Food and service like any other starbucks. However the bonus is the location. I was waiting to pick up someone from the airport and found this to be a good place for that with a coffee. Just 5 mins from the Airport and a better parking situation than the phone waiting area :)

Amazing service. I ordered two mocha coffees. Forgot to say sub with oatmilk and realized after. They were nice enough to remake it for me. Best service I have had at Starbucks. The Starbucks in san bruno needs to learn from this location.

I've been going to this Starbucks since I was in school and I prefer this location vs. the one across from Safeway in Millbrae. There is plenty of parking in the lot even if it gets busy. Even before COVID, I never had any issues ordering in store or ordering ahead through the app. I came in on a Friday morning before 9am to get my free holiday red cup with a purchase of any holiday beverage. There were a couple people waiting in line and some waiting for their orders. Everyone was socially distanced and actually followed the markers on the floor. There were a couple tables outside for seating but all the inside tables and chairs were taped to prevent people from staying inside (see picture). All in all, a great Starbucks location that is close by and easily accessible!

Swung by to kill time between SFO runs. The staff was nice. Ordered a large hot chocolate. This isn't the coziest Starbucks location (if that matters to you) but it worked well as a place to kill time. It's also easy to get to right off the 101 freeway.

"iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso with 6 pumps of brown sugar"

i waited 30 mins for an ice brown sugar OATMILK shaken expresso EXTRA BROWN SUGAR SYRUP for it to barely have milk and no sugar at all. I paid $6 for a nasty coffee that im not gonna even drink and wasted my lunch break time.

Cute starbucks, I was pleasantly surprised on how spacey and clean this location is. They have good customer service, my cold brew and vanilla scone are on point.

This smaller location tucked into Burlingame Plaza would need a lot to go beyond the bad first impressions. Initially, it was confusing to enter, as the recessed door wasn't readily visible. Once inside I headed for one of the restrooms. It was truly disgusting. I've been in many gas station bathrooms with better cleanliness. There were discarded wads of paper all over the floor, which appeared to have been there for a long time. The floor was also grimy, in need of a thorough scrubbing. The thought of the barista staff members being stuck cleaning up after careless customers, and then going back to prepare food and beverages made me wish for brain bleach. The gentleman taking orders was pleasant, though in a very low key way. Our order of the seasonal eggnog latte seemed heavy on foam, and light on actual liquid. The seating space was adequate, in a rectangular area, versus more spread out like some Starbucks. The most outstanding thing about the room was a substantial wooden table with irregular edges, almost burlwood style. It was striking to see. Otherwise, I think this location may quickly fade from memory.

    Starbucks or dumpstersite?

The cream top is so good and has a super strong pistachio flavor. Would highly recommend the cheesecake too -- it's super light and creamy at the same time because it has multiple layers. The texture is perfect and one slice is a great size for sharing. The space inside is pretty small and once it gets busy, it would be pretty hard to find seating inside or outside. Service was quick.

ALSO they steamed a touch too hot which released some unsatisfactory notes in the milk. light roasts cannot pair with very hot milk!!! no bueno!!! anyway i may or may not come back. idk guys burlingame lacks some serious coffee game...3.5 stars, not worth the price

Maison Alyzée is a French fine pastry bakery café located on downtown Burlingame's main strip. Dedicated to providing customers with a Parisian escape through handcrafted elegant pastries and artisanal breads, the bake shoppe doubles as pâtisserie and boulangerie, priding itself on meticulous attention to detail. Upon entry, we were welcomed by a brightly lit and very clean venue. Ray and I were immediately drawn to the beautiful marble-topped white counter that encased a gorgeous variety of exquisite treats. The commitment to the elegance of French culture and modern creativity were evident in every luxurious pastry and cake on display. Maison Alyzée is an order-at-the-counter establishment, so we made our purchase with a friendly staff member at the register. Unfortunately, we were told that espresso drinks were no longer available that night since the staff had already begun cleaning the machines. Ok....I never understand businesses that start shutting down things before closing time. This just shows customers that team convenience of closing shop quickly takes precedence over customer experience, essentially omitting availability of items from the menu while they are still open. For this reason, I am docking a star. Luckily, they still had some cold brew available, so I ordered a Lavender Cold Brew with oat milk. Heads-up: Plant-based milks like almond and oat milk incur a $0.75 surcharge. I wish that the lavender was more like a simple syrup, so that the flavour was sweeter and less sharp. Maison Alyzée also offers a selection of breakfast, lunch, and brunch options. I definitely need to return to try one or two or a few of their ostentatious delights.

I visited Maison Alyzee in Burlingame on a Saturday morning, and while the pastries were good, the service felt cold and dismissive. There was no rush, yet the staff was not warm or welcoming. I asked for my raisin au pain to be warmed up, and after waiting outside for about 10 minutes with no update, I went back in to ask. The response was "It's in the oven" was delivered rudely, as though my simple question was an inconvenience. Even when a café is busy, basic courtesy and communication should not be optional. Good food deserves to be matched by good hospitality.
