This is a typical Starbucks. This location is right in Times Square so conveniently located and easy to get to when you need a pick me up from that sightseeing! This was our first time here, it was labeled reserve so I didnt know what that meant. It seemed like it had a bar area with taps but it was not open. It was just like any other Starbucks, but larger. It had lots of indoor seating with tables and high-tops. We did not have to wait very long to order and even though there were about 20 people waiting for their drinks, it moved very fast, and they came out quickly. We had no issues with the staff, they were very nice and polite, even when the family in front of us did not know what to order. It was later in the day so most of their food items were already sold out. Not a problem, we only wanted drinks. I don't have anything negative to say about Starbucks. They are a chain, they are expensive, but they have some really great coffee drinks. It is one of my favorite chains ever. They also have mobile order so you can completely skip the registers. This location does not have a drive thru as most others do.

Although this is labeled as a reserve it is not quite that. It is a Starbucks that features reserve products. Sort of an in between that will scratch both itches if you can't get to a full reserve. But it is located right in the heart of time square and was really close to our hotel so it was perfect for us! Because of the location it gets busy so there can be a line and a wait to get your fix. Or think ahead and mobile order! The staff here is so friendly despite the huge crowds and grumpy people who didn't learn patience.

Another hit, Starbucks, nothing but love for you guys across the board. The consistency and service have never wavered. Yes! A Carmel mochiato with extra whip and brownies, just like home, so yelp I'll give it thumbs up for the NY Starbucks. Yelp this location I would like to recommend as well. Have a great one.

Truly built for the coffee lover! Fresh roasts from many different countries, each with a unique twist. Pastries as far as the eye can see and a third level bar for a special Expresso Martini! It doesn't get any better. Lots of seating and across from Chelsea Market. Awesome service and a beautiful decor! Very regal!!! It's a must if you're in the area with a taste for caffeine. Love this place.

So glad we happened upon this Starbucks while walking around. I had seen a few tik toks about it which made me interested when I saw it. The staff were very friendly, bartender hooked us up with some some good recommendations for drinks to try and bar food. Great ambiance, very upscale and sophisticated feel. We had just eaten before so we only had an appetizer and dessert. Drinks tasted very good, although we're a bit light on the alcohol. The polenta fried were very well seasoned and lightly fried. Wish I were hungrier I would have tried more on the menu since everything leaving the kitchen looked so good! The espresso martini paired very well with the tiramisu. I would recommend my drink, the Sakura Allure. Was very fresh, fruity and light. Would definitely go back if we are ever in NYC sightseeing again!

Must stop if you are any kind of SN fan. Cool to see the higher end set up and grab a special drink. Plus the merch is cool. Staff were super helpful and the lines moved fast.

Honestly I forget what drink this was but it was freakin delicious. Don't forget to dip the warm croissant.

Seriously what's not to love about this place. Been to 2 out of 6 and although it's all the same inside it just makes it feel cooler. Plenty of social media opportunities, food tasty, alcoholic drinks with coffee plentiful and new creations happening daily. Where else can you try coffee mixed with olive oil. Decor has warm and bright at the sane time. I almost expected a jazz ensemble to come out of nowhere. What made this trip special it's there one staff member wearing brim hat who is a poet. In that spot he began to spit bars and me and my wife, he did this about 3 minutes just of the top of his head. Left us in total surprise and honoured. I wish I had recorded it.

They have a restaurant on the top floor! I impulsively had to eat there because I'm a regular. Shout-out to our waitress, Jessee, for the 10/10 service and great food recommendations... wish I could've tipped her more! My favorite items on their menu are the cauliflower fritter and lasagna. Also, you have to get at least one expresso martini. I'm only visiting New York briefly and spent lots of time at this location. I was most surprised by how nice everyone was! Jimmy and Nico were also very friendly and nice. Overall, great destination for food and a unique NY experience.

Located right in Times Square. Thought we'd rest our feet with a cup of Java and use the restroom. But no they are closed which was very disappointing when you're spending $30 for coffee and a souvenir. Other than that service was friendly and on point so I took one star off for the restroom

Is this a joke? I expect when I pay $7 for a coffee and wait 20 minutes for it that it at least be filled up all the way.

[806] This Starbucks location is very nice as it has a "Reserve" which serves the fancier coffee. There are high tables at this location which makes it easy to have a quick bite. The order was properly prepared and prices here high as expected in Times Square. If I am in the area I would visit again.

One of the many Starbucks stores in Times Square but with a twist - this is a Starbucks Reserve bar offering drinks which you can't find in a regular Starbucks store, it is also really spacious too especially compared to other NYC stores which tend to be rather small with little (if any) seating - located on 1585 Broadway. It is a busy location, obviously due to the location and Starbucks being a popular brand but with queuing in both directions around the counter, they seem to make the long line get served rather quickly - it did take a few minutes for my drink but considering how busy the store was I didn't mind. The layout was a little confusing at first as you do queue in two different directions so I do feel this could be signposted a little better, however, the staff still seemed friendly while speedy and efficient. Due to it being a Reserve location it feels much nicer and more modern than most other locations in NYC - excluding the Roastery in Chelsea. I do feel it needs much more seating however as I did struggle to get a seat, as this is a popular Starbucks. I ordered my regular drink while in the Big Apple - a Venti Iced Caramel Cloud Macchiato, which came to $6.48, obviously US stores are a lot higher than the UK and this can sometimes work out around $1.6 more when converted but I found the pricing for this beverage more reasonable as it is exclusive to the US. I do feel the tables could have been cleaned more regularly and the music like many stores in NYC was again far too loud (Is there a competition for turning Starbucks' stores into a nightclub or something blasting loud music?), but still this is probably one of my favourite central stores in NYC with the added benefit of Reserve facilities (extra drink choices and merch.) 4*

I was at this quaint tea shop east of Koreatown earlier in the evening before going to a meal at the excellent new Thai place, Wanglang. The staff was very friendly, and they specialize in matcha, along with having hojicha, genmaicha, black tea, and sencha. Along with more traditional drinks, they also have fruit options as well as black sugar jelly (I presume kuromitsu) and a Japanese citrus that's not seen much here, hyuganatsu. Along with the citrus, this place is rather unique as they had three different matcha options in terms of variety. As I tend to prefer teas pure and without add-ons, I ordered the Matcha Americano, which is simply matcha and water. I went with the 12-oz version for $6 + tax and ordered the Hajime, though I would likely get the Fuku No Midori next time based on descriptions online. The matcha was solid and had a mild sweetness and a light earthiness. However, it lacked some of the mouth coating found in very high-quality drinks from Sorate or Setsugekka, while being similar in price. Still, that is comparing to some of the best, and this was still very tasty and a lot better than 90% of the places in the city, being more comparable to Kettl. I wouldn't mind going back and ordering the other matcha varietal to see whether that is a better comparison. Outside of this, I enjoyed my drink, and the staff was friendly. I hope they do well.

The space is extremely compact, functioning more like a takeout counter than a café, with only minimal room inside. The main focus here is matcha, with a distinctive approach that lets you choose between three blends: Hinata, which leans creamy and nutty; Hajime, which is more smoky and earthy; and a more traditional-style matcha profile. Drinks like the mango matcha show how they play with these bases, though fruit purées can sometimes overshadow the matcha depending on the combination. They also offer matcha powder for home use and occasional fresh pastries that add a warm, baked aroma to the space. Service is one of the strongest parts of the experience. The staff is consistently warm, attentive, and willing to explain the differences between blends in detail. The atmosphere is cozy but extremely tight, built for short visits rather than lingering. It is not a workspace or hangout café, but more of a quick stop that stands out because of its hospitality and focus on craft. Even in a busy area, it leaves a memorable impression through its matcha quality and genuinely personable service.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
