I had high hopes for this spa but I was not impressed with the massage I got. The package I got was for an exfoliation followed by a massage. My masseuse wasn't exactly sure what he was supposed to do for the exfoliation part which seemed somewhat unprofessional. And the massage was not great. He used very low pressure so it didn't really help soothe any tension I had and it was almost the same as not having a massage at all. Also for most of the massage, he wasn't really moving his hands, just stayed in one area and lightly pressed without moving and then moved to the next area. I left feeling like I didn't really get a massage. Maybe some of the other masseuses are much better but I didn't really have a great experience here. The waiting area and lobby are nice though.

I highly recommend this spa. We were staying at Atlantis and was hoping to use the spa there, but they were booked. Thankfully, I found West Spa. The prices are better first of all, and I can only assume that's because it's not in the casinos because this spa is VERY nice. We went for my fiances 35th birthday for the couples massage. I added on the private changing/relaxation room(absolute must) champagne, and a fruit platter. We both chose the sierra aromatherapy massage, and added the CBD oil and scalp massage. Anna was my massage therapist, and she was absolutely lovely. I am on blood thinners and need my massage to be very gentle, and she did everything spot on. It was very relaxing and I could tell she has excellent experience. My fiance had a gentleman (didn't catch his name), but he had a fantastic experience with him as well. Overall this spa is a hidden gem, and I am so happy we found it. They also have a great shopping selection with tons of Moroccan Oil products (my favorite). Skip the casinos and come here for sure.

DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible. Went to see Jen to turn my dirty blonde hair platinum blonde. I showed Jen pictures of exactly what I wanted and told her I wanted to keep my roots natural. She didn't listen to ANYTHING that I wanted, put product all the way to my scalp, rushed the entire process, never told me what she was doing, made me get up and move to another part of the salon while she gossiped and cut another man's hair, and my hair came out GREY. Not platinum. I realize this could have been an excessive misuse of toner, but when they grey washed out, my hair was the exact same, you could clearly see the root growth line that should've disappeared with the platinum job. I went home and cried. Overpriced and underdelivered. Save your money for a place that actually cares, is respectful, and gives you what you want.

I went on Saturday the 17th to get a facial with Courtney when she was applying the peel my face was hurting which I told her she kept rubbing my face with her hands. While I was driving home I saw blotches all over my face. By Sunday my face felt like a sand paper and it started peeling. Then I saw a black burn spot on my cheek. Now my face is wrinkled from the dryness. Do not let this woman touch your face.

Courtney was educational on all skin care and she recommended other treatments that would be beneficial for my skin type.

When you…read morearrive you text her that you're there and she let's you know when she's ready for you to enter the salon. I have been looking for a salon that specializes in doing natural nails. I've had acrylic and gel nails and they just ruined my natural nails. Michelle is meticulous about sanitation, which I love because I have had problems with other places not being as clean as I think they should be. I was blown away by the service and education that Michelle provided. It was about how water effects the nails as well as how the shape of the nail makes a difference in breakage. She also sells a cuticle oil that is lovely. It smells like almonds and has already made a difference in my cuticles. She also takes her time to do the manicure correctly. No being super aggressive with my cuticles. She trimmed them back properly and without any pain or bleeding, which I've had happen at some other salons. They are usually in too big of a hurry and nip me, which I hate. Michelle put a CND shellac nail polish that went on beautifully. I actually had a design put on my third fingers for Halloween. It's the shadow of a kitty cat. And Michelle used a something called cat's eye to highlight my french style manicure. It was a really cool process that I haven't seen at any other salon. If you want to see some of her designs. She's on Insta michelles_deco_nails I highly recommend Pewter Salon. Her service is a little more expensive than the cheap salons, but with the amount of time she takes to do a proper manicure I find the price to be very reasonable. IMO this is the place to go!

Michelle was great in explaining the process. She was very skilled and it was really quick. Desteny did a great job with the shellac pedicure! The space is Clean, quiet and professional, I'm never disappointed with my quality of service. They get me in 90% of the time within the same day which makes an impromptu pedicure possible! I know times have changed and $75 before tip seems like a lot for a pedi, but they have several tiers of options with ranges of cost - and the quality for all of them stays the same. Plus, anywhere you go you'll likely be spending $50-70 anyways after all is said and done, you might as well go somewhere sanitary and reputable. The only thing I will say is parking can be a nightmare. There's some street parking in Front and 3 or 4 spots in the back but be aware - plan ahead in case you have to walk a bit and park up the street

The manis and pedis I've gotten there have always lasted longer than any I've gotten elsewhere. The studio is clean, bright, and not too big, but also not too small. Another big plus is that all the nail techs and employees are very friendly and seem to really like working there. I've gone to Nirvana several times with my mother who is disabled and needs to use a walker and the staff has always been very accommodating, patient, and helpful with her. They are happy to hold the door open, help her in and out of the pedicure chair and make sure to have a space on the first floor available for her. How a business treats disabled customers really says a lot. I love Nirvana and I'll definitely be back
