Some of the best pizza I have had in Vancouver. Been going here since I was a kid. It's a little expensive but worth it.

The food is mediocre for the price, and the service attitude is appaling creating an unwelcoming dead atmosphere. Selling pizza really should not be this difficult, there are too many better pizza places. read more

Decided to try our local pizzeria .Paid $36 for a large pizza with 4 toppings. I have NEVER had such a thin, cardboard texture pizza with VERY little substance.maybe 1 slice of tomato cut in 1/2, same for non existent mushrooms and onions. Did see 3 slices of 2" pepperoni- contrary to the piles of pepperoni he claims to have pit on.extremely thinly I called him and actually asked he he made the pizza as there were 2 ladies in the small kitchen with him. Yes, he said proudly. Well- it is hands down the worst , overpriced pizza I have ever had. When I told him that, he said to come back and he'd make another on - then he changed his mind and told me to go somewhere else! Do not order from here . Pizza is ok , the owner is incredibly rude . The pasta is mediocre at best . If you politely say anything or make a request . Ordered a margherita pizza and 2 sodas for 40 dollars, was expecting something really good. Was edible but in the states we can get frozen pizza much better. Edible but a large for 2 adults was not enough. 40 dollars for this is CRAZY!!! read more

We have been long time customers and Sorrentos by far the best pizza in West Vancouver. It's pricier than your regular chains but it's money well spent. Sorrentos's is a family business and they work really hard to create good pizzas. We have never been disappointed. Added bonus: they deliver now. Delivery service is so so to be frank, however the food is always hot and is excellent. I have never visited their location , delivery only. Yes pricey overall, but you get what you pay for. I honestly have no idea how the same place has received these negative reviews... This made me feel compelled to write a review. There is absolutely no comparison to dominions as someone wrote.. Btw. I love the Chicken Pesto pizza it is the best. Although not cheapest option. They also have a really good greek salad that is $6 and huge.

This is closer to a scam then a genuine nice pizza. We paid close to 40$ for 2 M size pizza. Price isnt the problem, its the dough and pizza base that i can swear to you is a frozen cheap ready made base used and they throw some topping on and bake to make feel hot and nice... NEVER EVER AGAIN. I bet all the good reviews below on this, either never really had a real pizza in their life or they are people related to this business. It is not a fresh authentic pizza making small shop at all... i would rather get pizza from pizza hut and dominos which is also worst for my ranking but at least i know what i am getting there isnt some frozen pizzas base from costco!! read more

Seriously the worst, rudest service ever. The owner of this place has always been borderline rude over the years, but now I'm done. When I politely questioned why my bill was so high over the phone, he said "If you want the pizza just order it, if not go somewhere else. That's the price, I could care less if you don't like it." Needless to say I'll never order from them again and wish the world would boycott them- no business owner should get away with such behavior. read more

Wish their pizza was as good as their service. Ordered a medium meat lovers and for $23.00 after tax I was expecting something amazing. The thing crust seemed under cooked and didnt taste very good, the meats were disgusting, something youd get at a 2 for 1 pizza place. Super disappointing. Just because your in West Vancouver doesn't mean you have to jack up the prices. I Suggest re-working your menu and get better toppings. read more

Rude owner. Told me pizza would arrive in 40 min. Called after an hour. He lied and said he said an hour. Fine.. I let it go. Another 20 minutes go by still no pizza. I call back and ask if there is a discount for him being double the time he said. Now he says I said it'll be over an hour. Don't buy from him. He's a rude horrible person.
