Went to SPIN! for lunch today on a whim. Have driven by numerous times and finally decided to give it a try. Upon walking in, I was impressed with the layout and decor in the restaurant. Very clean and trendy looking. Immediately to the right of the entrance, there's a large menu on the wall and some cashiers stationed at registers. You order at the counter and they give you a number on a wooden block and a copy of your bill. At that point, you can choose wherever you want to sit. I ordered the mia combo, which allows you to choose a personal size pizza and any of their salads. I opted for the "sonoma" salad and a personaly cheese pizza (combination of 3 different cheeses). They seemed to have a good selection of craft beers, sangria, and some well-chosen wine options. I was alone so chose a seat at the bar, which gives you a view of their kitchen and pizza oven, which is an open area to the dining space. I have to say, the oven was so cool to see. Hence the name of the restaurant, it really does "spin" the pizzas around like a turnstyle. Within 5-10 minutes, I was served my meal, and the initial presentation looked great. I have to say, the Sonoma Salad was GREAT. It had grapes, thin apple slices, chopped up pecans, an orange vinaigrette & goat cheese. All of the flavors went so well together. It tasted light and fresh, and the greens and fruit combo went really well with the creamy goat cheese. This salad was better than salads I've had at much more expensive restaurants and everything tasted so fresh. As far as the pizza, the spin oven concept much really work, because it was perfectly cooked. I loved the crispy crust and the mixture of cheeses. Again, high quality ingredients, and it was cool to see the guy actually tossing the dough and the oven it cooks in. The mia really was the perfect size for 1 person for a lunch meal. My combo + a diet coke was just over $12. Since they do have servers bring you drink refills and your meal after you sit down, I did also leave a tip. Overall, I was really impressed with the food quality, atmosphere and menu options at this restaurant. I eat out a lot, and this is probably now one of my favorite pizza places - better than Fireside & Coal Vines IMO and a little cheaper. This place is amazing! We have been there twice now and we love everything about it!! The servers and staff are amazing and so helpful. The atmosphere is fun and happy but not overpowering and too loud!!! And the best is the food OMG. It's so so so so soooooooo good it's just out of his world good ! And if you've never been you simply have to try their Sangria! Fantastic!!!! I love the blood orange but they do different flavor a for Summer all the time. First time to SPIN Pizza. Service was a joke. Pizza was delicious. What ruins the flavor of good food is horrible service. Party of four...2 waters delivered; we ask for 2 more. 1 pizza delivered and salad was requested 3 times. Second pizza arrives, and we have not received utensils or cocktails. We ask about cocktails...they come at the end of all incremental food deliveries. We had to tell a food runner what items were missing AND what the items were. My salad was taken away by an employee while I'm eating it and my mouth was full so I couldn't speak fast enough. I despise having my plate removed and returned while I'm eating. This was a joke of a dining experience to the tune of 50.00 for a mini pizza, a 12" pizza, two half salads and a carafe of sangria. Ordered a GF pizza. Was one of only a few people there in the early afternoon. A wandering waitor made sure I was waiting for a pizza and didn't need anything. My pizza comes out and the only downside is it sat on the counter in a to-go box for about 5 minutes before I got up to ask if it was mine. read more

We came here when it first opened, and the staff was so friendly! As soon as we entered, the lady in front went through the menu and explained it to us, which was helpful. Omg its a conveyor oven. It rotates in the oven so the cooks dont have to actually cook. A monkey could do this job. Actually id prefer a monkey to pound the dough and make my pizzas. Maybe then we'd get more then half a slice of tomato on the largest slice of pizza. Oh btw very disappointed in the food, if u couldnt notice.* Cake layer of parm cooked on a thinly pounded dough, with very little sauce, and what seemed to be 7 half slices of cherry tomatoes and total 1 basil leaf for the marg. The tre carni was uber disappointing. Come to find out it looked like elementary school lunch food meat balls or sausage I don't know but from the response of no fresh mozz in the restaurant i wouldnt be surprised that their meat vendor is one and the same elementary school. Oh yeah dont use their cups. Their dish washer is leaving stains or its just not clean. A terrible restaurant to call itself napoletana.. the quintessential idea of fresh food. I liked that there is whole wheat and gluten free options (slight charge). I ordered the Primavera pizza on whole wheat crust with pepperoni added. It was very good. Crust had the right consistency, and the pizza itself was moist and tasty. They have a number of pre planned toppings for between $11 and $13 depending on the combination. Or, you can pay the basic $9.95 and add toppings a la carte for between $1.25 and $1.95 each, 12" either red or white, and they have every imaginable topping. My husband and I both thought our expensive pizzas were dry & would have tasted much better had they been sprinkled with an appropriate amount of cheese! I was just eating it and wishing I had ordered a salad because splurging (calorically) should definitely taste better than this! The circle of bread with cheese on it that I ordered for my kids was also lacking about half the appropriate amount of cheese (and cost way more than it should have). Had the Mini Mia combo at lunch today (pizza and Caesar salad). Food was pretty good and the staff was great. But why o why did they have to ruin it by serving the salad with the pizza? Pizza should not have arrived until after salad was eaten and the salad plate removed from table. Salad is course, not a side! Also, salad was on the same plate as the pizza so that cool salad/dressing was mixing with the warm grease oozing from the pizza; cool salad on the warm pizza and vice versa. Pizza temperature was just OK. It was NOT the painful, peel burned flesh off the roof of your mouth temperature of other places (the painful one is as it should be). Save your time and money. As soon as we walked in, we weren't even given a greeting or a smile. My family and I went on a Saturday afternoon, there were a few customers but nothing too busy. The girl who took our order, didn't greet us either just asked "what can I get for you?" All of the employees there seem like they don't want to work. They served us our food and NEVER once came by to see if we needed more water or asked to see if everything was ok. The lazy waiter was annoyed when we asked for a to go box, too.
