I gave my name and was told my drinks weee coming . 10 more minutes pass and the store starts to empty out (still people after me getting their drinks) and I go back again and was told they just couldn't find my stickers. I typically hate Starbucks because of the long lines and the crazy rushes they get. But this Starbucks is different, I've been coming here since I went to Troy high school and I definitely feel like they've always improved on service . This is definitely one of the busier stores especially being right next to cal state Fullerton, regardless, my drink order came out before I sat down in my seat Taylor was very sweet, accommodating, had a great smile. while taking my order, she answered any and all questions I had about drinks and did it with that jaw-dropping smile that I mentioned earlier (she's also a great multi-tasker) Amanda went above and beyond to ensure my drink came out as I asked and I was very satisfied with my end product. She was also on top of making sure the milk/ napkin area was refilled without anyone asking which shows great work ethic. That's the best thing about Starbucks is that they're consistent, that's why they're such a successful franchise! Apart from that, it's important to have great employees to back the brand name. It's a Starbucks so you pretty much know what there is and what to expect. But, my last two visits I had Devyn make my drink and it was just spot on great. The visit just before her was some guy who I didn't see the name tag and it was just terrible but I also watched him pour the contents from the blender to the cup back into the blender (twice). So clearly he missed something and was trying to fix it. I should have tried the drink there but waited till I got home and it was very off. Live and learn on that one. But, Devyn was awesome and nailed it 2 for 2. She has a great smile so I felt very welcomed and look forward to going back (as long as that other guy isn't making the drinks). First time here at this Starbucks. In a way, I can say I'm really disappointed. I ordered a extra caramel frappe and it just taste like water! Also they barely gave any caramel at all! Since it's so loud in there you can't always hear what others are saying but I can hear him asking if there is anything else needed to said persons order or how our day was going. This Starbucks needs to either get new management or have faster service in the morning. Yes a lot of people go to this Starbucks and if they know this shouldn't they hire more staff in the mornings. This location is always busy, but they are typically very fast. The workers are very friendly. Friendlier and more enthusiastic than many other Starbuck's locations! I have frequented this location numerous times to grab a quick caffeinated beverage on the way to work as well as coming to this Starbucks with friends to hang out, talk, read, or play cards. I enjoy that this location is open later than other locations: 12am. As far as customer service is concerned, it kind of depends on who is working at the time. I have encountered very nice, efficient baristas from time-to-time, and on other occasions I have come across individuals who were not as enthused as one would hope. This is a very busy location. This is a solid Starbucks location. It's located a block away from CSUF so I understand why people complain of the long lines. Fortunately for me, there was absolutely no line when I went! The crowd is mainly college students and middle aged business people. They have a decent amount of tables on the inside and a few outside. The booth material on the inside is in pretty horrible condition. The material is ripped apart and cracking in some areas. // PARKING // Plenty of spots in the plaza, but it can get crowded since they have about 10+ businesses within the plaza including some popular spots. // SERVICE // The staff here was friendly. The guy who took my order was friendly. It's surprising how long the line typically is, I don't think I've ever walked in here and walked up straight to the registers. The baristas are all very nice and typically don't have attitudes, which I certainly would have with this amount of college kids around. I really like this starbucks even though we came here and it was extremely busy. Line was out the door! We waited around and got a spot at the communal table. Why do other starbucks not have this more? I visit a lot of Starbucks as a result of my (business) travels and I don't comment on many of them because they're all the same...they offer great coffee, coffee beverages, pastries, sandwiches and of course "fast", friendly service (relatively speaking). I'm writing about this location because they offer more than a opportunity to satisfy my caffeine fix. They have long, communal style, tables so that if want to do a little work or follow up with someone I visited via email; I can without fear that my laptop will tumble off of my lap splintering into a useless pile. They also have power strips so that more than one person can charge their device(s). As a business traveler, I'm not sorry the individual couches or plush chairs are gone. Ultimately, I stayed a little longer and had lunch as well as dessert. As far as the lines...nothing when I was there...sometimes its all about timing. When I left, after about 45min later, there was a line 4 people deep. Those behind the counter were professional and courteous. I don't really care whether a baristas smiles or is overly friendly, I guess its just me. The next time I'm in the area, I will definitely stop by and give them my business because it seems they have someone like me in mind. If you're a business traveler like me and you need to do a little work and get quick bite or perhaps just want to get away from the traffic this store offers those opportunities. read more

I always like to get flat white because of the flavor. But this drink can sometimes turn out to be bitter if not done right. It's suppose to have a natural sweetness. My first drink was really bitter. The employees are pretty average but Al was awesome. Al's got a great smile on and good work ethics. I was asking this white guy to remake my drink and I don't know if it's the loud music or crowd but he asked me to repeat what I was saying. I mean I'm okay with repeating but the experience was just not great with him. This place was disgusting. I glanced in the pastry case (as I do) and the bagels were hairy with mold. WHAT. We were disgusted and the employee who was taking our order assured us that they did not sell those items in the case. Why even keep them if they are so dang HAIRY WITH MOLD. Throw them out! My friend who was with me was a former Starbucks employee told me (once we were out of earshot of other paying customers) that they were supposed to sell those items first. Yuck.
