After an immersive play by the Nevada Conservatory Theatre in the Sahara Commercial Center parking lot, I looked at my bookmarks for something in the area. Thanks to fellow Yelper, Rod U., for letting me know this place existed. I headed west on Sahara, found the restaurant quickly, and I went in to get my sushi burrito. I had read a Yelp review likening it to a Subway and that's a good analogy. For my first time, I opted to go with one of their suggested burritos, the Twin Dragon. I asked the woman working the counter which was their spiciest and she had recommended that. The Twin Dragon has rice, shrimp tempura, spicy tuna, red onion, cucumber, guacamole, crispy wonton, sweet chipotle mayo, and unagi sauce. Knowing I wanted a spicy sandwich, she asked me if I wanted some jalapeños and I of course said yes. She also used some spicy chipotle over the mélange of goodness. She skillfully rolled all these ingrediets into a normal burrito shape. After wrapping it, she put in a bag to take home, In the bag she added some sriracha packets, wasabi paste packets, and two regular wasabi packs. I was on my way west on Sahara and when I got home I was eager to give this Japanese-Mexican fusion sandwich a try. It was great. I used some of the wasabi paste, but I've saved all the rest. What a great stop and what good service!! I'll be back and "build my own." It surely beats a sub. Thanks, Rod U!

Great stop for a quick bite on the way back to the strip, only about 3 miles from Ceasars Palace. The ingredients were fresh and the sauce options added were perfect. We were curious about one of the sauces but not sure of taste so we were offered a sample, which was great and we decided to add it to the bowl. The one thing I noticed after we paid was that there were several "add-on/extra charge" options that were not marked and we assumed everything was included. It was only $0.50 per option but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. I added 2 scoops of edamame beans- which are usually always an included option, but I was charged an extra $1 but wasn't told I would be. We had obviously already paid so nothing was done but I did let them know I thought everything was included in same price. They were nice about it and said items in center row were all an added charge- I know that now. The place was clean and a few tables available for dining in. Everything is packed for easy travel as well.

I ordered a Poke salad for lunch and was genuinely enjoying it at first. About a third of the way in, I noticed a large bunch of very dark lettuce . At first, I wasn't sure what it was, so I tried to spread it apart--and that's when I realized it was old, spoiled lettuce that had bunched together and turned nearly black (see photos). It was honestly pretty disgusting, and I couldn't continue eating. I ended up throwing the rest of the salad away. Unfortunately, my friend who was with me saw the whole thing--and just like me, won't be coming back. That's two customers lost for good.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. The service was terrible from the moment I walked in the staff was rude and dismissive. Another costumer came in and ask to use the bathroom and the employee said there was no bathroom only for employees. Like how is that legal to have a restaurant without a restroom? The employee was very rude to that costumer. On top of that, I found a piece of plastic inside my burrito (see photo). That's not only disgusting, it'a a safety concern. The employees were so rushed to get me out of there they rung me up before even finishing my burrito which I wanted to add some extra toppings but they didn't even ask. Definitely won't be coming back, and I suggest you double-check your food if you do.

Great fresh, fast food. Service was great. everything was really tasty, all together with the sauces and everything, extremely salty, but kinda to be expected when you are pouring soy sauce and have seasoned foods in your dish. They charge you .50$ extra for bowl instead of burrito, but you definitely should wash and reuse it. Clean, small space, got mine to go, it wasn't busy at all but it was between lunch and dinner time. I will definitely be back, and that says a lot!

It's been quite some time since I've had this place. Previously, I've had nothing but stellar experiences. The sushi burritos, along with the taro chips w/ cheese has always been great. I needed a sushi fix, and thought of this place again. The prices have always been reasonable, but I did notice an increase since this most recent order. Anyways, I got myself a BYO sushi burrito with unagi (BBQ eel), sushi rice, ahi tuna, salmon, spicy tuna, cucumber, jalapeño , mixed greens, avocado, seaweed salad, mixed greens and masago - with wasabi sesame soy aioli and unagi sauce. The cucumber is not cut long ways, so it's very thin. The fish was scarce. Skimpy on sauce. The sushi burrito is open on both ends, but the seaweed was not wrapped around everything fully. There was over a 1 inch gap left open, so it wasn't rolled properly. I tried to eat it like a burrito, but it was just falling apart everywhere. It eventually had to be eaten like a salad on a plate. If I wanted a bowl, I would have ordered a bowl. I ordered a sushi burrito. My partner ordered the Waikiki Poke bowl with mixed greens and adding salmon, spicy tuna, cilantro, jalapeño and pico de gallo. He enjoyed his order. Ginger and wasabi comes in packets, just FYI. While everything tasted good, I just remember it being better. I've never had issues with this place, but I'm disappointed with whoever put my sushi burrito together -- because it wasn't really put together.

The service here is great and the food is better. I got a bowl with sushi rice, salmon, crab, cucumber, cream cheese, and teriyaki sauce. Im picky with seafood and this was very good, texure and all.

I was skeptical yet intrigued by the idea of a "sushi burrito." I was not disappointed! Turns out sushi ingredients work well as a burrito. They have nori, soy paper and flour tortilla. I found the nori a really difficult thing to chew through,, thus making a mess. I had the Caterpillar one night and the Twin Dragon the other. Both delicious! You can get them as burritos or bowls.

Build your own burrito: chicken, steak, teriyaki sauce with rice, pico, & green onions.

This was really tasty! We ordered delivery through door dash, and everything was almost perfect with the exception of some missing sides. The fish itself was very fresh. I enjoyed the burrito but it wasn't wrapped in its entirety, which was fine because I didn't mind picking at it with a fork as it fell apart. I would reorder from here.

Soft opening was on September 1, 2025. They had their grand opening on October 3, 2025, the same day when they had their liquor license. They offer sake, wine, beer, and san miguel. Menu has a great selection of starters, soup, premiums, house specialty, tofu dish, noodle stir fry, noodle soup, fried rice, desserts and beverages. The Wor Wonton Soup ($18) is excellent and incredibly delicious! Soup broth is nicely seasoned and flavorful, has four big portions of pork & shrimp wontons, tender chicken, succulent shrimp, bok choy, shiitake mushrooms and carrots, it usually includes beef but I ask to omit, and I love how they're able to accommodate. It's so nice to meet Anthony, he's VP, and came by to my table to check in, asked how everything was, he's very welcoming and personable. I also met the head chef, Eduardo, he was the one who prepared the soup, it's superb! I wish more people know about this fantastic restaurant. Not a lot of people know about this hidden gem. Everyone in the staff is kind and accommodating, including Juan, he gave helpful directions where to find them. The dining area is immaculate, has high ceiling, and table seating can accommodate up to 250 people. This is not a traditional Chinese restaurant. Ace Dragon Wok primarily focus on guest curated experiences, and can customize any order especially for dietary needs for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free. The chef is well versed in Pan-Asian inspired cuisines, and everything is customizable to the region of preference, such as Malaysian, Indonesian, Tawainese, Japanese (excluding sushi), Filipino, Thai, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Korean. This is all based on reservation, a minimum of two hours advance notice is needed before opening to allow the chef adequate time to prepare a customization menu. They also make their own five spice and chili oil. Service from Joaquin, Anthony, and Juan is very kind, welcoming, attentive, and friendly! Joaquin recommends to try Malay Curry Lime Salmon, it's a spicy dish but they can modify to make it not spicy which is great!

During that visit, the manager, Karen, stopped by our table to check on us. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine, and I told her I'd definitely come back to try the restaurant myself. About a month later, a friend came to visit from California, and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to return. Coincidentally, Karen was there again, and once again she made us feel so welcome and appreciated. Then, last weekend, I came back with another group of friends, and Karen continued the same exceptional level of hospitality. She even surprised us with an appetizer and Momofuku's famous Blondie dessert, which was absolutely delicious! (For anyone wondering, it's only available during dinner service, and it's worth ordering.) Every visit I've had here has been a positive experience. The food has been great, the atmosphere is fun, and the hospitality has been what keeps bringing me back. Karen truly knows how to make guests feel special, and that's something you don't find everywhere. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Cassie at the front desk. She is warm, friendly, and welcoming, and she makes a wonderful first impression. If I could offer a little constructive feedback, I'd say the dining room could use a bit more lighting. It's a cute space, but it feels a little too dark for my taste. The music was also a bit louder than I'd prefer, making conversation a little difficult. During our most recent visit, the service was slower than expected, and the pours on the white wine seemed quite small considering they were $21 per glass. Overall, though, I've really enjoyed my experiences at Momofuku. Great food, outstanding hospitality, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests keep me coming back. Karen is a true asset to the restaurant, and she's a big reason I'll definitely be returning.

I was on the fence for a while between the mushroom and pork ramen because I love mushrooms but prefer a pork broth. I ended up getting the mushroom ramen and added pork belly, and it was honestly really good. The mushrooms were great and there was a nice variety of textures and flavors, and the broth was pretty tasty and even better than some pork broths I've had before. The Iberico pork was really flavorful and tender, and I liked the sauce a lot. It had a steep price so because of that, I thought it was nice to try once but not sure if I'll get it again. I tried a little bit of the spicy chicken sando and it had a great crunch factor to it. Overall a great experience here and would want to come again for some more ramen!

We were here specifically for Restaurant Week and I have to say, good a really good deal considering the prices of some of the items we got. Lastly, the duck stone pot. We had to send this back which I hate doing, but we both could not take more than a bite. The rice was very hard and undercooked, it had a bad aftertaste that we just couldn't put a finger on, and it even looked unappealing overall (basically a pot of mush). It's not close to the side of town we're on which is far north west, Skye Canyon,, but we feel it's worth it! The waitstaff is always very attentive and knowledgeable when it comes to the menu. We actually come here often enough that we are very familiar with the menu and we always know exactly what we want to eat and drink! Sorry this review is so late but every time we go to Fremont Street we eat, have drinks and then we have a good time so I get sidetracked and forget to finish reviewing lol Overall, this is a really great restaurant. It's kind of small, but we've never really have to wait very long to be seated. The best part about it is, it's in Circa which doesn't allow anyone under 21 in the casino so we don't have to worry about those kind of large parties! (Just my personal opinion)

Very good restaurant if you're craving Asian food. I came over here massively hungover and this was…read moreexactly what I needed. Great decor, ambience and staff. Very attentive and friendly. We got the brisky dumplings, pan seared. I Was expecting the small din tai fung sized ones with little filling, but these were FAT dumplings, with good amounts of brisket inside. WE got the brisket fried rice - also very good, and the garlic noodles. I really liked the char that the noodles and rice had. Only thing for me is that the fried rice and noodles seemed to have a little too big much oil in it. I don't think that's an indictment on 8 east itself, but more of a general Chinese/Taiwanese cooking method. But other than that, I would certainly come back again.

We got there ahead two tables, but both were served first and got their food first. When ordering, they even had to ask us who arrived first (Which was my table and logistically I'd imagine they had a better track of) but still was served last. Lastly, we had to wait 20 minutes (not very busy at the time) just to get the check which was a pain considering the slow service at the start.

The first time we ordered the duck, fried rice, the salted egg yolk prawns, noodles, the eggplant (my favorite). I loved everything except the duck. I did not enjoy that as it was a little too far from the roasted duck I was expecting. The service is friendly for a Chinese restaurant and the food comes fast and piping hot and I really enjoy that you can see the chefs making your food. It really adds to the ambiance and know that your food is freshly made. After watching some videos of what other people liked to order, I decided to get the crispy beef and that single dish is life changing. If you order nothing else at chinamama, order the crispy beef. Its sweet. Its savory. Its crispy. Its honestly perfect. If I were to only eat that and the eggplant for the rest of my life, I would be happy.
