Don't confuse this location with the one inside Albertsons. I will always prefer to go to a stand alone location over one that's inside a supermarket. This one is on the northern end of the Craig Marketplace. I stopped here to get a drink and pass some time while I waited for my Tesla to finish charging at the nearby supercharger station. The employees that I interacted with here were all friendly. My salted caramel cream cold brew was on par with any Starbucks that I've visited elsewhere. This was one of the more spacious and clean Starbucks that I've visited.

I needed to use all of my points so that I can stop patronizing this company due to the recent email that came out for the lack of respect to their Black or non-Black staff that have a heart for racial equality. My visit at the Craig & 95 location drive thru at 12:40pm on 7/1/20 was just what I needed to solidify my decision. One girl started the order (Destiny) and as I was asking her questions about a roast, another girl jumped in mid-sentence. Apparently she didn't get the memo that I was asking questions. She tried to quickly hurry my order along with a chipper voice as if that isn't what she was doing (we all know this type of personality, passive/aggressive...also there was no one else behind me, mind you). She ended up getting my order all confused. Out of frustration I just placed a regular coffee order (not even sure if I received the roast I was inquiring about), and a Impossible sausage sandwich. Once I approached the window. Destiny was there and I asked if someone else took over my order and she said yes. I told her that she was quite nice, but the other girl frustrated me into ordering something I didn't even want. Destiny apologized for her coworkers actions. To top it off when I got the items home, the bottom of the sausage was burnt and the cup of coffee was over-filled and spilled all over me & my countertop. All I could think about is what would have happened if I tried to drink this in the car. It would have spilled all over my clothes and possibly burned me due to the temperature. I'm very disappointed that I spent money at this location today, and I should have just chalked up my points as a loss. Needless to say, I won't be going back there.

First time at this location. Right off Craig Road so you cannot miss it . Opted to go in because the drive thru line was so long. All tables have signed that you are not able to utilize them because of covid. The store was clean and we were greeted with a hello. They had a large variety of pastries which I loved because some Starbucks sometimes are limited. They were pretty quick with service and making our drinks. Would definitely return

I usually go to this location and have few complaints, but the amount of ice in my grande iced coffee seemed a bit ridiculous. Starbucks is already overpriced and I usually go only if I have a gift card or for something special. This seemed like a rip off even at my "free" gift card price. This was the ice after I waited in the drive through and finished it so there was probably more to start with.

The place is clean. The customer service is nice. The bathrooms are clean. But sad to say the water is unappealing

Stopped by in the drive thru and they have a long and spacious lane for potential cars. The order was taken quickly and service was friendly. My drink came out fast and tasted great!

Ordered a Matcha Latte and got half foam...tried calling the store since I was on my way to work but their phones are turned off.

what kind of cake pop is this??? unacceptable

I went to this starbucks this morning and not only did they mess up two drinks, they forgot about one drink that i had ordered. additional to that I had ordered a cake pop only for the cake pop to be smushed inside and not even edible!

Ordered online, and this is what I got. Is this how you really do it Starbucks?!!

Not a huge deal though. This location looks great, clean and new, lots of space to park. Staff members were very friendly and outgoing. I like that they close later than other boba places in the area. Cashier was more than happy to help when I asked for his advice on sweetness level and whether which drinks would still be good if refrigerated at home for the next day. Taro ice blended with pudding - super sweet but good ice consistency - I got 80% sweet but will get 50% sweet or less next time. Honey lemonade - pretty sour and tastes just like a lemonade. Also for the Hokkaido milk tea, not bad, and the mango passion fruit tea we got 50% sweet but next time if we get it again, we'll try 30%. Even though we got 4 drinks, we do still plan to try other drinks off the menu until we find a favorite. With staff members providing great service and with the closer location, we look forward to becoming regulars here.

Both inspired by the French colonial era, built on a French baguette with pickled veg, just different proteins and sauces. Same-same, but different. We are thrilled to have a great spot for these sandwiches on our side of town. Meat to veg to bread ratio was on point. Let's talk about the bread, it was crisp on the outside, soft on the inside and didn't cut the roof of your mouth. No contest, a thousand times better than Lee's. We'll definitely be back! I definitely should have gone with the "& More."…read more Nom Pang Sandwiches & More is a super-hyped restaurant in the deep northwest of Las Vegas that's been lauded as the Cambodian response to all the mediocre Vietnamese sandwiches being sold around the rest of town. I finally made the pilgrimage from the other side of town, hopeful that I would find something worth the hype. I have been eating the Vietnamese version of these sandwiches all my life, so I had to try the namesake at this spot. The Nom Pang Special ($9.00) and the Pate ($8.00) w/ steamed pork are built similarly, except the former has a wider variety of meats. I could write an essay about the similarities and differences in ingredient choices, but there's one main problem: I just didn't enjoy any of it. Why? For me, none of the meats seemed to have much inherent flavor and the pate felt pretty bland as well, so the main tone on the palate is the heavy-handed amount of Maggi seasoning. If you aren't familiar with this, think of it as a cousin of soy sauce and how that shouldn't be the dominant flavor. I also tried a bit of the Lemongrass Beef ($9.00), which was basically a marinated beef that was subtle at best in lemongrass. The marinade read mostly sweet, which I'm not a fan of as my main protein in this sort of sandwich. The Thai Iced Green Tea ($6.00 large) and Viet Iced Coffee ($6.00 large) were not it either. There is a lot of flavor in the Thai green tea, but much of that is sugar. I started becoming pretty tired of it halfway through. The Viet Iced Coffee was simultaneously not strong enough in coffee and too bitter due to some burnt notes that came through. It is not comparable to any really acceptable level of Vietnamese coffee. The best drink by far was their complimentary iced water. Service was solid, and the employees were all nice. The restaurant environment was okay once I walked over to their evaporative cooling fan and disabled the turning function while it was pointing away from our table. There are plenty of napkins and a Sriracha bottle available at every table. I just wasn't enjoying my food. There is no need to go to Nom Pang if you are looking for a good alternative to Vietnamese sandwiches. Maybe their more traditional cooking is actually worth trying, but it's just so far from Henderson for me to consider visiting on a regular basis.
