked like when she was a little kid. I didn't so much have a problem with that, because yes, I do have small toe nails, but I had a problem with her messy job prepping and painting them. I really love this place. This is the best nail salon that I've been to outside of The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. I went to get a pedi and a shallack. The first appt was a little rough as my nail technian was pretty late so we switched my pedi from a spa pedi to a simple pedi. The website actually didn't lie when they said the simple pedi wasn't just simple. I thought it was wonderful and just what I needed. Since I was waiting I had time to talk to the receptionist about the nail colors. She suggested Gelish since I could get that in amazing glitter colors. This is the BEST gelish manicure I've ever had! I've never been able to keep shallack or gelish on my nails for more than a week or week and a half and I'm now able to go almost the entire full two weeks (minus 1 day for 1 nail) before I even start having issues.
