Great friendly staff and my drink and sandwich were perfect as it is at all Starbucks. My grievance is 95% of the tables were taking up by people with laptops. Some tables just had a laptop set up with no one sitting at them as if someone left to go get food or run an errand. Really wish Starbucks would implement a WiFi time limit. Look I don't like to say bad things about food service workers because I am one, but one of the ladies here really upset me. I asked to get a jalepeno pocket cooked inside a grilled cheese and she said no because "she had things to do".... As someone who used to work at the woodland hills target starbucks I know for sure a customer is the priority so that's just a bad response. After that, I drove to the target down the street off Jefferson, asked the lady there and sure enough she was happy to make my food exactly how I asked. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble, but it just shows how the quality of your service as a customer ultimately depends on the worker in front of you. read more

But it is still Starbucks after all so I paid 6 bucks for mediocre coffee. Only cu I get a free one on my birthday soon. Honest. Don't call me out on liking Starbucks I am not fessing up to that ever. Edit: I saw they put You Matter on my cup. Maybe they do for everyone but that still made my day. Service could definitely be improved. I ordered ahead through the mobile app on Friday 2/20 about 5:45pm so my drinks would be ready when I arrived. When I got there, one drink was ready, but the other wasn't. The employee making drinks had stopped working on my order and was preparing other drinks instead. When I asked about it, she said they were working on it, but that didn't seem to be the case, as she continued making other orders. I placed both drinks in the same order, so I'm not sure why only one was prepared while I had to wait another 10 minutes for the second. May 30 2023 This Starbucks location in Culver City is the best! Servers are always super friendly, it's spacious with indoor & outdoor seating, as well as plenty of parking! So i've been to this location.Many of times in the past, as I stated in my other review there was a young lady there.She was not very friendly at all.But now that I see there is a whole new staff, this location has really improved. The workers are so nice. They are very attentive. They greet you when you come in. And I would like to give a special shout out to Miguel. He is very attentive every time I come in. He is so professional and very nice. It can be a busy time but he still has a positive attitude. Hes an awesome person. And he even offered me a bag.I usually have to ask for a handle bag, but he offered it to me.Because usually I just come there like every two weeks.So i'm very impressed that he still remembers who I am.But the food is good.The service is good, and it's just an overall friendly place now. read more

As much as I loved the look of this Starbucks - bright, lots of natural light, big chill patio on a surprisingly quiet main road and good service - the coffee was weak. My cappuccino also wasn't as full as it should be. Normally I would have gone back for a redo but someone else paid for it so I let it slide. Lol My friend got the same and said hers was strong enough. You don't need a combination to use the gender neutral bathrooms. Kudos for having the sinks outside the bathrooms. However, the sensor activated hand dryers don't work well. Convenient strip mall parking but won't be coming back. read more

My new FAVORITE Starbucks!!! Shiny clean and spacious that is super important during pandemic. Lots of great space to hang out on my laptop... a girl can dream while waiting for post pandemic crowded Starbucks, right?!?!?!?! I stopped in late evening ~1 hour before closing time to redeem my Birthday reward since it's been a crazy run-around-like-a-chicken-without-head kinda day. I mentioned to Alexia that I won't be having my drink until the next morning and she was super helpful, suggesting to make my drink choice ready to mix for best taste. That is 10-star service! Of course I debated between 3 choices LOL. Luckily the store was empty except for me and my "personal" Batista hehe! It was a luxury to "hang out" for a bit and enjoy chatting with Alexia behind the glasses and our masks. I even learnt a few things about how nitro brew can only legally be served in grande size only 'coz it's so caffeinated -- no venti size. Another girl, I believe her name was Maria, took my order-- she was also kind. But Colin took the effort to great me by name; and I also witness him greet a regular who walked in, by name... which I think creates a very welcoming feel here. This is a cute Starbucks. I also stop by here on my trips up to Culver City; and every time the baristas are kind-- but today Colin was someone who was friendly and put in the effort to connect with his customers. That did not go unnoticed. Kudos to you Colin! No line right now it's almost 3 pm on a Sunday though. Spacious indoor and outdoor seating area. Parking in lot. First time I've seen a food donation basket in a Starbucks. I decided to stop in for a drink after shopping at Ralph's in the same shopping center since I had a gift card. I ordered the apple crisp Frappuccino which I really liked. The service was extra nice and extra friendly. I need to visit this location more after my shopping trips to Ralph's. The location is less than a year old, clean, and spacious. The only drawback was that it was a little crowded around the entrance because people next door at Denny's were outside waiting for a table. Usually has good service, but I was disappointed with how they handled accessibility. The on-site supervisor told me to move from one of the two handicapped tables because a customer had come in with a wheelchair. This customer was sitting at the other handicap designated table, but I was told to move. (Mind you, the customer herself said she didn't mind. There was also another customer sitting at the other table who wasn't told to move.) I told the supervisor that I also have a physical disability and she seemed to not understand/care. I come to this location for convenience only. What's the point of having a sign about masks if you're not going to enforce it? Also, I asked one of the girls innocently if she was ok because she was repeating the wrong order back to me and she said to me with a slight attitude "I'm fine and the only thing I said wrong was the size." Um no, the whole drink was wrong. Then a co-worker of hers asked what happened while I was still standing there and she told her while I was in earshot and they laughed and continued to talk about me. Then the co-worker says to her "be quiet" while laughing. You really shouldn't be talking about your customers while they are still in the store and can hear you. It's bad customer service. Please be mindful of that and just work. I think your team including your managers need customer service training and to abide by the mask mandate or don't have it and close. read more

Which i know most people look for during a pandemic. *Literally walked in and seen someone with a mop behind the counter*. She greeted me, as did the other 2 baristas. They were super nice. Mentioned i had a mobile order & the young man (i didn't get his name) got them for me. Both of my drinks tasted amazing (Gr. Black tea lemonade & a Gr. My daughter went in to this business to get a cup of water and when she walked in she noticed that there was a sign that says " you may not enter with out wearing a mask." And a lady came in with out a mask and a employee gave her service and when I called to speak to a manager she said that she was a manager but when I complained she said that there was nothing she can do. This was the rudest Starbucks I've ever been to. Tell me why the barista lied to my girls about not having cake pops and straws. She had the nerve to tell us that they are out of straws and they were clearly behind the counter. When we asked her aren't those straws right there she rudely gave us straws and then took the rest in the back. Then tried to deny my girls entrance to the bathroom. The workers here are terrible. I came in at night and worker #1 was making a drink for a customer. I went in line and waiting a bit because worker #1 was talking a lot to the customer. About three more people came in behind me. Then worker #2 came out and started to take my order. I asked a couple questions about the drinks then placed my order and left I tip. I waited around the area where the drinks come out. I noticed something was wrong when everyone else got their drink and they weren't working on my order. I then asked worker #2 about how much longer should my drink be about done and she started asking me "did you even place an order?" And "what did I order?" I got a bit upset and explained that I was the first order she took down and then worker #1 jumped in and was incredibly rude talking about how we all came in after closing time and I explained to him when I got in it wasn't the time they close and if they were closing up early why didn't they just tell me from the beginning? He started getting really angry and was yelling about how they are all rushing and then he started to make my drink but like slamming everything. read more
