I frequent this location on a daily basis. I enjoy coming to this location in the morning before school or work. I love seeing the happy faces in the morning that greet all customers. Shout out to Paul, Malia, Cedric and Michael. They know my order and always send me off with a positive smile and attitude. HOWEVER,when I come in at night, I get a whole different experience. I waited in front of the cash register one night for 5 minutes until someone came to my aid and asked me for my order. Funny thing is........all 4 of the workers saw me standing there and seemed to be busy cleaning up for the closing shift. From that night on, I never returned at night. I love starting my mornings here! I recently joined the Starbucks Rewards program and the staff at this Starbucks is great. This morning the rewards cards weren't working but they still voided my soy and syrup charges because they know I have the card. I've been frequenting here for about 2 years now and although it took a while for them to recognize me, they now greet me by name with a smile every morning and know my favorite drink by heart. I used to just go here because there was a drive thru but I honestly can't see going to any other Starbucks now, unless it's out of pure convenience. When I was first prompted about the Starbucks reward card I was a bit skeptical but after much friendly persistence by the staff, I am happily enjoying the cards benefits. I love this star bucks especially because of the awesome Drive Thru although I have to say it can be very challenging during peak hours like weekdays in the morning and the drive thru line of cars can be all the way to the street. And I am sooo glad they redid the drive thru so people are not able to cut the line anymore. Would have some serious aggressive drivers when we are all waiting patiently and some idiot cuts the line!! Never do that to an Asian woman before she has had her 4 shots. You will most definitely be slapped up side your head. No cuts da line brah!! But I really do love this star bucks. My order is always correct and if they do mess up they want to make it right. Once I had ordered their coffee dispensers for a work shop and the coffee spilled in my car. AVOID the drive thru in the mornings!! The parking lot is ill-equipped to handle the line. Cars approach the drive thru window from so many different ways. It is difficult to tell where the line starts. I have been "cut" in line so many times. It makes my morning routine so stressful, I often think my morning coffee fix is just not worth the angst. Baristas are friendly and fast both inside and out, and I wish I could give higher stars based on the service and fare alone. This Starbucks is convenient, clean, and customer oriented. I obviously go to Starbucks for the coffee, but I also go because I can do my homework there without the distractions at home. It is also a great place to meet others and study together. When I arrived the first thing I noticed is that they have a drive thru and it is open 24/7. This is so convenient, especially for college students like myself. We're always in need of coffee for those late study nights. This Starbucks is located in a shopping center so there is plenty of parking for customers. The dining area is open from 4am to 11:30pm and they offer free wifi. Most Starbucks aren't open for that long. They usually close around 9pm. When I first walked in I was surprised to see how spacious it is inside because it looks smaller from the outside. They keep the dining area and bathrooms clean for customers. When I ordered my coffee I was greeted with friendly service. They made sure to make my drink right away. It was pretty crowded, but the employees handled it well and prepared everyone's drinks in a timely manner. I was there for a while since I was studying for an exam and continued to order coffee. The barista I had was welcoming and got my order right. There are some cases where the barista gets my order wrong The reason I didn't give such a high score is because I had a few issues with this Starbucks. The combination of a crowded Starbucks, blenders, and loud music can get to someone studying for an exam. However, I understand the circumstances and it was easily fixed with my own earphones and music. I tried calling ahead of time to find out their store hours and the first few times nobody answered. Okay tad bit irratated been going thru the drive thru at Starbucks for the past 4 days order our drinks got hot water with lemonade and honey. For the past for days we didn't get charged . Today we ordered our drinks and a hot water with honey and lemon they said no lemon but can but some lemonade. Then we get a bill and they charge me for a venti lemonade .. I asked for hot water not a venti lemonade and they have the nerve to tell me oh we charge for lemonade .. Oh the parking "maze" that makes no sense. It makes as much sense as the backwards Taco Bell Drive-Thru in Kalihi. I entered through the main intersection and realized it would probably be easier if you enter by Walgreens. So of course im not "that person",i drive around by Petco to wait in the mosy ridiculous/congested line ever. Not really a Starbucks issue,its whoever made the blueprint for that ficken shopping complex. However, i wish the workers were faster with pumping out drink orders :( a bunch of us were just waiting in line for about 10mins before even getting to the order screen. This is the Worst Starbucks ever ! I will say staff is nice BUT it seems like only a few can make a drink correctly. I make them make my drink over so many times it's awful. Only reason I go is it's easy and close but it's not easy when I have to go there over and over to get stuff remade. They are always out of stuff - dehydrated strawberries - should rarely run out. I don't even know where to start! If I could delete that 1 star I would, but Yelp won't let me give NO star. My husband and I have been continuously disappointed by this Starbucks over and over. From rude and sassy baristas to unsatisfactory coffee and service. But we continue to give them the benefit of the doubt that they would improve because it seems that we always get a newbie or someone in training or so it seems. Today topped it all off, I can definitely say that the next time I step into this Starbucks again would be too soon. First of all, a lady and I are both waiting in line to be helped. We waited at least 5 mins, while 2 or 3 employees walk pass us in front of the register without acknowledging us. So as nicely as the lady in front of me could, she finally said "can someone please ring me up now?" That's when two of them finally looked at us "confused" while pointing fingers at each other because neither of them wanted to get on the register because it was 1:59 and they were both getting off at 2:00. Are you freakin serious?!?! So finally, I get to order my coffee, a tall ICED Americano with Thai stirred in and extra ice. I wait for about a minute or two, which means they weren't busy at all. I finally get my order and it comes in a hot coffee cup, so I thought maybe she just heard me wrong but then I see the barista putting in ice. I didn't even know what I wanted to do or say at that moment, but being that it was after work and I was already exhausted, I didn't want to make a big deal. I walked to my car and open the cup, ALL of the ice have melted and my coffee is luke warm! Wth! I've ordered this a million times and I've never had it come in a "hot" coffee cup! So I've come to the conclusion that the workers at this Starbucks are either lacking training, was not properly trained or just plain incompetent! So please, please, just a piece of advice, please train your employees a lot better! Even if it's just to make a correct ICED Americano. Starbucks with a drive-thru! Super convenient when you want to make a quick stop before work in the mornings. I'm a fan of Starbucks so I think the drinks are always delicious. The staff here are friendly too. A few times I would hang out in here to get some work done but the air conditioning seems to be turned up to the max so it gets pretty chilly after a while, brrr.... but the free wifi makes up for the discomfort. 24 hour drive thru... need I say more? Customer service here is great. During one of my many times waiting in the drive thru, the line was moving at a turtle pace. Slooooow. Took forever to get to the window, but as soon as we did, they handed us a coupon for a free cup of coffee. Any kind of beverage on them kind of coupon! We didn't even complain, but they took the initiative to make things right. Tip to those wanting to enter the drive thru line: do not try to get in the line from Teddy's Burgers. It's rude & only causes confusion, longer waits for people not trying to head towards Starbucks, & major frustration. Best way to enter the drive thru is to enter the shopping center by Walgreens. This will cause the least disruption in the traffic flow of the parking lot. Following proper etiquette goes a long way ;) read more

Then look no further than kaneohe shopping centers Starbucks! I love this location because it's one of the few places that has a drive-thru Starbucks. This particularly comes in handy when it's rainy, you look a mess, or you're just plain lazy to get out of the car! (I'm generally 2/3 there) Service is generally quick once you've ordered, but beware! Everyone loves the convenience of a drive-thru, so it can get crowded during certain times. Sorry, but absolutely the NOISIEST Starbucks I've ever been to. This Sunday afternoon, everyone yelling to be heard- the barista was even tossing his metal spoons against the the metal mixing bowls so he could be heard better. I go to this drivethru often and they are usually very quick and courteous! Yes the drivethru isn't the best placement but I never have issues since the line usually goes quick. My only complaint is sometimes they mess up my cappuccino and it's more like a latte. The milk should be at the middle of cup. They always ask to remake but I never want to make people wait. So if they could get their cappuccino's down, that would be amazing! Plus they are open 24 hours!! read more

Went through the drive thru & when we got to the window it took like 10 minutes to make two drinks but not one of the two people working could open the window & greet us while they work super sloooow. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews but after a few months in this area because of a job-site and stopping by this Starbucks for my morning joe, I'm really starting the question the public educational system of Kaneohe.. At the very least, they have a very poor/broken 'process', because even though there are usually like 10 kids working there, without fail (ok, with fail) they can't quite ever get my order correct.. which is simply an Americano (I'm one of the rare people that actually likes the taste of coffee) and some breakfast sandwich or yogurt. The worst fail was recent at the drive-thru where I ordered a grande Americano, a breakfast sandwich and a blueberry granola yogurt parfait. They did get the sandwich correct but a totally different fufu sugar drink, and a CHERRY yogurt (delivered with a fork). So I figured "OK, I will start parking and going inside. Maybe this is some sort of special education Starbucks..". I'm still not sure the answer to that, as even the most simple order makes smoke start to steam out the ears of most of the register workers, but at least I can deal with the order mistakes more easily now (which is less common, tho still happens, when inside). I don't really have much choice but to go there. Maybe I should just quit drinking coffee. read more

This Starbucks is on my "avoid if possible" list. It seems like the only time they can move with any speed or get an order right is if it through the drive thru. I come here because it's close to our home. I've been to others where they are very friendly and upbeat. This is about the 4th time that I've gotten such bad service at this location. I guess the whole crew was just having another bad day. The cashier was in no mood to crack a smile and was a little irritated that I asked her if she could please rinse out my reusable cup. I had to tell her twice that I wanted whip cream with my frap. The barista didn't add the whip cream so I asked her if I could please have whip cream. She then asks me if I had asked for it with the order. I told her yes. Would she have told me NO CAN DO if I had told her otherwise? The drink was filled to the rim, she then goes on to dump out about 1 inch of the Frap and put some whip cream on it. Upon seeing that I said to her that I didn't realize that she was going to pour out so much of the frap. She just gave me a leer, no apologies, not a single word. She just couldn't be bothered. I have never ever been to a Starbucks that kept the drink and the whip below the rim. So please tell me what is the dome cover for? All she had to do was add the whip. There was no need for her to dump out some of the frap. Is Starbuck's now keeping the drink and whip below the rim of the cups? Are the domes now obsolete? Let's hope that they can redeem themselves the next time that I go back, that is if I go back. read more

The drive thru is a joke! After waiting patiently and placing an order thru the intercom, a rude customer cuts right in front of us and places an order at the window! Our order meanwhile was waiting for us but since they took the cutter's order at the window-we had to wait 5 minutes. By the time I got my order -my coffee was Luke warm-when I talked to the manager, they said that they take all orders even if they didn't use the intercom. Way to punish the customers that wait patiently and use the intercom. You shouldn't reward bad behavior, Starbucks! read more
