They look fantastic and were brought back to life beautifully. A couple things to know upfront: There's a language gap, so you'll need to communicate via text. The owners are a sweet Armenian couple who do great work, but texting is the way to go. Also, my repair was 2 days late without notification. I didn't need them urgently so it wasn't an issue for me, but if you're on a tight timeline, the name "SOS" might be a bit misleading. That said, this is clearly a small family business doing quality craftsmanship, and I'm grading on that curve. For something I need once in a blue moon, I'm more than happy with the results. I never felt ripped off or scammed - just be realistic about turnaround time. Bottom line: Excellent work at the end of the day. Just text them and don't expect rush service!
