This Starbucks location is located in the same plaza as Home Depot, Burlington, Ross and Ulta. It is busier than the other Starbucks locations in the area. For service, I give them five stars because the lady who helped me was very nice and friendly. She even offered me straw without asking. In some locations, when asking for straws, I get dirty looks. lol In this location, I got one with no issues. My drink was ready timely, I think in less than five minutes, I got to enjoy my Caramel Macchiato. I liked that this location didn't make it too sweet. I really liked the level of sweetness. For ambiance, there are couple of tables inside for people to enjoy their drinks. There is also outdoor seating area. Outside was less crowded than inside. Weather was nice so I didn't mind seating outside. The only challenge is the parking in this location. It is shared with other businesses which makes it hard to find a spot. If you don't mind walking, I would suggest parking in Home Depot's parking lot and walking to this Starbucks location. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks location. The workers are always attentive and kind, even during busy rushes. I wish I remembered the other barista's name because I appreciate them just as much, but Cesar always makes the best drinks. I can order the exact same drink at other Starbucks locations and it never tastes as good as when Cesar or the baristas here make it. They finally serve the crunchy ice, and the coffee quality is always great. The store is consistently clean, which is impressive given how much traffic they get. I cannot comment on the bathrooms since I have not used them. Parking can be a bit tricky at times, but overall this location is excellent. read more

Im not a big fan of Starbucks but decided to come check out the strawberry match stratosphere Frappuccino and the drink really hit the spot. Lol Just what I needed on a Friday evening. I had tried their green Frappuccino before but the strawberry whip definitely gives it a different taste enhancing it's flavor. We walked inside the store and our drinks were ready. I could see them behind the counter away from the reach of others. Service was great, the employee who handed our drinks was courteous and had a friendly demeanor. I found the Barista Server, Mo, to be an enthusiastic employee who just appears to enjoy his job and the customers. Both Michelle and Mo appear to be a great asset to the Starbucks company. I usually go to this branch when I am in the area. It is located in The Plant shopping center just across from IN-N-OUT. The employees were attentive and friendly. The place is clean and organized. The parking lot: Is enormous so you can park your car anywhere around but not specifically close to Starbucks. The drink were perfect. We ordered iced passion tea and hot cocoa. I stopped by this Starbucks with my wife because she wanted her Blonde Vanilla Latte after leaving the Honda Service Center. I been to this Starbucks location before but it been a while. We came in the morning before In N Out open so getting a parking spot was easy compared to after In N Out open because it's has limited spots inside where Starbucks is. When we walked in, my wife was able to put in her order right away and they had the drink ready within 5 minutes. My wife loved her drink and the customer service we received was excellent. I am beyond disappointed with this Starbucks location. I placed my order expecting the usual quick service, but instead, I waited 20 minutes past the promised time. Meanwhile, the employees were standing around, laughing, chatting, and moving at a snail's pace--completely lacking any sense of urgency. Not only was the service ridiculously slow, but the overall professionalism was nonexistent. It's one thing to be busy, but when customers are standing around waiting and the staff is more focused on socializing than actually making drinks, it's just frustrating. The staff is so attentive and caring. They remember your order and put care into what they're making just to make you happy. There is a supervisor named, Martin, that is always going above and beyond. This doesn't take away from the other beautiful employees because they are all seriously wonderful. What a great staff!! Martin never stops working. I visit often and sit and read and have my coffee, and I will say that not one time have I seen him ever stop working, cleaning, and just staying busy to make the store look beautiful!! So I decided to stop by this Starbucks location just because I was in the area and let me service is good however organization when people come inside to Starbucks to place your order is horrible! Reason one more than one occasion there were ten people people in line and only one person on the register occasionally a barista was step away from the bar and they had three barista's making drinks but then that took ONE order went back to the bar so you were left with just one person with 10 people. Second reason took me 10 min to order a refill same scenario as mentioned above. I have never been to the Starbucks and I did notice that it is lunchtime crowd and have a lot of nursing students that come here and study so maybe I'm not being fair but first impressions not a good one. read more
