I just waited 16 minutes in line for a scone. I was handed a completely raw scone, not even baked. I walked out and tossed it. This store has been a mess for years. We've been coming to this Starbucks for quite awhile. This place can get crowded in the AM and after school lets out. They have a big patio area where you can usually find smokers. And free Wifi probably contributes to the crowd. Starbucks is a cookie cutter franchise that has perfected its craft...getting Americans addicted to caffeine!!! We've all had our share of their coffee so you know what you are getting. No need for anyone to Yelp where the best Starbucks location is...unless you work there. Its all good though, this staff has served our business party many times. They put up with our obnoxious staff, sometimes twice a week. OKay, now these places are awefully convenient and consistent, so we needed a place to lay over for about 1 hour on Sunday evening.... Since they open till 8:00 or so, it was the perfect place? a. For a Sunday, it was crowded. Every table taken except for one. b. Must be the wifi, not the coffee..... c. I ordered a black coffee and you know what, it is poured from a decanter. It is not the beans you grind, and then filter hot water. Nope, you have it from a decanter. Not my cup of .....tea..... d. Service - not bad but quite discombobulated in a sort of a "whatever" mode. I think the team were focused on other things than serving up a great cup of joe. I would definitely come back because it is a cool place to hang, and they have quite teh nice outdoor seating area. This past Saturday, I called in two Travelers (two large 96 ounces of coffee goodness, perfect for early morning gatherings). When I called to order ahead, I didn't really know how to explain that, but the associate who answered the phone was patient and knew just what I needed. She kindly told me I'd be good to pick them up in 15 minutes. When I went to pick them up, the travelers had sugar packets, stirrers, cream (milk) all in the handy traveling case. When they handed them to me, they kindly explained what/where everything was. They even offered to help me carry it if I needed it, but I kindly refused. All associates that day - on the phone and at the counter - were helpful and friendly and the Travelers were perfect for the event I was bringing it to. The next day, my friend wanted to grab a coffee before our day of shopping and I had the same experience as far as customer service goes. Unfortunately, I forgot to tell them I wanted my coffee iced, and although the barista had already started to make it hot, he was wonderful. He was not miffed, still gave me a smile, and told me not to worry when I apologized profusely. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks for one key reason: the staff. From smiles on down to knowing what to do and how to do it, they get you in, out and on with your life. Monday mornings they can be a little slow...and parking is not ideal. But compared to many other Starbucks locations in Vegas this is the one I consider the best. I don't usually review big companies unless something really bugged me. I went to this starbucks this morning and ordered my usual and asked for only a splash of cream, almost black. The young lady who made my coffee put an awful lot in and I asked her to remake it. She said "you know you can put your own cream in right". So I asked for a refund and spoke with the manager. Now she was very nice about it but in the end there are WAY too many Starbucks in this city to have to deal with this crap. This location is a joke! They close extremely early. Not only that but they close even earlier then they are suppose to. There has been a few times where there is 10/12 minutes left before closing and the doors are closed and they have started closing down. Okay. What is happening at this Starbucks. We got a venti ice coffee with cream and hazelnut and it tasted SO weird. It tasted... Rubbery? But also bitter, and nasty. So we sucked it up and drank it anyways. I have a gold card so I got a free refill, giving the barista the benefit of the doubt, and it was still disgusting. I love this Starbucks. It is in a nice location and always has friendly servers who are always nice and chill about giving you your free refills and sometimes will give you free snacks if you stay their til closing. They are busy so sometimes there isn't as much available seating but if it's warm outside they have a lot of outside seating. They have a big table which is nice for studying and their music is at a good level so it is not too noisy if you want to talk or study. They also have plenty of food places near you if you want to get food while you are there. read more

Worst Starbucks Ever. Usually the employees at Starbucks are friendly, helpful and quick but that does not apply at this location. I have to agree with the other reviews that the sense of urgency and providing great customer service if a concept that is not well grasped by the employees of this location. I was standing waiting to order my coffee, the baristas just decided to go on with their ridiculous conversation. I waited patiently after a few minutes of standing around like an idiot waiting to see if the baristas would take my order, I said so " is anyone going to take my order or do you guys want to continue your conversation, because if that is the case let me just pour myself a cup of coffee so I can be on my way". That got their attention. Sadly I hate to be rude, I really do, but sometimes enough is enough. Really Starbucks hire people who appreciate their job an want to work. read more

Worst customer service of any Starbucks I've ever been to and I've been to a lot. Continually snobby and unhelpful.

I often come here in the mornings before work since it's close to my office. I'll pick a table (there's almost always one open if you go early enough) and work on my computer until it's time to go to work. This place is known for talkative and friendly regulars, so if you're looking to get work done, just put in your headphones and you're typically okay to be left alone. The cashiers all remembered my name (and spelled it right) after only a week of coming in every day, and even when I space out my visits, they still remember it. Their service is always fast, which is good for those in a hurry. The only thing this Starbucks is missing is a DRIVE THRU. I didn't know they even made Starbucks without drive thrus anymore. It takes about the same amount of time to order your drink ahead and walk inside than it does to wait in a long drive thru line, so it's really not that big of a deal if you're okay with getting out of your car. read more

I'm very rarely ever in the Green Valley/Henderson area and last night after the gym I needed some iced tea! The Starbucks app is so convenient because I was able to locate the nearest store which happened to be this location. It's a cute small store located inside of a strip mall so you have to actually drive in a find it. I first of all hate going inside so the fact that they didn't offer a drive-thru I was annoyed and then to add insult to injury the parking is so limited so I had to park far and then walk. When I walked in I noticed only one barista and that was it. I'm guessing they may have only staffed for the expected forecast of traffic but having only one person seems a bit odd, even for security reasons. I almost felt bad because at one point it was about 4 customers all trying to order these large orders and she had to place them AND make them. I'm cutting slack on the wait time expectation because of the circumstances, but all in all it was sufficient! My Mango Black Tea tasted great! read more

I must preface this by saying I only go to this starbucks for the crew. The store manager is an add. However, I'm greeted by name by everyone in here. I come every day I work(4 days a week). I never have to say my order they all know what I drink. This is seriously the best crew at a starbucks. I pass three other locations on my way to work to go to this locaton. I can't brag enough on them. My only complaint is the manager. She is rude, sanctimonious and totally All About Numbers. I've ordered the same drink for ever and I honestly don't know what I'm charged because the crew knows what I drink and I scan my card on my phone. She says I need to know how much they charge you so we all know and if they're making sure to charge you for your ad shot. Like I said I just go there for the crew. Love them!!! read more

I love that this place has a more cafe-feel than most Starbucks that I've been to in Las Vegas. There is no drive-thru so the cafe is always pretty packed in the AM. The baristas seem to be friendly and they've always been good about getting my drinks out promptly and accurately. read more

Most of the employees are very nice and you can tell this location has a loyal customer base, I even heard one employee greet a customer by name today when delivering other food orders out to customers. However, one seemingly new employee has now messed up 2 times out of the maybe 5 or so that I've been to this location since moving out here in the beginning of July. First was just leaving out cream and syrup from an iced coffee, not a huge deal. Twice I had mobile ordered the double smoked bacon and they were out so I settled for something that would've cost less if I would've known they were out. So today I asked if they had the DSB, that same employee who made the wrong drink before went to check and said they do have it, I asked if they had sausage and cheddar as well and she said they did not so I asked for 2 DSB's and she rang me up for those. After 10 minutes of waiting, a different employee came out to say they didn't have any. I totally understand a busy Starbucks being out of certain items but going to check and still being wrong is incompetence. read more

This used to be the closest Starbucks to me when I worked in the area and it was horrible. How is it that every time I walked into this Starbucks they would screw up my drink one way or the other. I even gave them a chance 4 times and they always screwed up. I even had one barista drop my drink and crack the cup which I did not know until I got into the car and my drink was leaking. I just gave up on this place and had to drive to the Starbucks on Green Valley and Warm Springs which made my drink PERFECT every time I went there. Perfect place to bring your kids, to come with your girlfriends, or to just chill! I really like coming to this shopping center because when the weather is just right, you can sit in their spacious patio and just relax. I was really surprised that Starbucks closes so early esp on a Fri night (8:30pm) and Sat (8pm)... before when i was in high school, they definitely had later hours! The staff here is one of the best I have met ever at a Starbucks. The spinach egg wrap I received today was over heated, i burnt my tongue, and it was also lacking filling. The shaken mango iced tea was way too syrupy and I will order just 1 1/2 pumps next time. Service was quick. This is my daily coffee spot. Perfection every single day. Sometimes there's a line. Their coffee is always consistent and the baristas are always pleasant. They always have samples of biscotti, different pastries of the day and varies coffee. They will also give you a sample from their new Verismo machine :-) YUMM! There's no drive through because their store is a corner lot in a weird location, but they have a really nice patio. When the weather allows, you could sit under one of their pretty starbucks umbrellas and enjoy the Green Valley. read more

This is one of my favorite Starbucks in town that I enjoy going to because it doesn't get overly crowded, the staff is super friendly (especially the Asian lady that works there and who's one of the sweetest baristas ever), my drinks are always on point, and it's situated in a nice area that's super convenient for me since Rubio's is right next door for me to go to whenever I get hungry or I can go to Smith's to go grocery shopping. It's kind of hard to believe the other reviews I've read about this place because I never had a problem going here nor do I see any problems happening, and I'm usually this place at least 3 or more times a week for about 5-6 hours since I have so much work do to for my BS (Biology) at UNLV unfortunately.
