I love this place! The front desk girls are always nice and cheery and the place is always very very clean. The decor and music is beautiful and relaxing. They have two locker room areas with full showers and infrared saunas and lockers. They provide you with super soft cushy robes and ultra soft flip flops. The two locker/changing rooms are each connected to a lounge area where they have relaxing, tranquil music and visuals on the tv. Their massage rooms and pedicure areas have the same vibe as the lounge areas, very relaxing. Their prices are on the high end but if you go for their monthly specials, it drops their prices to the average range. I like this place because it's especially convenient because I'm a member of Sports West so I can alternate workout and spa days :-) read more

Got a DealChicken deal for a 60 mins couples massage with the bf! I was thoroughly impressed. The front desk was very efficient. We got personal slippers and we were taken to a private changing room with safe lockers. We got fluffy robes and were told to change. The private locker room was pretty neat. It had showers and an infrared sauna. We were told after we got comfy and changed we can sit in the relaxing room. They had finger foods and crackers and water laid out. We both got great massages and were both very happy. After our massage we were told we can go back to the relaxing room and enjoyed a cocktail each and to use the private locker room as long as we needed! I would recommend this spa again. I definitely think they are a tad bit pricey but it was a good experience! read more

I booked a couples massage for my husbands birthday. We are visiting from California. From the first phone call of inquiry to booking, was excellence customer service. We arrived and answered a short questionnaire and then we were taken to our locker room. I booked the private locker room, wine and cheese/fruit platter for an extra cost. I had the Wellness massage with Allison and my husband had the Athletic massage with Shannon. They were both wonderful!! After the massage we had an hour to enjoy our wine and food in a private lounge. I was so impressed with this place. Very clean, relaxing and great prices! This spa is fantastic! Great therapists, beautiful environment. We came for a couples massage. They upgraded us for free to a private locker room with our own showers, sauna, lounge area, snacks! After the massages, they brought us each a glass of wine and said we had the place for whole day if we wanted it. Superb service. Would be sweet for a bridal shower event. When they asked if we wanted a private locker room for $35, when I booked - I said no but now I would say get it! Very sweet! read more

This place is amazing. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly and professional young lady named Ashley. She then asked me to follow her down to the serenity room, and offered me a glass of wine while I waited. The serenity room was quiet, dimly lit and had pleasant music playing. There was also a table set up with refreshments such as water, tea, and coffee. Soon, I was greeted by Heather for my pedicure. She was pleasant, proffessional, and very focused on making sure my experience was nothing short of amazing. She took her time and I can honestly say it was the best pedicure of my life. Everyone there was so courteous and repsectful. They really make it "all about you". I will definitely be bringing my business back to Heather, and referring everyone I know to this gorgeous spa. read more

Scheduled a couples massage for my fiancee and I yesterday morning. We both decided to get the 80 minute Athletes massage. We got there early so we had time to relax beforehand. They asked us some questions to get an idea of what to target. The massages started, all was good. They started a few minutes late but we got the full 80 minutes. My massage was awesome and maybe the best, I had Laura, 5 out of 5 for her. I asked my fiancee how hers was and she was upset. First thing she said was that she almost asked her lady to leave. She said she felt like she only got a rub down, light pressure everywhere with a random hard elbow to the back every now an then. I asked her if she got her muscles stretched like mine, No. Scents under her nose before the massage started like me, No. Her massage did not sound like what I got at all so much so that I had to ask the desk what type of massage they had down for her. Her lady didn't even focus on her neck like she specified. Her lady was yawning the whole duration and sat on her bed multiple times throughout the massage. It was only 11am, jeeze. DO NOT get Shari for your Athletes massage. Request Laura, she knows her stuff. Overall bad experience because my fiancee was very disappointed. read more

I had a hair apt with Jenn Rodgers on 6/18/16. I have never done a review before but first thing was that she was 1 hour late to the apt. Before I scheduled with her I sent her a picture of platinum blonde hair and Said" if you don't feel comfortable doing this blonde of hair please let me know because I do not want to waste my money and but upset if it is not how I want it" she told me she could get me exactly how I want. Long story short she literally made my hair a darker blonde then it already was :/. I waited a week to see if I could grow to love it. But I spent a lot of money and was still un happy. So a friend said I should tell her I don't like my hair, and if she was a good stylist she would try again or give you your money back. So I text Jen on 6/24/16 and told her how I felt..... And nothing not even a respons. If I had all the money in the world I probably wouldn't care but I don't and getting my hair done is a treat I do for myself once in a while. read more

My boyfriend and I went to Spa West this weekend and we had an amazing experience. First off the spa is so beautiful inside and out. Our couples massage was at 12 and the girls were right on time. We both were kind of nervous as we've never had a massage before. Denae and Yvette were very professional and put us both at ease very quickly. The massage was 50 and worth every cent the we paid. It was the most relaxing thing we've ever done ... ever!! We had some upgrades, we got a locker room, it has lockers for your things to be locked up while getting the massage and after your massage you can stay in the locker room as long as you want. The room has 2 showers, a sauna, and a bathroom. Also has a side room here you can just sit and relax in a very peaceful setting. We had an upgrade, of cheese and cracker plate and wine. They have different wines red and white but I wanted to have a special bottle that they did not carry there and they said no problem we will have it here when you come. I thought that was way cool and amazing customer service. We stayed at the spa for about 2 hours with everything. If you want to pamper yourself I very highly recommend Spa West .... Denae has magic hands! Next time we are in the area we will for sure be making an appointment! read more
