He was able to come the same day to fix the vent. From beginning to end they were very professional, personable, neat and efficient. Theyre the real deal and true craftsmen of vent cleaning. I called them up based on all the positive reviews and they did not disappoint. Worked with me on my tight move-in schedule and came right within the window of time promised. Documented with a snake scope how dirty each vent/duct were before and how clean they were after. Kept my whole house clean during and after the cleaning. HEPA vacuum unit was outside pulling negative pressure to keep the indoors free of dust. Explained everything thoroughly. Price was not cheap but quite reasonable for how thorough they cleaned (about $600 for my split level 3b/3b and 130 for dryer vent) and final price was in the quoted range with no up-sell or any last minute increases. Honest guys. Air ducts, returns, dryer vent all cleaned. Even checked my blower and told me it didn't really need to be cleaned. My vents took extra time and they stayed late until the job was done. DId a nice job patching the access to the vent. Even found issues during the cleaning that didn't involve the HVAC. I would recommend these guys again and again to anyone who is moving into a new house or apartment, or hasn't had their ducts cleaned and has allergies or is sensitive to air quality. I love my home, but please be careful of some of these rehabbed homes. I'm finding that they short cut on everything and hide the mistakes behind drywall.
