Wonderful little place found for dinner the other night. The interior is warm and inviting. The walls have traditional art work but so many great old photos. My understanding is this used to be a different location and name, same owners so the traditions carried on. Spaghetti Bolognese is a simple favorite for many, including myself. The serving I got today for dinner was just the right size, fresh, and tasty. The side salad was fresh but simply greens and two tomatoes slices. That was simpler than any side salad I have had before. The restaurant is not a large place and the one woman serving everyone (~25 people) was right on top of everything. She was pleasant and never rushed me as I took my time eating and catching up on my phone apps. Just drove in from the Bay Area for a week in Palm Springs and this really hit the spot. read more

How does this have 4 stars??? I am Italian and I've never ate anything like this. No bread for starters. Salad is lettuce with one tomato. Lasagna weird taste and very mushy. Alla Matriciana was the grossest thing. They used bacon and not panchetta with red onions. Never have I seen this. It's supposed to be cipollini onions raw!!!! Do not waste your money. Very expensive for poor quality food! Server said meals came with salads then charged us for one! read more

I brought a business group of people 10 to dine and the majority didn't care for the food and thought they were inside a garage sale. Why can't you except an honest review? Doesn't look like much in the midst of the mall; we're we mistaken!!! Giovanni the waitress was so fun Sharing stories of the family from Florence. The service was great and the food even better; Caprese salad with ultra ripe tomatoes and lots of basil... and affordable vino by the glass!! 5 stars is not enough to reflect Spaghetteria! We ordered a pretty large to go order from them over the phone to be picked up at a specific time. Pizzas, salads, & pasta were ready to go & HOT on time! They thoughtfully waited on the bruschetta until we arrived so it wouldn't get soggy. The 3 working were so friendly & personable. We felt like we were in their home & we were family! And that's not even the best part -- THE FOOD. Holy moly. We all (7 of us) collectively agreed that the pizza was some of the best pizza we have had in our lives. The crust was so thin under the toppings & the edges so fluffy, and it was so flavorful. Crust with flavor?! Yes please. The cheese was top notch. All of the ingredients in everything we ate were so fresh & flavorful, which seems to be hard to find these days. We walked in craving Italian food and decided to try Spaghetteria because we are new to the area and live really close by. The aromas coming from the restaurant when we walked by in the past gave me the hunch that this place would have great food. The place is clean and bright with antiques, artwork, and lanterns decorating the dining room. I had the eggplant parmesan and my hubby had the tortellini, both came with a salad w Italian dressing. We also shared a small fungi pizza. The food was plentiful for two people. The eggplant was delicious and freshly made and the pizza was perfect. The tortellini was delicious as well. My hubby wanted to come back and try the spaghetti. The service was awesome. I didn't catch her name but she was attentive, huge mugs for water, and heavy pours (that we saw from another table) for the wine glasses. Will definitely come back and try other menu items. Overall food quality was very poor. Would rate negative stars if I could. Taste was not good at all. We ended up skipping dinner altogether and throwing out the food. Our postmates order was missing the added chicken for both entrees. Total order was almost 70 dollars for three items that were barely edible. Did get a refund for the missing chicken. I encourage you to save yourself the trouble and get a spaghetti dinner in the frozen food isle, it will taste 1000 times better and for a fraction of the cost. If I could give this a zero I would... First of all we were told that salads came with our meals, which looked like weeds from my yard with a tomato thrown on top... no bread, no croutons, no cheese in a stainless steel dog bowl. I ordered lasagna that had the consistency of glue with not one herb that resembled Italian flavoring. The textured gagged me. My daughter ordered spaghetti alla amatricana, which is supposed to be pancetta with cipollini onions in a tomato sauce.... Instead it was hard smoked bacon with raw red onions in a thick, gluey, pink paste... again, not one fresh Italian herb. Tomato sauce from a can would have been better. We were able to gag down the pasta but not the lasagna. Sent it back, however, the server added $4.95 for a salad because "I ate it" The Italian music and pictures of Italians on the wall made us hopeful but that was a trick....NEVER IN MY LIFE tasted anything like this.... I'm 100% Italian so I know the many variations...these recipes are not Italian. And NOT CHEAP... won't be back read more

Ok I hate posting this but i want others to know that the lasagna was disgusting, it's like eating flour mush , they definitely can't make a good béchamel , you can taste the flour like gummy bites . No sauce all flour paste . I had to spit out every bite . I should of stuck to spaghetti, hence the name Salad was good , over all 45 dollar complete waste , and the worst thing is I'm still hungry . Although I thoroughly enjoy the meals from this establishment, tonight after receiving my order I was disappointed to see the "side salad" was not included with my main entrée. I called to ask why, and the woman I spoke with said "it is a complimentary salad for in restaurant and take out orders ". My response was, on Uber Eats menu for their restaurant it does specify thst it is "complimentary ". I paid nearly 23 dollars for six (very tasty, however cold) ravioli. I asked her to please resolve this issue with Uber Eats so another customer is not denied an item that is clearly on the menu as a part of the meal. She did not sound to care about the discrepancy. We walked in at 7:15pm. A woman shouted at us from across the restaurant "We're closed!" The website said they close at 8pm and the open sign was in and the door was open. I've been a handful of times. Food is always great. The Alfredo, sausage sandwich, tortellini paradiso are all great, but I just had the Pollo Paradiso and it had some of the best chicken cutlets I've had. Huge portion and just perfect. The pizza is super good. And the person who I talked to on the phone was really nice. I got the everything without meat. If you order delivery make sure to put a sign on your door that says to knock really loud so you hear it because they just left it outside my door and I didn't find it until 45 min later because I was expecting them to knock. I was there last night and some of the food was good. I had the spaghetti carbonara and tried a spinach pizza too. The pizza bottom was really soggy. That was a little disappointing.The salad was a little plain. It was just lettuce and a slice of tomato. The service was great. Our server was very attentive and he checked on us often. The restaurant was very hot though. It was very uncomfortable. I don't know if they were trying to save money by not having the A/C at a comfortable setting or if there was a problem with the air conditioner. If there was a problem with it, they should let their patrons know that they are working on the issue and thank them for their patience. Also, I thought the atmosphere was very cute and I liked the art lighting and accessories; however, I did not like the table cloths. They were sticky. I don't know that they were dirty, but they are plastic. They stick to your hands and arms, especially with how hot they keep it in there. Nicer tables and chairs without plastic table cloths would be such an improvement. read more

Ordered a pizza and sphagetti dinner from here through postmates. No issue with delivery and the PM driver was great. But wow did the food just absolutely astonish me. Our expensive 18$ sphagetti dinner had no bread or side salad with it and was 18$!!!!! We got a SMALL foil container with some super thick cheap noodles that weren't boiled properly, and a vile disgusting marinara sauce that was like 30% grease juice.(photo provided) it tasted bizzare and off and we originally ordered meat sauce anyway. Our pizza I had requested slightly well done and so they sent us a black one. It was so over cooked and burnt it was basically dried chewy salt. There was so much salt in it I was chewing on a canister of Morton salt, and with the Burntness of it it was hideously disgusting. MANY of the good reviews are old and it seems like what's happened here is that this place was one of many restaurants that started off great and doing things right, but then went to the dark side and started making everything cheap, changed ingredients, and then started operating dirty to save money while still charging the original prices or more. I called there and was given some excuse(by a old Mediterranean woman claiming to be the manager) that my sphagetti was pre packaged and heated from the refrigerator and that's why it was mixed up. Wow! Thanks for admitting you served me garbage!! She also told me their oven is not a traditional pizza oven brick or metal and it's just a pass through machine like a bagel toaster at a coffee place. And they ran the pizza through twice and it got burnt..... so she told me to refund through postmates. Thank god postmates gave me a refund, this was a f***ing nightmare restaurant, exactly one of the places you'd see on Gordon Ramsay's shows. STAY AWAY!!! read more
