Sat in their drive through for *28 minutes*...and this is a recurring issue. This isn't a problem of being too busy either. There were 7 cars including mine to begin with, and 2 people inside. The staff here are usually very friendly, and the drinks taste like every Starbucks, but my god is this place inexplicably and inexcusably slow on a regular basis. I'm not one to write a bad review, heck I don't even write reviews.but... the green river Starbucks drive thru was not too great to me. Now I know my drink isn't the easiest being very berry hibiscus with coconut and add strawberries, but they actually just gave me coconut milk with a couple of strawberries. I've seen it before and I was totally fine with it. However, what really made me frustrated is that the girl was kind of rude about it. The employees are always so nice but their drive thru efficiency sucks. I have only made the mistake 3 times now of going through the drive thru but this is the last time because it takes 30 minutes every time I do. The inside is Fantastic and always great but the drive thru is always a mess and incredibly slow. read more

The employees are very friendly. I come here all the time and they are consistently out of everything: food items, drinks, syrups, etc. One of the slowest locations I've been to. Expect to spend 15+ mins in the drive thru if there a line. read more

Starbucks used to be very customer service driven. I don't know where is the consumer's money going towards to but I highly recommend that they use it to invest on a good customer service training and a better recruiting system. Every time I have been to this Starbucks is during my business hours, which means I'm in a rush. It never fails that I have to wait 15 to 20 min just for an iced coffee. The baristas are unprofessional and immature, they had me waiting for my coffee so long because two of them were fooling around laughing away and having a personal conversation while people were standing waiting for their coffee. This Starbucks off green river is the best customer service I have ever come across! I work at Pizza Hut and usually close so by the time I'm out its 12 and it's nice to have a Starbucks close to me that is open 24 hours! I have never got such amazing service like I have at this Starbucks! I definitely have to mention Christian and Brandon because they are extremely friendly and have the best customer service! This place is very convenient for me and the staff is great! Only one thing....I have been coming to this location 2-4 times a week for the last 6 months and my favorite is the Cranberry-Orange Scone. They have been out of it about 75% of the time. BUMMER! I was amazed that a barista would challenge a patron and be comfortable acting rude to a dissatisfied customer. I have been to Starbucks all over California; from Humboldt to San Diego county. I have never experienced this type rudeness from a barista. This employee makes me not want to patron this establishment again. It is too bad since it is right off the freeway and open 24 hours. I was appreciative of the supervisor's ability to remedy a horrible situation. Management, there is something to be said when hiring too young of a person for the job. Must have been a bad day at this Starbucks, even though I came in twice! This morning, The trash was over-flowing and the women's restroom was a mess. This afternoon, the barista on the register seemed annoyed by me and then forgot to get my classic coffee cake. While waiting at the bar, the barista making drinks never once looked up to see that I had been waiting. It was as if she never saw me even when she yelled out drinks for other customers. I've never felt so invisible! I finally got her attention so I could get my coffee cake and leave! I think I'll stick with my favorite Starbucks at Ontario Ave. and the 15 freeway!! read more

Very rude. An item was forgotten in my drive thru order after waiting 30 mins. I went inside and was ignored. When I finally got ahold of someone and said that an item was forgotten, the response I received was "I just got here so I didn't forget anything, you can go wait in line and ask the cashier" I will never go to this Starbucks again. I have found that lately the drinks are poorly made every time I come to this Starbucks. I had ordered a caramel macchiato and it literally tasted like pure water with a hint of coffee. I wasn't going to complain because... well... it happens! Then I came back later that same week and ordered the same drink... this time the drink still tasted watered down and was probably half full (the rest was just foam even though I asked for no foam). I should have taken a picture because it was pathetic. It was definitely a rip off. I still wasn't going to complain though because maybe they were in a hurry. But I came back and ordered a different drink and a classic oatmeal with hunny. The oatmeal was was drowning with how much water was used and they didn't give me any hunny. I definitely have decided to save my money and go else where for coffee and breakfast. I'm bummed because the staff there are really sweet and professional. But I think they need to slow down and take their time with making the food and drinks. read more

There are several SB in the area, but this one is known by locals as the best place to get serious work done. Plenty of room, wonderful baristas that are very friendly and care about their store. The hills across the freeway are always nice to look at too. Only drawback is you need to talk loud into the mic at the drive through. It is noisy out there. read more

The staff is friendly, and the drinks are consistent with every other Starbucks on the planet, but their bathrooms looked like they've never been disinfected. Feces around the rim of the toilet bowl. Stains on the seats. Permanent rings around the water level in the bowl. Eeeeeeww! If they're not concerned about sanitation in the restroom, what about the bar???? So disappointed this Starbucks is pretty bad .. they always make your order wrong and they lie about not having certain drinks stating the items are seasonal when they are not .. check ur Ads before telling someone u are sure they are seasonal ..an FYI this drink was made here less than 24 hours ago ..it happens constantly at this location!!
