I'm surprised that I haven't reviewed this Someburros location yet!?!? We all frequently visit, dine-in, and have it delivered. The main big miss, are the ratios within burros. Either, all of one item, such as cheese, meat, etc, are in one big spot, or they do not do any requested changes to your order. --MISS: Usually do not change or add to our orders here, which really does say something GREAT about this place! Had take out today, and as times before, a complete miss on my CHORIZO-EGG-POTATO-CHEESE-BURRO. This is the only item that is ever asked to alter,.. MUCH less chorizo, and an extra egg, is better 'for me',.. (guaranteed HIT for others, as it's packed with meat!). --!!HIT!!: Took it to the counter to ask them to please fix it. BEST DECISION EVER!! I just want more!! IT WAS THE MOST PERFECT I'd had in a long while from anywhere!! --!!HIT!! : Their food is always freshly prepared, and very yummy! AMAZING TORTILLAS and sauces!! I've drove by here a lot when going to Trader Joe's. But I finally made the stop. Never thought about it as Mexican besides the name as looks causal restaurant. Had there #1 burrito. Which was good. Look forward to seeing what else is on menu. Strawberry Lemonade was really good and fresh. But the OUTSTANDING part was this place is #DWARFAPPROVED they have a dwarf friendly table on there patio. Which is huge for myself as when sit at table my legs won't go asleep. I'll be back once summer cools down to enjoy table. I'll make sure I bring my dwarf friends to have a party. In most cases, I find that food at this location pretty solid, we went in tonight, and I ordered a green chili burrito. The tortilla was left on the flat top too long and was very dry and crunchy. We visited at an odd time. 3pm. We found service to be super fast and very nice. While we at on a nearly vacant lobby, the staff was busy cleaning the drink station and making sure tables were clean. We asked for an extra sour cream while we were seated. She delivered the SC, and brought my change back. Food was delicious and way more than we could eat. read more

My family and I walked into the restaurant and it was clean looking and pretty quiet. I liked the silence. There was no line at all and the wait time for the food was around 20 minutes. We ordered several breakfast burritos and they allowed me to make up my own breakfast plate. I ordered Spanish rice with pinto beans and an egg (over medium) laid on top. They were all delicious with excellent flavor. My family and I like to add hot salsa though. We always have breakfast here because it's fast and yummy. read more

UPDATE-12/09/23-Danny and the whole crew continue to deliver top quality food and service, clean restaurant and quick drive-up service. Even when Doordash screws up, which seems to be a lot, (No matter what restaurant you go to!), they try their best to fix the issue and I believe may be using another delivery service now. Places like this deserve to be recognized to keep them in business. Great selection of breakfast burritos - I chose the Verde Breakfast burro which was a nice meatless combo - not greasy or heavy and really tasty. Comes with chips and salsa Yum! Someburros came up in my DoorDash app and looked good so i thought I'd give it a try. I ordered my lunch at 10:30am for a noon delivery. My first dasher left sho after 12pm because it wasn't ready, when my second dasher arrived at 12:20pm it suddenly changed from order being picked up to preparing your order. Finally about 12:37pm DoorDash cancelled my order because it still wasn't ready. I was left starving with no lunch. They could have the best food in town but I'll never know because I refuse to ever g there. So frustrating. read more

I try not to eat a ton of carbs often but sometimes you just have to have a night off, can I get an amen? Someburros is the perfect place to let loose and indulge! I personally am a taquito/ flauta lover so I had to get the taquitos(chicken) with some chips and salsa. I usually get both hot and mild salsas and mix them(omg deLISH). My bf got the boracho burrito and he ate the WHOLE thing in record time, I guess it was good? So yes.. if you're in the area and craving some semi-"fast" Mexican food(lets be real, we're in Scottsdale), definitely stop buy and eat at someburros; you won't be sorry. Additionally- the customer service is FANtastic and everyone is very nice. My husband and I are visiting from NC. This place is 2 minutes from my parents. I have been here before but that was way before I had the Yelp app. I ordered some food online and was able to pick it up through their drive thru pick up. My order was small and was ready very quickly. I love anything on their menu with chorizo. Especially the breakfast burritos. My ordered was prepared very well and it was all very tasty. My sister LOVES Someburros so today while shopping, I decided to stop by for some Mexican food "to-go". It was day 2 since their grand opening but since I heard so much about it, I had to go. The line was obviously long, but worth it. Food was great. I ordered the chicken fundido which came with rice and it was only $5 (it wa their special for the day). Had to pay an extra $1.50 for chips (boo). Ordered a cheese burger for my son, it was large and in charge. I would for sure go back.... The only gripe is that people who are waiting for food "to go" kinda lingers around the front because there really isn't anywhere for us to go and wait without taking up table space for people eating at the restaurant. read more

I've gone to the Someburros location in Chandler many times over the years, but this location is by far the best because of the fantastic service. I went on a Friday afternoon, and I think Gabriel was the manager who rang us up and dropped off the food. He was so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The shredded beef tacos are probably the best tacos I've ever had. I get them every time. The pollo fundido with shredded beef instead of chicken is also delicious. You can also get an open-faced cheese crisp, which is definitely an old love of mine. I haven't gone to the Chandler location much lately because the service has been pretty crappy, but I'm glad I have a new spot that I can visit when I'm in the mood for Mexican food. I've passed this place a million times and noticed the long line at the drive-thru. Thought to myself, "must be great if it's that busy". Turns out - it just needs new management. Or someone with common sense. First time here - we ordered curbside for 6p pick-up; hungry kids in the car after practice. We sat in line for a half hour - a half hour - before getting to the window @ 630p only to be told that our order is not ready and we need to get BACK IN LINE! Common sense tip: the drive-thru process does not work for pre-orders!! Maybe instead have patrons park, call-in, and call back or send a text when the order is ready. read more

I've been to this location many times. The last time I was here, I got a burro and a margarita. The margarita was warm - just a heads up to any one who gets a margarita, go fill the cup with ice. :) No salsa for the chips, unless you want to pay extra, which is absurd. I grew up with eating Someburros, when it was only available in Tempe (so keep that in mind).. I am a native of Arizona and always have to stop to get my "comfort food" meal in when I come back to visit. It's fast food, yes. But I do think that it is actually quite good for being what it is!! The prices are not too expensive, either. I do love their bean burritos, tacos, salads, and so much more here. By no means have I tried even half of the stuff on the menu, but I can honestly say that I have never had something that I didn't really enjoy here! (And the spicy salsa is so good, too!!) read more

My family and I LOVE SomeBurros!! Always have! We have dined here for years. The food is always freshly prepared and delicious. The kind of Sonoran Mexican food I grew up with. Their hot salsa is amazing. And the food is not greasy like so many other Mexican restaurants. I also love the staff. They are always warm, welcoming and attentive. The restaurant is always clean. I also love their take out window- you call ahead, then pick up at the drive thru window. One last thing- they also do catering! I have used their catering a few times. 1st time here and ordered #1 combo with chicken taco and beef enchilada. However, I got beef taco and standard cheese enchilada. What prompted 1 star was being charged extra money for a cheese enchilada. It wasn't even that busy yet. Bummed out because when really hungry andwhen your first bite is expecting a beefy enchilada and ends up being just cheese and then being charged extra for the mistake...it just goes downhill no matter what. read more
