Very large portions, carne asada fries were yummy, and I wanted to love this place. But the other 5 items were mid. Kitchen Philly was nothing but pickled jalapeño, chicken Sando did have a good filet, but the slaw was bland. Jalapeño poppers had zero spice, which I expect from a popper and fries were soggy. My freaking favorite place in castle rock! So thrilled they have a permanent location!! All I've ever had is the elevated Philly which is FREAKING PHENOMENAL! But I tried the chicken Sando tonight and it was so good! HUGE piece of chicken on it too! Great service, AMAZING birria tacos. Great flavor, perfectly crispy shells packed with meat, onion and cilantro. The consomé that was provided to dip the taco was an absolute must. Will be back, looking forward to the formal restaurant opening. read more

Best food in CR in my opinion. Bourbon bacon burger is probably the best burger I've ever had in my 40 years on this planet. Coupled with some onion rings (side of boom boom sauce) and you can do some damage to yourself. Restaurant is run by some absolutely wonderful people as well. Lucky to have them in town. read more

Very friendly but VERY LOUD female working the register. Our burgers were good - nothing special, but they got my order wrong. I fixed it and moved on. Fried zucchini (takes 15 minutes) was too thick for my liking. Wish I had tried the onion rings. Small joint, but clean. Not many drink choices on the fountain. read more

I got the Kitchen Sink Philly Steak sandwich. It is definitely not worth the $19 price tag. The food looks good and tasted ok except for the extremely high salt content. I could only eat half of the sandwich because of too much salt. Other than that, online ordering and pickup was good. It is highly unlikely that I will eat there again. read more

Stack'd has quickly become our favorite place to eat out. we are working our way through the menu. The steak fries are excellent, have tried multiple times, these never disappoint. My wife and I took our two dogs to Iron Mule Brewery in Castle Rock on a nice Friday afternoon and sat on the great patio. After a beer we ordered chips and queso from the Stack'd food truck. My wife ordered the birria burrito and I ordered the birria tacos. We each tried a couple of bites of the other's meal, and both were spot on delicious. So good, in fact, that we each decided to order what the other had gotten the next time we're at a pub where Stack'd is serving. I asked the owner if he had an a la carte price for a little serving of birria for each of the dogs, and he cautioned me against it, saying that the spices tend to upset dogs' stomach. A few minutes later he brought over a little portion of his adobo chicken for our pets. The dogs liked it as much as we did. Great friendly service and super food served quickly ensure that we'll order again the next time we see this truck. read more

This is a can't miss food truck in the Castle Rock area!! I'm so full halfway in that I'm pausing to write this review and then hopefully finish. We already love their quesadillas, burrito bowls and biria tacos. We tried their chicken tenders on a special last year and they were fabulous!! But today, we went with their crispy chicken sandwich with jalapeño slaw and French fries - STOP THE TRAIN - AMAZING!!! The chicken is seasoned perfectly, it's crispy and still juicy. The slaw is one of my top slaws on a sandwich of all time! Mix in a generous portion of yummy seasoned french fries and it's a great meal! The Stack'd Team is a great group of people who are always kind and helpful. They move quickly and make it a great experience every single time. Damn good food. The Birria is absolutely delicious. Something I have seen in Colorado is that these places offer birria and then give you watered-down beef broth as the consome. Not at Stack'd. The birria is so tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The street tavos are so delicious too. Since I moved here from Chicago' this is the best taco joint I've been to. The steak street taco is the bomb. The staff is really friendly and quick. My only complaint is I wish they were open more days. But I totally understand that you can't put out food like that being opened all week, plus they are family owned. I really like this place and will hold off on any taco needs until they are open again. Please go support this business because they really take pride in the food they serve, and they deserve to be recognized. They do sell out, so get there early! read more

I have turned all of my friends into regulars who are now just as obsessed as I am, and we take every friend/family member who comes to visit here.
