Great Service! Kind workers, the store is super clean not too crowded. Curb side available and it's close to red rock area .

This is my go-to location, so I've been here dozens of times. A Starbucks is a Starbucks, right?! Well what sets this one apart is that it has more of a neighborhood coffee shop feel than a big busy conveyor-belt-of-a-chain. The staff is incredibly friendly and personable. They also engage with the community (ex: run drives and stuff like that). I have yet to have an unpleasant experience here - the shop is run very well and the employees are fantastic.

There's literally 1 million options for Starbucks in this town and any other town across America. This particular Starbucks is one of the best. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we have a great time. The barista's are on point and the cleanliness is off the charts. Keep up the good work!

CURBSIDE pickup parking taken up by people who park and stay inside for hours
    Compass-Rose X.

Management really needs to monitor the few parking spots that are available for curbside pick up here. Every single morning people park and act like they're regular parking spots when the spaces are clearly marked. It causes a lot of congestion in an already hard to maneuver parking lot and really makes it unsafe for the baristas delivering drinks curbside. Disappointing that no one here does ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Unsafe, Inconvenient and totally fixable, but no one takes responsibility here. Won't be back, plenty of mom and pop coffee shops within the area to patronize instead.

This is a normal Starbuck's outlet. It does not have a drive through which makes it somewhat quaint. The pace is a bit laid back because you have to park and actually walk inside. I have always found the staff to be pleasant and efficient.

There is lot parking within walking distance or you can find parking on the street for 2 hours max. People are coming and going so I lucked out with finding parking on the street that's about a 2-3 minute walk to the coffee shop. First glance, this place is extremely busy. Very difficult to secure seating on a table both inside and outside. I like the naturally lighting that came through. The tiered seating on the wall is interesting and definitely could be more cozy for people. Ordered a Honeysuckle Latte. I like my coffee on the sweeter side and this was perfect for me. The "for here" glass it came in was super cute too. I also ordered a Croissant Bacon Egg which looked and tasted pretty basic but was still good to eat. Service was ok. I feel like baristas could have been friendlier. I tried to return my dish to clear my space and a barista pointed to where I was supposed to return it and there was about 5 people crowding the area, hence why I decided to hand it to her. She finally took it from me. I enjoyed my coffee but I am not sure that I would come back here again to hangout. I would come again to take my coffee to-go. Due to the limited space and service, I do not see myself coming back to chill in this space.

This is a cute little hole in the wall coffee shop just off the 215 freeway at Town Center in Summerlin. They had their March menu on display in the very front, and my eye immediately caught their Lucky Charms Matcha Latte. I don't eat cereal at all, but I was interested in this drink and asked for the basics on it. The Coffee Class has confused aesthetic investment with culinary competence, and priced its menu as…read morethough the 2 were interchangeable. 2 items were ordered: the Fruit Tart No. 1 ($8) and a 12oz Tiramisu Latte ($8) -- $16 total. The establishment projects premium positioning while operating a pure counter-service model: orders at a register, a table number left behind, items eventually walked over. No table service. No check-ins. No hospitality infrastructure. The founder's own letter promises drinks "prepared with precision and pride" and pastries "made from scratch, fresh every day." Neither promise survived contact with the menu. The Fruit Tart No. 1 is a pre-assembled item in a display case at the point of order -- requiring no preparation, no assembly, and no kitchen involvement to serve. Retrieve from display, place on plate, collect pre-rolled utensils, walk to table. 4 steps. It took 13 minutes with no explanation and no acknowledgment of the wait. What arrived was a tart whose diameter hardly exceeded the span of a standard fork's tines -- a portion that would struggle to justify half its price. The shell required two hands and considerable force to cut through, then crumbled and collapsed rather than shattering cleanly -- the signature of an overbaked, moisture-depleted dough. The pastry cream was thin and watery, pooling freely across the plate upon cutting -- not a properly set crème pâtissière, but the result of under-cooking or improper setting time. No vanilla was detectable. Among the fruit, only the strawberry demonstrated genuine freshness; the kiwi was mushy, the peach aggressively sour. This is not a pastry made from scratch. It is a display case item requiring nothing more than retrieval, took 13 minutes to arrive, and failed on every technical measure of pastry execution. The Tiramisu Latte (12oz, $8) arrived 21 minutes after ordering -- indefensible for a standard espresso preparation at any volume. No status update was offered. No foam was specified. What arrived was a substantial mound of whipped cream in a paper cup whose exterior carried dried drips along the rim and sides, and whose base left a residue ring on the table upon being moved. The menu categorizes this drink under "Lattes with Cloud Tops." A cloud top is light, airy, and milk-based. Whipped cream is dense, heavy, and sweet. They are not interchangeable -- meaning the drink failed the menu's own preparation standard before the customization request is even considered. Upon finishing, the cup interior revealed discrete clumps of unincorporated chocolate at the base -- a drink never properly stirred during preparation. The flavor bore no resemblance to tiramisu -- no mascarpone, no ladyfinger quality, no complexity. Burnt espresso overlaid with chocolate, indistinguishable from a mediocre hot chocolate. Precision and pride were promised. Neither was present. Half and half carries a $1.25 upcharge -- exceeding what most major coffee chains charge for the same addition. When the whipped cream error was raised, the patron was advised to communicate such preferences in advance. They had been -- at the time of ordering, explicitly. The suggestion that this could have been prevented by the customer was a redirect of culpability for a failure entirely the establishment's own. Topping off the drink with cold milk -- the simplest remedy -- required 4 additional minutes. When the 21-minute wait was raised, it was acknowledged passively. That is the ceiling of accountability on offer. The Coffee Class participates in Las Vegas Restaurant Week under the Special Promotions tier -- individual items at full retail price with a $3 donation attached. No discount. No prix fixe. No added value to the diner. The program's own website describes the event as delivering "a great meal, a great value, and a great cause." Both ordered items appear on the promotion list. Two of those 3 pillars were absent. Charitable participation, however genuine, does not alter the obligation to execute competently. A $3 donation does not redeem a tart that fails on every technical measure or a latte that bears no resemblance to its name. The cause is worthy. The food is not. The space is cohesive and visually intentional. None of that is in dispute. What is in dispute is the premise that atmosphere constitutes a culinary offering -- that aesthetic investment absolves the kitchen of executing at the level its pricing demands. When a kitchen cannot produce a properly set pastry cream, a correctly baked tart shell, or a latte that resembles its namesake; when a cup is neither cleaned nor its contents properly prepared; when a modification goes ignored, a 21-minute wait passes without a word, a display case item takes 13 minutes to retrieve, and complaints are redirected back onto the customer -- the atmosphere is not an amenity. It is the only thing being sold. That is not a premium café experience. That is a premium charged for the experience of being in one.

As someone who proudly considers Peet's Coffee my personal version of Starbucks, this one hurt a little. Coming from the Bay Area roots of Berkeley and countless great experiences in Silicon Valley, I've always associated Peet's with rich flavor, quality drinks, and genuinely warm, down-to-earth people. It's been my go-to, my comfort cup, my "this is how coffee should taste" standard. ...which is why my visit to the Sahara location completely caught me off guard. Let's set the scene: I walk in, ready for my usual vanilla latte fix. The place isn't busy--but somehow I'm standing at the counter for what feels like 2-4 minutes doing the awkward "do they see me?" stare. You know the one. Eventually I'm helped, but the interaction? Cold. No "welcome in," no energy, no suggestions, no "hey, want to try a pastry with that?"--just straight to transaction mode. The cashier (I believe the name was Lee?) felt completely disengaged, even walking away mid-mobile payment like the scene had wrapped before the movie was over. And then...the drink. I requested specific milk and light foam--nothing wild, just a simple customization. What I got was the opposite. Not once, but enough to make me go back and ask for a remake... which is always a little awkward when the shop isn't even busy. At that point, it's not about the latte anymore--it's about the experience. No "thank you," no "your drink will be ready shortly," none of the small but important touches that make a coffee run feel...human. And that's the part that surprised me most. Because Peet's, at its best, is very human. Unfortunately, this visit shifted my routine. Now when I'm in the Summerlin area and need a reliable cup, I find myself heading elsewhere instead. Final thoughts: I still believe in Peet's as a brand--that hasn't changed. But this location? It missed the mark on both service and execution. Note to management: Please bring back the heart of what makes Peet's special--friendly people who actually enjoy being part of someone's daily coffee ritual. Because great coffee gets you in the door... but great service is what keeps us coming back.

Due to his severe peanut allergy, we are always very careful about what we order. In the past, I have specifically asked staff about potential peanut exposure when ordering items such as oatmeal, croissants, and chocolate croissants. On multiple occasions, I was assured by a manager that these items were peanut-free and safe, with no risk of cross-contamination. However, during my visit today, I received conflicting information from your staff. One employee informed me that the bread products are stored together and may be exposed to peanuts, meaning cross-contamination cannot be ruled out. This directly contradicts what I had previously been told. When I raised this concern, another staff member confirmed the possibility of contamination but responded in a manner that felt dismissive and unprofessional. While I did receive a general apology, there was no clear clarification about when or why the information had changed. This inconsistency is extremely concerning. Food allergies are serious and can be life-threatening. Clear, accurate, and consistent communication is critical so that customers can make safe decisions. I am requesting that you review your staff training and food handling practices to ensure that allergen information is communicated correctly and consistently. Customers should not receive conflicting guidance, especially when it involves health risks. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
