I was also there during that day wanted to say that it wasn't at all how the situation unfolded; to clarify it was definitely busy and the 2 boys at the bar station were getting absolutely swamped by orders. It was understandable that they were behind and could not keep track of every drink being made. The lady, Corrine, however made a very big scene when she noticed that her drink was definitely missing. The boy in the colored shirt whom I assume is the manager apologized for the inconvenience and went to make the replacement drink right away. While he did this the lady started to use profane language and did in fact grab the tote bag to toss. The manager did politely ask that she not throw the bag as it is still merchandise. He promptly offered them a refund for their transaction and an apology for the inconvenience. Im obviously very nosy so I listened in on the entire thing.
