Mmmm, yummy starbucks. I come here an unhealthily amount of times. Frappes are blended to perfection, and their coffee drinks are always delicious. They are super nice at this location and it's so convenient being a block away. Since it's new, it looks pretty modern and clean. I always get my dog a pup cup. If you want a recommendation: I like their matcha frappe with no whip cream and the brown sugar iced shaken espresso, with 2 pumps of white mocha, and salted caramel cold foam. So good! read more

I'm happy to see that this location opened up so close to my house. The interior is spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean, but does not have paper towels fyi. The drinks have been consistently well made in the past two visits. The staff looks friendly and greets me upon arrival which is nice and welcoming. I am excited for the great potential of this location! It's newer so not as many customers as the other well-established older locations. There's a spacious parking lot in the back and a drive-thru. The location is adjacent to Taco Bell. Friendly tip: I recommend the staff keep a trash bin below the hand air dryer to prevent a wet puddle which can be gross with dirty footprints and for trash disposal. Thank you! :) read more

This Starbucks recently opened and I was excited to try it today since it's right by my house. Today is my birthday so I came for my free birthday drink! The barista who took my order first introduced himself, then asked for my name and then asked if I had any questions and needed any help! He was very patient with me since I didn't know what I wanted. I decided on the cinnamon caramel cold brew which was delicious! I was greeting with my drink and a very nice happy birthday! We started coming here when it first opened as we are local to the neighborhood and it has been by far the best when it comes to customer service! This location is beautiful inside and out but it lacks personality from the experience I had. No greetings, no suggestions, no eye contact, just an employee looking down at the screen. I ordered a cafe vanilla Frappuccino and it was delicious in every way. The flavor was excellent and it's my go to so it get it on point is 5/5 stars. I honestly came to this location because I was driving by. I don't live or work by here but if I did this would be the one I'd go to. I arrived at the location before closing, yet the workers ignored me until 10 p.m., waiting to speak over the intercom even though I was already saying "hello." It's upsetting that Sebastian said they were closed and mentioned they had already put everything away before the actual closing time. To make things worse, a woman in the background was joking about the situation, saying, "it's not that serious." Whatever happened to customer service? I arrived five minutes before closing, and they decided on their own to shut down early and turn customers away during posted open hours. If I'm not mistaken, this could even go against OSHA or company policies. read more

When I'm in the area, I often hit up this Starbucks. It was Sunday afternoon around 4:30pm and I stopped by this Starbucks and thought I'd go inside for a bit. I walked in and approached the counter. An employee with a name tag that said Nick approached the counter and just stood there, no greeting, no how may I help you, no nothing. Therefore, I just gave him my order he verbalized the total, I paid and that was it. No thank you, no that will be right up, no nothing. I'm bringing this up as this is very unusual for any Starbucks. Perhaps Nick would benefit from some basic customer service training or better yet, working the french fry machine at a local fast food establishment. read more

Our second visit since they opened, our drinks are so flavorful and on point. I ordered 6 drinks but only got five and was charged only 5, it's not a big deal. Extremely rude to customers, bad service all because I felt like I was being discriminated against because I have tattoos and I'm Mexican Employee was white, and she even made a face when she walked to register. They always get the order wrong here and drinks don't taste correct. I don't know of it's because they're inexperienced since this is a newer location. They also don't fill up your drinks to fit the size you ordered. When I brought it up to the employee, she blamed it on the shape of the ice and didn't try to provide any resolution. Also they are unfriendly and ask to see your dog if you ask for a pup cup lol! Avoid this location. read more

I live locally and it's honestly disappointing to see the quality of service diminishing so quickly amongst locations. I come to this location almost daily and it never fails for the same barista "Justine" or "Janine" to ALWAYS have the worst attitude. Doesn't matter if she's tipped or not it seems like she doesn't want to want to be there and when paying over 8$ a drink it gets kind of ridiculous to have to deal with passive aggressive attitude from the same location. Everyone has stuff going on but it doesn't need to be brought to work, coming from someone who works in customer service. Extremely disappointing read more

I was so happy when this Starbucks opened because it's close to where I live. The first couple of times customer service was awesome. Since then the customer service is horrible. I had a 50% off a drink in my app. So i ordered told the barista she said you are suppose to let me know first so I'll have to void the transaction. When she did the 50% disappeared & she sorry you have to pay full price. Just went in got a frappe so i asked if she could put a little more whipped cream she told her eyes & squirts it one time really fast. Gonna be changing my Starbucks location.
