The delivery to our hotel was great. However one of the scooters had a broken headlight button so it wouldn't come on. That was dangerous when we left Disneyland after the fireworks. It also didn't charge overnight. I called them in the morning at 7 o'clock, and they had a replacement over in under 20 minutes. So I give them five stars for service, but take one off because they hadn't noticed the problem with the light switch before they brought it over. read more

We rented a scooter to get me and my (healing) broken hip around Disneyland this week. It's a great little scooter with a tight turning radius and long battery life. We were so pleased to see that it was easily broken down and transported in the trunk of our rental Taurus so we could use it at Universal Studios too! The people in the office were so nice. We arrived find the scooter that we ordered (from another company)to be very small .The people in the room next to us had the Panther scooter and we were so impressed we called right away and Bobby was able to accommodate us that night. TOP end scooter for comfort , speed and endurance!!!!My mother was extremely impressed and loved being independent to do downtown Disney shopping and the parks. Only downside is we paid $30 for a cup holder that wasn't there when we picked up the scooter. When I called they said it must have been stolen , which seems to be pretty common. Wouldn't recommend wasting your money on that. But we will be back and will only rent from Soaring!!!!! read more

Bobbie was most helpful in setting up a meeting place close to the park for delivery. They offer delivery to local hotels, but we live locally. Bobbie recommend a place where we could park and drive the scooter into the park and it was actually closer than parking at one of the Disneyland lots. This was such a life saver at Disneyland /California Adventure park. I originally booked a light scooter for my mother and I. I called after the online booking to make sure the delivery to the hotel was scheduled. Lucky us we talked to and agent who recommended the higher scooter to hold a charge all day. These bad boys didn't even loose power all day long. Even when we forgot to plug them in the night before and jumped up early morning and plugged them in for a couple hours it held a charge all day long! Soaring Scooters save our anniversary celebration at Disneyland/CA Adventure. I had called around to so many scooter companies and they were either way over priced or wanted me to rent for 5 days to use the 3 days we were at the parks....we arrived at our hotel and during check in asked who they suggested. They gave us a flyer from Soaring Scooters. They were amazing in about 5 min i had my reservation, they were dropping it off that night so it would be ready when we woke up the following morning. They asked for height and weight to recommend the best scooter for my needs. I got the Ventura and it was a perfect fit! the price was much more reasonable and they were going to pick up the morning after our last day so we could close the park as we had planned.
