We ordered a large cup of fresh fruits for $7. The prices of the sizes did't make much sense to me because the regular sized fruit cups were more than half the size for like $1-2 less. It was a nice surprise to see this Fruit Stand inside Sunny Valley Mall. I guess it's been a while since we came here. Mangonada in the house! Got the Large size and it was well worth the $7.00. They are not stingy with the tamarind sauce. I just wish they actually have mango ice cream to go with it, like they do at other places. All the fruits and vegetables are fresh. Oh my gosh, are you kidding me? An elote spot inside the mall? Best thing ever cause I LOVE ELOTES! So in my hometown there's a few carts that go around town that sell them. Sometimes it's hard to find them too so when I saw a billboard announcing its grand opening a few months ago, I made a goal to check this place out. Splash Fruits offer a wide variety of food and sweets - from fruit cups covered with tajin chili to elotes. I ordered the elote con vasa which basically means corn in a cup. Made with corn, cheese, tajin chili, and mayo. Cost about $6 and the cup was huge! I mean I could have shared it with one other person but selfishly I had it all for myself. Served fresh and hot to order. So yummy! You can also get the corn on a cob but if you're like me and you don't like picking corn out of your teeth, I'd get the cup. read more

I've always walked pass this place and wondered what it's all about. Finally I decided to give it a try and my first bite was interesting lol. I thought it was way too salty, my gf said they put a lot of lime juice on it but I powered through. The second time I tried it I asked them to not put lime juice, still kinda salty which is probably from all the tajin that was put on it. But it was better than the last, and I enjoyed my selection of fruits - mango, watermelon and melon. The only downside is I wish they put more than 5 pieces of mango, they give you tons of everything else, but barely any mango. As if 5 dollars for a Mango is not enough ( which I understand, its a business), they won't cut it, won't give a knife, won't offer a different item. They used plain shaved ice and unriped and sour mangoes for their mangonadas and the elote was very odd tasting. I think the corn and the Mexican cheese used in the elote en vaso were very low quality. The mangonada melted really fast and it tasted like iced water tajin/chamoy.
