I met a web dev client of mine there today and it was the perfect place to meet. You have to jump through a small hoop for the wifi (get a Starbucks card and put $5 on it) but that wasn't too bad. The service is great. The wait girl gave me a 2nd, fresh espresso because I waited too long to pick it up (all of 5 minutes!). The chairs and tables are comfortable. There is no drive through here, but I don't mind coming inside. Even when there is a line, it moves quickly. My beverages are always made well, and everyone I've interacted with here has been pleasant. There usually isn't much available in terms of seating inside, but as I almost always take it to go, this is not a problem for me. Its Starbucks? I read a book once on McDonalds and it talked about the #1 reason for their success was being able to replicate the Big Mac experience in New York City and Stockholm... I believe Starbucks fully follows this strategy, and it is a good one. It isn't the best coffee in the world, but you know what it is going to taste like going in, and they have 3 new locations on Pluto, so you are good to go, ANYWHERE. At this location I frequent the drive-thru, but I have been inside as well. I will say that they NAIL the drive-thru. Only one time did I get a breakfast sandwich with no meat...bummer, but I'm resilient like Peyton Manning, and my morning was okay! Inside has been a little hit or miss.... bit more chaotic, and if you don't like jockeying around crowds, it can get busy. To this day, I cannot believe "they" haven't figured out a way to make the coffee cups without a seam so you don't get that terrible drip that can ruin a perfectly nice dress shirt. Normally all starbucks are the same to me, but this one feels more like home. Everytime I go in I feel welcomed. There were a few times where they had my drinks wrong, but they would remake it or let me try something else that is more of my tasting. Either way I do walk away happy. I love starbucks, but this one missed the mark a tad bit. The layout of the store was one of the biggest and nicest I've seen, so at first I was impressed even though it was nearly empty. Then I order my favorite drink "caramel ribbon crunch frap" and the Bautista tells me they're out of the sprinkles that go on top. I try to order a different frap, their newly advertised "smores" frap, and she tells me they're out of that too. Kinda disappointing! For such a big starbucks, they're out of so many ingredients. I end up going with a "coconut frap" that the Bautista recommended, which was interesting but was so new it wasn't even on the menu. This is definitely a nice local Starbucks! The manager Adam is always so nice. This Starbucks just seems so much more chill and welcoming that the other Starbucks I've visited. Typically when it comes to a corporate store (any company) as a community fundraiser looking for help you are immediately turned away and told you need to fill out an application on a website and allow a minimum of 60 days for approval to find out you'll be denied because your a family team supporting a good cause. Not in this case! We have a family team that walks in the annual JDRF Walk to Cure diabetes and we have a dollar goal to turn in. Adam the manager instantly found some items in the back that were no longer being sold on the shelves so that we could make a Starbucks gift basket to raffle off and raise money to turn into JDRF. There was no going back and forth. It was heartfelt and very helpful to our cause. P.S. The drinks and food here are always very good! read more

I have been coming here on and off for 4 years and the staff and manager is the worst of the worst. They function at their own time. Lines are backed up with no sense of urgency.Other times with no other order ahead of me the barista with the dark hair with purple bun is just being slow to avoid be confronted by me. This is just a typical attitude.I don't recommend this location. Go to Summermoon. The coffee is better and the attitude is better. read more

I have been disappointed with this location many times. I live really close which is the only reason I go to this one. Anytime I get a chai latte it's very watery tasting, even when I order it with whole milk. Last time I got a hot coffee it was so gross I dumped it out at home. The time before that I said sweetened and it wasn't and when I asked for it to be sweetened (again) they rudely grabbed it without saying anything. Today was my last straw I think, I ordered a PSL in a grande size (hot) and they left TWO inches empty at the top! Remind me why I paid $5+ for this?? This is a small Starbuck's. IT tends to be busy and can be loud at times. In the afternoon it is slower. It is a great place to do a meeting in the four point's area. The last 3 drinks I have ordered have said 'no foam' but I continue to get a shirt filled cup that is 15% foam. This is my neighborhood bucks so while I was running errands I stopped in for an iced caramel macchiato, a staple for me. The new girl behind the counter, Andi was super super rude and gave off a vibe that she was very irritated by everything it seemed. She made my drink wrong and when I came up to the bar to approach her she didn't even acknowledge me. I stood there for minutes and finally said excuse me and when i told her my drink wasn't made right she argued with me about it. Since a silly coffee costs $5+ I feel like I should have it made the way I asked because I paid for it and the barista shouldn't be rude to me. I just got a refund because the drink tasted so terrible and with that awful barista who can't make drinks properly and is rude to boot I just wanted to get my money back and leave instead of having it remade. I made several attempts to call the store and talk to a manager but the phone just rings and rings. This location is a customer service fail :( read more
