I sent him pictures of my existing garbage disposal and he brought the equivalent model from the same manufacturer. He quickly assessed the situation and got to work removing the leaking garbage disposal. He was fast, efficient, and thorough. I appreciated that he cleaned up everything and leak tested his work. Their pricing wasn't the lowest, but it was very fair, especially for the quality of work and professionalism they delivered. They had no hesitation pulling permits for all their work and didn't treat it as a costly add-on like some other companies. It's clear their standard of work already exceeds permit requirements, so there was no need to inflate costs just to meet code. We ran into two unexpected scope changes that couldn't have been known ahead of time. Prime Pipe handled both transparently and fairly, without price gouging or surprise markups. They also suggested a couple of optional upgrades, like running a gas line for the BBQ while the trench was open. There was no pressure at all, and the pricing was more than reasonable. We're glad we said yes. Their attention to detail was phenomenal: clean and level pipe runs, matching hose bibs, a perfectly aligned gas meter, .... You can tell James takes real pride in his work.
