    Bacon jam burger
    Jennifer R.

Delicious! Seriously great burgers, and they have a hunch of other menu items as well - Philly cheese steaks, chicken sandwiches, appetizers, mini cakes. We had the bourbon jam burger, the Philly cheesesteak, the jalapeño poppers, and the frings. Dips are sometimes not very big, so we got two of each, but that was way too much - they're generous and you only need one. Everything was tasty. The burger was the highlight and the frings were great. I probably wouldn't order the poppers again, only because they're just standard jalapeño poppers. Next time I'll be getting the cheese curds! My husband liked his cheesesteak, but thought it could have a little more cheese. Still tasty. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. It's a good value for what you get, and the portions are good. It's a casual place with about 7-8 tables. We went on a Saturday night, but went early - about 5. The restaurant quickly filled up. We'll definitely be back - this was the best burger I've had in a while!

Some of the best comfort food ever!!! Everything was fantastic! Super big menu, it's very hard to choose from!

Back Bourbon Jam burger, Philly, onion rings and fries.

We tried Stack'd for the first time today, and we were not disappointed! I had the Philly with mushrooms, my husband had the Bourbon Bacon Jam double. Added a side of 1/2 fries and 1/2 onion rings. Everything was delicious! The staff was great and very knowledgeable. The location is a very unassuming little shop, but well worth the trip.

This burger joint is legit! The burgers and jalapeño poppers looked as good as they tasted and staff are super friendly. They also have a cool pin board on their wall where people can "pay forward" a meal to someone in need. So cool!

Near perfect burger. Fast. Reasonably priced. What more can you ask for? Oh, the fries and cheese curds are also some of the best around

    Frings. Sorry, ate half already.

May have found my new favorite place in Castle Rock. Spotlessly clean. Stepped up to the counter to order, super friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of options. Ended up with a Philly and a Western burger (single). Couldn't decide between fries and rings, so we got "frings". Made to order and fresh. BIG portions. Philly made with quality steak. Burger juicy, and no skimping on toppings. Delicious. Both. Rings: lightly battered, gentle seasoning. Tipping: they have a jar at the counter, but no obnoxious "tip screen". No pressure. I see all the previous reviews are 5-star. I can see why. Here's another one.

It definitely had a kick to it, even without using much of the sauce on the side. Vegetables were good, but when they put the chicken on top of the fries, those end up getting a little soggy. Wanting to try something different, one daughter had the grilled chicken sandwich. While she wasn't terribly impressed at the start, the more she ate, the more she approved, deeming it to be "fine" and something she'd likely get again. The other daughter, also wanting something different, had the green chili burrito. She wasn't as impressed with the dish, saying it didn't have much taste, even after adding good amounts of salt and pepper. The burrito was described as "mid", which I guess means 'not very good.' Doubtful she orders this again. Service was fine at the start, but somewhat sporadic as the meal progressed. We needed to flag the waiter down for refills and to get our check...which sometimes happens when sitting in the bar area.

I also opted to try the Sriracha chili burger and it had a great flavor, but felt it was lacking some type of salt. However, the fries were absolutely delicious. Overall, the service was great and I would definitely be back.

With the ever-growing Castle Rock food scene, we admit we've strayed from time to time depending on what we're looking for (fine dining, etc.), but we always come back to Hideaway when we want consistently good food, friendly staff, and welcoming owners. We've never had a bad meal. Unfortunately, that's hard to say about other comparable places in the area we have tried (but to each their own).
