I love to sit down and work at Starbucks, but I'm not sure I will visit this one again. I was very disappointed in its cleanliness. The bathroom had toilet paper on the floor, the floor of the lobby was unmopped, the trash cans were overflowing, and the bar was a mess. I mentioned the problem with all the splashes on the bar to one of the baristas and she said that it was splashes from the syrups. No kidding, Sherlock! When I returned to the inside of the store, about 45 minutes later, it was still splashed. I sat outside and the tables were dusty. I can understand this because it is in Vegas, but one of the tables had a dirty cup on it from before I arrived to after I left. Also, the bathroom doors didn't lock. read more

Don't confuse this location with the one inside Albertsons. I will always prefer to go to a stand alone location over one that's inside a supermarket. This one is on the northern end of the Craig Marketplace. I stopped here to get a drink and pass some time while I waited for my Tesla to finish charging at the nearby supercharger station. The employees that I interacted with here were all friendly. My salted caramel cream cold brew was on par with any Starbucks that I've visited elsewhere. This was one of the more spacious and clean Starbucks that I've visited. read more

Went here once again and they were pretty much out of everything. They didn't even have whipped cream for the drinks!! This is a very common occurrence at this location! Always out of supplies! The Area Manager should be fired especially if they don't know how to keep their place of business stocked up! The inside is also dirty at times. I needed to use all of my points so that I can stop patronizing this company due to the recent email that came out for the lack of respect to their Black or non-Black staff that have a heart for racial equality. My visit at the Craig & 95 location drive thru at 12:40pm on 7/1/20 was just what I needed to solidify my decision. One girl started the order (Destiny) and as I was asking her questions about a roast, another girl jumped in mid-sentence. Apparently she didn't get the memo that I was asking questions. She tried to quickly hurry my order along with a chipper voice as if that isn't what she was doing (we all know this type of personality, passive/aggressive...also there was no one else behind me, mind you). She ended up getting my order all confused. Out of frustration I just placed a regular coffee order (not even sure if I received the roast I was inquiring about), and a Impossible sausage sandwich. Once I approached the window. Destiny was there and I asked if someone else took over my order and she said yes. I told her that she was quite nice, but the other girl frustrated me into ordering something I didn't even want. Destiny apologized for her coworkers actions. To top it off when I got the items home, the bottom of the sausage was burnt and the cup of coffee was over-filled and spilled all over me & my countertop. All I could think about is what would have happened if I tried to drink this in the car. It would have spilled all over my clothes and possibly burned me due to the temperature. I usually go to this location and have few complaints, but the amount of ice in my grande iced coffee seemed a bit ridiculous. Starbucks is already overpriced and I usually go only if I have a gift card or for something special. This seemed like a rip off even at my "free" gift card price. I've been feeling little under the weather. I always try to grab some medicine ball from starbucks cause I always feel a little better after having a sip of lemony tea with a hint of sweetness from the honey. Unfortunately, there are a lot of starbucks that are always out of the tea bag. However, this location has not failed me ones. I stopped by at this location, and I got to grab my medicine ball drink with the impossible sandwich to go with it. The sandwich had soft bread, and the meat was tasteful and not salty, but the cheese was everywhere when I opened it. Overall, it both made me feel better and was able to get through my 12-hour shift. read more

Horrible don't go to this location! I got a ice drink this morning and there was a long strand of hair at the top of my cup! I took it back in the store and the manager on duty I believe his name is Daniel with a long beard refused to help he was " too busy giving water at the drive thru". Then a different associate assisted. Asked if I wanted a new drink, I was so upset I just wanted my money back, he gave it on a gift card. So I had to go to work with no coffee! The guy taking orders at drive through was strange though. Not a great customer service person. He gave me my order and asked if I wanted anything else. I said I want my credit card back! It is managed by James who is a great guy. He's very fast and efficient. And I want to give not only a 5 STAR shout out to him but his amazing employees: Adriana, Nadia, and Bee! A super job all of you. All of you get 5 STARS For your fast and efficient service and being a Professional Adult BARRISTA! I always get a Venti Caramel Machiata. When I was working I would always come in and get a breakfast item they have there. I have been going there every day for a good number of years. This spot used to be my go to every morning before work, running late or not, I still stopped here to get my morning coffee...until I started noticing the inconsistencies in their coffee. It's as if they all took different coffee making courses, by different teachers, from different countries. Although most employees are very helpful, there were some that didn't even know what ingredients contained within the specialty drinks. Perhaps that's the reason for the inconsistencies. There's one guy who is always in the drive thru that always seems to be having a bad day. I want to tell him everything will be okay, but then his attitude and bad vibes just make me push on the gas pedal. But overall, I think I'll just go to the Rebel gas station for their coffee from now on. read more

This is my "go to" Starbucks and I am usually here at least twice a week. Sarah is a great GM and very personable. Sadly, John M. no longer works here and has moved on to a new career and greener pastures in CO. I agree that this place gets a bit crowded & I have chosen to sit outside on marginal weather days. There are a dozen or so seats outside with umbrellas for the tables not under the awning/breezeway. Drinks are consistent though & they know what extra-dry actually means. I have been here right when they open, when it is busy, and just before close and service is fabulous. What else can you say about the most widely visited coffee chain in the US? You need a different manager. This location seems to be closed more than its open. And when you are open you turn off the order ahead feature way too much. A single one, always hassles me for what turns out to be 3 oz of extra milk. I love coming to this Starbucks & every other time I've come, I have had a great experience until today. The girl at the drive thru was extremely rude. She ends up putting $5 on my card when I just wanted to pay $5. & gave me attitude when I said that's not what I wanted. & then when she gave us our food she said "ok bye with an attitude" Like extreme rude. My biggest issue with this place is that an employee, the GM, is the current Duke of this place! Unfair, checking into a place you work! D: ANYWAY, Aside from that grumble - This place has bomb staff. The GM Sarah and Jon in particular are two powerhouses that remember names, drinks, and current events in their customers lives. Starting the morning off here is nice as you get a great view of the sun light scraping across the sky and some great conversation. It's also a great location as it's right before you take off down the 95 highway. I usually stop by here on my way to/from the Tenaya Barkin' Basin Dogpark with my Golden Retrievers, who are very popular with the morning staff. :) But the place is clean, efficient, although small so this is not a great Starbucks to lounge and study in the middle of the day due to how crowded it gets. One small group of book club or Republican Wives or whatever who meets every so often here just swallows the place whole with a mere twelve people. Also - WiFi is kinda slow here. I suggest heading East to the Craig in the plaza with the Lowes. They have a larger Starbucks with a slightly faster WiFi. Doesn't quite has the warm social aspect of this location, but great to get work and projects done. read more
