These ladies really went above and beyond to give me skincare recommendations for some issues I was dealing with as a postpartum new mama. Spa Gregorie's is definitely the place to go for a relaxing good massage, but I definitely wouldn't call it a "spa." It's not a place you go to enjoy the spa facilities before or after a massage. They have a shower, locker, and offer amazing robes but nothing else. I would definitely recommend this place for a good massage but go in full knowing that's all you will be enjoying there. read more

Spa Gregorie may be small but it feels clean and cozy for me.It's like that commercial, "Calgon, take me away!" but I would be saying, Spa Gregorie, take me away!!" lol You walk in and the lobby is very small with lots of products for you to look at or buy.. You dont see a door so you wonder where the heck is the rest of the spa?.. its behind one of the walls which the door is the same wallpaper as the wall and it pushes in and out. A few reviewers from the past said the quiet room feels like a Grandma's living room... well, it kind of does, thats the best part of it. but very cozy, quiet, serenity kind of feeling to it. It makes you feel very homey kind of.. I can get a cup of hot coco and relax on their comfy couches and take naps all day long. They have water and teas, snacks and fruits, a few comfy couches, dim lightings with nice relaxing music that just soothes you away from the daily outside world. I'd only tried their massages a few times.. it was pretty good. They have a steam room but no jacuzzi. Their shower rooms have products you can use and try and robe and slippers are included. it's just way too far for me, and its kind of overpriced. but overall I really enjoy my visits. read more

I always feel so relaxed and comfortable walking out of here. The spa feels more like a boutique spa because it is quiet, quaint, and somewhat small - located right across the street from Fashion Island. The service has always been excellent - from over the phone, to front desk, to the masseuse... I feel like I'm in good hands here. There is a lounge and relaxation area that you wait in. You can eat nuts and sip on hot tea or cold flavored water, and read a magazine while you wait. The masseuse's here are not intrusive, and I usually fall asleep and get a nap in while I'm here. I like hard, deep massages so I usually stick to the deep tissue, and like all spas, who you get as your masseuse will probably dictate your experience. I've been here twice, and once I got an okay person and another time I got a great person (sorry, I wish I remembered their names!!). Get the gift certificate from Costco first before coming here so that you can get the services at a discounted rate! read more

My review is based on the spray tan only. I don't know if most other spray tan places are like this but I wasn't too satisfied with the way it turned out here. The spa itself is nice, a tad small and the ambiance is cool and relaxing. Dim, natural colors and peaceful music playing on the intercom. They offer you tea or cucumber infused water which is a nice little treat. I guess compared to other tanning salons the prices here are average. About $45 for one tan that only lasts close to 5 or 6 days. Meh, now that I look back I'd rather fill up the tank on my little fiesta with that cash or pig out at Brodard with some spring rolls and boba after ;) Aaaaanyway, I've gotten sprayed twice and every time the ladies are very nice and specific when giving instructions for how to move to get sprayed properly. I went the first time to try it out and then the second time to make sure it wasn't me. But yes, the second time did confirm some weird things: First, the tan leaves you smelling like the strange scent a puppy has, only mixed with oatmeal- as my boyfriend put it. I smelled weird for the first 12hrs that I couldn't shower. Second, you really do look orangey after the spray, kinda like an umpalumpa (did I spell that right!?) and it lasts like that for a few days until it settles, not to mention it stains your clothes -_- so wear something dark. Lastly, after about 4 days ish, the tan starts peeling just as easily if you rub your fingers against your skin. Little shredded-like looking pieces of the tan just peels off making it so there's random spots on you left tanless. Also the place where your arms bends peels quickly and same as the back of your knee. I really hope most other tanning spots aren't like this because then I'll just forfeit safe tanning methods and hit the beach for some premature aging hehe jk read more

Thanks to the person who gave the quick tip of 15% services for yelpers Sun-Thur! I found it when I was in the quiet room waiting for my nails to dry! :) I'm between a 3-4 star for this place! This was one of the best pedicures that I've ever had in terms of detailed work and how great my feet felt afterwards, the lady did an excellent job. The facility is very outdated though. There's only two spa pedicure chairs and the room is cluttered and not a very good spa setting. Plus I'm very tall and the built in seat didn't move so I was very uncomfortable when my feet were soaking, the cheaper nail salons usually move my chair way back for me. Besides the room being cluttered and outdated, the warm thing she put around my neck smelled like dog urine, it grossed me out. It was also $60 for the pedicure (minus $9 because of the yelp discount) but tipping 20% makes it around a $75 pedicure!! They do a great job but $75 is more then I would like to spend on a normal pedicure, especially when it doesn't include a manicure! My friend had bought me a gift certificate there so I didn't have to pay for the whole thing. The price and the decor knock them down to a 3 star. :) read more

I'm going to agree with fellow Yelp reviewers. Super cramped locker room and lobby area. Its a little awkward back in the locker room as I felt like I had two feet (with no room to spare) to change in. The shower kind of skeeved me out so I opted to leave the place greasy from massage oil, and shower in the safety of my own shower. The wet sauna was nice and relaxing. No dry sauna.. Massage was pretty good although not the best I've had. The express facial was super relaxing and I felt nice and cleansed afterwards, but my face looked like a pre-teen with hormones gone awry. Needless to say, I was not glowing nearly as much as I hoped. I have been going to Spa Gregorie's for the last 15 years or more! It is always a wonderful experience and I want to call out Christine Aloian. Her facials are amazing and she is so lovely. From the minute you step in the treatment room, you are at peace. I just went back after COVID restrictions for the first time in over 18 months today and had such a calming, thorough facial. Christine is such a professional and I highly recommend her! I plan on scheduling monthly facials with Christine plus in the past I have worked with Christine on tanning and bikini wax and all were fantastic experiences! I had a deep tissue massage with Tami and it was fantastic. I loved the warmed massage table, quiet room and quality products in the locker room. Tami is very skilled, one of the best deep tissue massages I've had. The whole experience was great. I got the deal from Costco so the price was reasonable as well. This place has many elements of a Burke Williams but without the jacuzzi. There is a quiet room, infrared sauna, free tea and fruit, cold washcloths, showers, nice products (epicurean) in the locker room and my favorite, warmed massage tables. The locker room is a bit cramped so you may have to wait a minute when getting undressed or dressed for others to clear out. There is ample parking in the lot out front. Truly a relaxing and beautiful day spent! My sister took me here before my wedding and it was quite the pampering. I enjoyed the infrared sauna which was relaxing, I robed it up and spent a good moment in the Quiet Room. The Quiet Room was clean and well decorated, and the couches and blankets were like resting on a marshmellow. The facial experience was OUTSTANDING!!! I was told every detail regarding the types of creams and scrubes that was going on my face, and the massages just made me forget about the world!!! Christine Aloian is incredible for all needs -- waxes, facials. My Arcona enzyme facial with her this week was divine -- beyond relaxing and refreshing, and incorporating delicious pumpkin, papaya and pineapple that made me feel on vacation. My skin feels/looks healthy, new, and glowing! For years now I will also only go to Christine for my eyebrows, no matter where I live (and it's been 3 other cities)! I went to Spa Gregorie's for my first facial, and was very nervous because I have extremely sensitive skin. Kelly was my esthetician for the facial, and she was wonderful! She asked questions to get to know what I needed, and really accommodated to my needs. Kelly went above and beyond to make my first experience a great one. She took the time to explain every step she was doing, and explained the products she used on my skin. I left with very smooth, clean skin and purchased a few products she recommended. Be careful about asking the total price for any appointment you make....double, triple check it with the person on the phone otherwise you are in for a rude shock come check-out time. Tiny, dark facility. Nicely decorated, but pretty claustrophobic. More like a dark winding hallway with closets than a "spa". Parking is rough...expect to park far away or pay for a valet. For the high prices, you can find better atmosphere, parking and experiences elsewhere. read more

This is a really cute spa. If you're looking for a relaxing experience this is the place to go. I've heard positive things about Kelly! I'd avoid Patricia for a facial, as it felt like I was trapped in a tiny room of a stressful infomercial, factory line, or used car sales lot. Before she even said hello, I was given a hypervolt massager as well as a ball. She told me it was only $399 for the massager and $99 for the ball, and I'd benefit from both. I started to fall asleep and woke up to a lecture about nutrition (not sure where this came from and I'm a dietician, who doesn't want to talk about work or talk at all). "All tomatoes are poison. You need to drink tea we sell here and it's only for $14.99 and it's organic". Two minutes later I was read the labels of the bottles being used in my face. I personally came in to relax and not be sold for 60 minutes, non-stop. I open the door to head to the locker room, and who's waiting for me with a hypervolt massager and ball? Patricia! I felt like I had spent and drained a lot of my energy at a used sales car lot, but it was a spa... This industry is really about the energy, vibration and serving the customer, versus serving yourself. I come out of the facial where there's tons of product (totally understandable and great quality). I expressed I appreciated all the information but was not interested (after my hour + lecture on the products during the facial). But since it was my daughters birthday I knew we would show!
