Parmesan was on all the dishes and I hate Parmesan. He asked for a to go container when his lasagna came as he always has to take half home. Was told by server that she'd bring it when he needed it. With the ever-growing Castle Rock food scene, we admit we've strayed from time to time depending on what we're looking for (fine dining, etc.), but we always come back to Hideaway when we want consistently good food, friendly staff, and welcoming owners. We've never had a bad meal. Unfortunately, that's hard to say about other comparable places in the area we have tried (but to each their own). Best onion rings we've tried anywhere (chicken tenders, fish tacos, burgers, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, the Hideaway Signature Pasta--the list goes on), but honestly, everything on the menu we've ordered has been delicious, and every time we go, it takes us a while to decide since everything is so good!
