It's 110 outside. I just got done shopping and wanted to swing by and grab something to drink. Didn't want a coffee or anything. Just wanted some ice water since it's so hot outside. I pull in through the drive-through and ask for a Trenta ice water they tell me that I cannot get a Trenta ice water that I have to purchase another drink food item. I explained I didn't want any food or coffee. I just wanted an ice water and I'm willing to pay for it. They persist in telling me I cannot pay for my water but they can give me a water once I purchase another item. I keep on insisting I don't want anything else. I just want ice water and I'm willing to pay for it. They simply tell me they cannot do that. I don't know who makes these rules, but to live in the desert and deny somebody to be able to purchase an ice water is crazy to and should not be allowed. What's even more crazier? Is I spin and a absurd amount of money at Starbucks I am a daily coffee getter and this is one thing that will make me not come back denying somebody for ice water. read more

I let him know that it was my last Doctors appt before I give birth to my baby so if they could make my iced matcha with extra love & he didn't hesitate to say OF COURSE. I came up to the window & was greeted by ANDY.. such a sweet soul & such great customer service. After I paid he handed me my drink & it had hearts & smiley faces all over the cup.. This Starbucks location really isnt worth going too Once they gave my kids expired milk in their hot chocolates & multiple times they willl mess up one of our drinks using regular dairy milks & whipped cream when asking for alternatives or giving us something completely different than we ordered... this would be my regular starbucks, as it's down the street from where i live and on my way to work. but instead, i frequent 2-3 other starbucks because the workers here are just terrible. i can't describe the look the woman at the window gave me as she handed me my coffee, not saying a word, no smile, no 'have a nice day', just a glare that wiped the smile and thank you off my face. and that was the extent of our interaction. they are always annoyed at mobile orders, making sure to tell you that you're early or it'll take longer and you need to park. all when showing up after the requested time. never experienced it at any other store. i don't know who's running this place, but they need to get it together operationally and then hire some nicer people. or bare minimum, tell them to not literally scowl at their customers. read more

Upset because this is the only location where they give you a tiny bit of foam (even though you pay for it )... every other location gives you way more . And I go to like five more locations . I'm not sure if this is management that cuts the portions they are supposed to serve but it's tiny compared to other locations, I see one of the reasons why Charleston @ Alta has a longer line now .... One of the few Starbucks in Vegas open late. They stay open until 23:30 in the drive thru. Unfortunately, because this is one of the few Starbucks open late, the lines are LONG. Waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru to pick up a mobile order placed at 9:08 PM. Parking is super tight and thanks to the long lines in the drive thru, you're going to be boxed in to your spot. So either go in to pick up your mobile order and get your car stuck thanks to the drive thru line, or just wait in the drive thru line for a really long time. Convenient Starbucks on the south east corner of the intersection, easily accessible from both Decatur and Charleston. TEENY parking lot that makes stopping in inconvenient on busy mornings BUT, they are quick about mobile orders so I just pop in and out. When the drive-through line isn't super long like in the mornings, I prefer drive through and have always found the service to be peppy and friendly. Bar seating and tables available inside. Good place for quick meetings since the smaller size keeps the vibe upbeat (get-in get-out). Not a great place for group studying. read more

This Starbucks was probably the fastest as far as service is concerned. I was greeted when I walked in. Maxzine took my order which was 7 drinks & food items. She asked me if she could label each one with the persons name. The barista Mia asked her to send the order (idk how until you pay) so she could get it started. They really have a sense of urgency and care about others. My nonfat chi latte was delicious. The restaurant was clean inside and out. The best thing about this Starbucks was TEAMWORK! Yesterday I ordered latte, and handed me a light weight coffee, removed the lid its all foam... (prolly got mixed up? or don't know the difference between latte or cappuccino) btw, this is not the first time it happened, but gave them another chance, and this happens. I would just like to start with I am a frequent customer, this Starbucks is very convenient because of the hours its one of the few open late and the staff for the most part is very friendly, However there is this one employee in particular tall, curly hair, glasses, he has an earring on his right ear, I believe his name is Alex from what I could make from his name tag, my first encounter with this employee he was not very friendly, hey everyone has bad days I get it I let it go. They next time I went I ordered a venti brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, my order was messed up they gave me a grande and I asked if it could be fixed, this same employee took the grande brown sugar oatmilk back added A bunch of ice to a venti cup and transferred the drink from the grande cup to the venti and called it a day. Not a huge deal but a bit unprofessional in my eyes. I can assure you I have never once been rude to this employee and I don't intend to because I understand everyone has things going on. But if you don't like your job or you don't like dealing with people maybe you should switch jobs, because I don't go to Starbucks to deal with rude employees, who won't give me the time of day and their easy fix is to make me look dumb and do something like that. I have never had a bad experience with any Starbucks until this one. And I don't write reviews, but this one I had to do. So anyway moving forward, this employee continues to be rude each time I go and he takes my order, after each item he ask "is that all" if your order is big brace yourself because literally after each item you tell him he will. Ask "is that all?" And sometimes he won't allow you to finish your order because he will ask you "is that all?" I'm sorry to be a bother to you at your job but I'm a customer and I'll will tell you when I'm finished with my order please don't rush me. Again everyone has bad days for some reason I keep catching this employee on his. All I ask is for some good customer service, for the most part when I ask how your day is going a response would be nice. Wifi is awful at this location and I could not order my drink through the app for the BOGO Thursday. I went inside at 6:57pm and cashier was going to let me order a BOGO drink and somebody working the drive thru said no more BOGO. So I cancelled reloading $25 to my account and cancelled my order. The problem with any Starbucks is that the bathrooms are open to everybody even when they have coded have keypads on them. I'm not big on reviews however homeless guy decimating the restroom cause for mention. I believe bathrooms should be for paying customers.
