She is thorough, trustworthy, dependable and loyal. I had an injury which prevented me from me from overseeing some of the areas, this is when most people would skip some of the detail; NOT MARISELA!! Bressi Ranch is a large property with a large recreation area, consisting of a junior Olympic pool, wader, spa, clubhouse and four bathrooms, containing six parks, which produces a great deal of trash; this property is not for the weak. PTC stands out as a cleaning service company, due to people like Marisela. Super quick responses and reasonably priced! Anddddd they work on weekends too! Anddddd they saved me because I was freaking out about having to clean after packing and moving. I had scheduled my cleaning for a Sunday afternoon and received a call from Kiran saying that the team they had originally assigned was going to be later than the original time slot because they were at another place. Unfortunately that wasn't going to work for me so Kiran came herself to clean my place! She and Alex did an amazing job and made sure everything was clean and pretty! They were super nice and Alex ended up having to help me clean off a couple of things that were in the garage that I was taking with me (because I can't do spiders) and even helped me put them into my car because they were heavy. They took a little bit longer to clean my place but I'm glad they did because they actually cleaned so many things that other places would have you add on. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and go through them in the future!

Stephany was prompt, pleasant and really paid attention to detail. When I saw my glass shower doors I thought She had somehow replaced them with brand new ones, I was amazed. In the past, I've struggled with maid who will clean things and not put anything back. They kind of just leave decor, plants, bathroom accessories wherever they feel like it. They just clean and move stuff. However, this service was amazing because not only did she put everything right back where she found it before she cleaned. But she also went out of her way to lightly decorate in areas that she saw needed it. Nothing crazy, but she just made my couch look cuter with organizing the blankets and pillow, things like that. Everything from the floorboards all the way to the ceiling fans look great. I will 100% be using the service again.

Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. I will be using them again for other services and have already recommended them to my parents and my neighbor. I will also be referring them to my HOA to do their pressure washing. Thank you!!

He talks a lot about how mold is everywhere and grid to minimize because I think he's used to all the crazy worries we all have - so understand that's where he's coming from when he almost excessively tried to calm your fears. We had a substantial roof leak with mold in walls - all handled very well and professionally and nowhere nearly as expensive as it could have been. You won't regret calling him. Genuine good person. The issue turned out to be a simple fix, and he didn't charge for the trip out, which we really appreciated. He was also very patient in helping talk through my concerns before the visit and explaining everything in a clear, helpful way, which made learning a new system much less stressful. We don't expect off-hours responses or no charge follow-ups for an issue they didn't cause (even for an easy fix), but it reflects the level of care we personally experienced with this wonderful company. While he was not certified for our specific required repair, he helped us troubleshoot and even contacted our inverter supplier to ensure we are still under warranty.
