Today I went into this Starbucks location to try a new drink. I love the iced green peach tea but decided to try something new. I picked up a iced greed tea late and it was a disaster! The top of my cup looked like seaweed. I opened it up to mix it myself and green powder fell everywhere. So to say the least I will never try this drink again. I am mad I spent damn near 5 bucks on this drink and its not even drinkable. I was on my lunch and will was unable to go into the store. read more

Best StarBucks Ever! I come here all the time because the staff is always very friendly and always try to get everything out to everyone as accurate as possible. Quiet place and great place to just chill and talk with the regulars as well as the staff that goes on break! I now only go to this sbux since it's right off the freeway and since chevron reopened right off of the freeway, y would u not go? It's on my way to work and on my way home so might as well! So the drinks and snacks are standard Starbucks quality (which doesn't mean much). The service was normal (they were friendly). However, if you want to come here to utilize the space (or the lack off) and internet to be more productive than in bed...well stay in bed. The location is great because it's on my way to work on Monday morning when I leave my boyfriend's house. It's a very convenient place for me to get coffee without getting off my car. However, I am pretty disappointed with their quality control on the coffee because sometimes it turns out good and sometimes it's not so good. 1st I really like Starbucks, but today was my single worst experience at any Starbucks. When I got in there was 1 person in front of me already ordering, by the time I finished there were 2 people behind me, then someone named Frank came in who seemed to know everyone there. As I wait for my White mocha, Frank continues to be chummy with everyone behind the counter. I noticed that they made both of his drinks before any of the 4 people who ordered prior to him even being in the store, he got a Latte & a frap before patrons who paid and were already waiting patiently for their coffee. On top of that I ordered an iced white mocha with no whip. I got a hot mocha with whip, I informed the barista that I ordered an iced white mocha no whip, she scrapes the whip off the top & pours the incredibly hot mocha over ice & hands it back. Again I informed her I ordered an iced WHITE mocha, but I didn't have time to wait & I already paid so I took the drink & left. It was even cold after her failed attempt to "fix" my drink. All in all I would not recommend this Starbucks, as a matter of fact I may start to spend more time & money at Peet's coffee. read more

Reasons why not to hate this Starbucks and why I agree with the seemingly high 5 star rating: 1. Hours are 4:30am to 11pm, 7 days a week 2. It's right off of Highway 880 at Dixon Landing Rd. This where if a true clusterf%*k of traffic is going to start it'll be here. (Bonus note: if you KNOW that 880 North will be NOT moving anytime soon, you can turn right instead of left back onto 880. Further down Dixon Landing is North Milpitas Blvd.; turn left you'll be on Warm Springs in Fremont running parallel north to 880, turn right there are signs leading you to 680---look! see, you learned something from this review already! 3. It's a free standing Starbucks. No really after they took out the gas station there's nothing around it. No crazy mall/ shopping plaza crowds and I find it doubtful that this one has a crowd of Hannah Montana loving cell phone yappers that gathers here every day after school to sip on Frapps. 4. Two words: drive thru 5. Two more words: nice employees--really if the turn over rate of employees is any indication on what these people truly feel about their employer then these people seem to somewhat like their jobs. The barista Charisse is the friendliest I have ever encountered at any Starbucks despite how busy it was at The Great Mall in Milpitas on Labor Day. I redeemed my free drink that I got after purchasing a tall frappachino this weekend and so ordered another tall but she informed me that it could be any size. My hubby was with me and we happily ordered the the new pumpkin spice frappachino in a venti which we then shared. read more

this is a prime example of how a starbucks can survive in any environment, like a cockroach. it is attached to another store, but whatever it was closed down. kitty corner to the starbucks WAS a gas station with a carwash and restaurant. that closed down. how does a gas station with a car wash close down and starbucks survive?!? i didn't even get to try the mexican food that was there. then again, maybe that was a good thing... anyway, i like how it's extremely close to where i live, though i'm not an avid coffee drinker. the breakfast sandwich is pretty good too. read more

The customer service here is always top notch. Jerome & the rest of the staff really make an effort to build more personal connections with their regulars. Come by enough, drive thru or in store, & they'll know your drink before you even say anything! Not once have they ever messed up on my orders either. So glad to have this location next to my house. My once-a-week drive from Cupertino to San Leandro = 85 N + 237 E + a loooong stretch of 880 N = NOT FUN! However, this Starbucks drive thru makes the trip bearable! It's conveniently located pretty much RIGHT off of 880, shortly after 237 if you're going north. I don't stop here all the time, only when I feel my eyelids getting heavy after 237, and boy, do those drinks help -- thank you Starbucks :) Tip: If you're going to be driving for a while after getting your caffeine fix, make sure not to order a venti or something unless you have a bladder of steel! read more

horrible service!!!!!! beware!!!!! cindy and judy here at this location are the most disrespectful employees and here is why: they charge for half and half if i ask for more?? been coming to starbucks all my life ( GOLD MEMBER FOR YEARS) and they never charge for half and half when you can go to the counter and pour it yourself. In this location when I asked for half and half for my expresso shots, judy said I'll pour it for you myself. So I was like "ok, go ahead." However, she wanted to charge me additional if I got more. in addition, long story short starbucks became what it is today because of great employees who always show great attitude towards their customers. if they keep employees like judy and cindy who are rude not because we "didn't get what we want" but the way they acted gossiping and whispering between each other. this starbucks locatiom and the company in general is headed down the drain. this is a bad example for starbucks and customer service in general, this was our first time here at this location and our last. so much for first impressions, i know for a fact there are hard working unemployed workers who will replace judy and cindy that will make their customers day with outstanding customer service. calling the manager at this location in dixon landing first thing on saturday (because they are not worth wasting a lunch break) and i will get answers for this hideous service. I go here a lot for meetings, plus there's a drive-thru, but I don't use it much. I actually go inside instead because I frequent this particular Starbucks a lot, so they know my face hahaha. Sometimes I'm here for awhile so they hook me up on drinks sometimes, either refilling my drink or giving me a discount since I've ordered so much stuff throughout the day. First time at this drive thru location and I waited for 20min. I ordered a white mocha frap and a warm up banana nut bread. Once I got to the window my drink was melted and my bread was cold. Ask the workers to make me another drink and warm up my bread again. They want me to pull on to the parking lot to wait for it again. Umm nope! Worst Starbucks I have ever been to! The kids that work here are smug and pay no attention to detail. I have walk out or driven away with a wrong order numerous times! This just became my favorite starbucks Ill tell you why....I came here a few days ago to their drive thru and placed my order. When I pulled p to the window to pay I realized I forgotten my atm in my other handbag. Embarrassedly I pulled up and said i would look and see if i had it somewhere else or cash to pay. I called them back and told them i didn't have a way to pay them today and left. :( I girl I think her name is christine, told me to come back and that it was on the house. I am a regular Starbucks coffee drinker, every morning... I went to this Starbucks on a Sunday and ordered (inside the shop) a frapp. They made it like it was water... I returned through the drive thru and was asked 1. how long ago did i order, 2. where was my receipt. I then told them why does that matter? My drink was made wrong, can you just remake it? I drove to the window and handed him the drink and I can hear the person inside the store say "we didn't make this drink"... Seriously? And then the guy continued to ask me for a receipt again, I felt like throwing my iPhone at him, I then told him, I don't have one, I used my app. He grudgingly gave me my drink. What the? Convenient drive-thru, there isn't many out there. There's a lot of staff, but all of them are so friendly! Most of the time they're pretty quick, but if there's a delay..they've upgraded or comp'd me. There's this one time, the car in front of me paid for my drink (there are nice people out there!) So dissatisfied with my service, after sitting in the drive-through for seven minutes with only one car ahead of me I finally pull up to pay for the drink I ordered when they tell me it's going to be another 15 minutes. I had ordered a tea with no caffeine and they said they could make something else for me and I specified that I needed no caffeine they said great we will make something for you. They never told me what it was but walked away from the window, as I thought about it I was concerned that I wasn't going to like the drink so I didn't want to pay for something I didn't want. After I mentioned this to the dry thru person they said OK we're sorry have a great day. Common sense after waiting so long and after ordering a that the drink That was now not gonna be available for 15 minutes, could've easily been resolved with "no worries, the drinks on us." My experience there was excellent and customer friendly as it should be. The baristas were confident in their recommendations on what drinks and pastry I should get. One barista by the name of Gerald was friendly and overall gave off good vibes and gave me a good drink recommendation. He recommended a strawberry green tea and it's definitely going to be a daily for me. I also enjoyed the customer service Andy gave me while I waited for my drink. We were able to talk about sports topics and made my stay a memorable one. Overall great experience and better than every other Starbucks I've went in. read more
