I come here to study before class all the time, and love that they open at 4:30am. I think they recently remodeled (had to stop going for a while, since I wasn't sure if they were open) but it's almost always very clean. The staff is very friendly. It's a good location to study at -- they have a lot of tables, and if you go early in the morning, it doesn't get too crowded or loud. Great study spot, so I ain't complaining! read more

It's clean and they can make coffee but the people at this Starbucks are always rude. They are more interested in playing behind the counter than serving a customer. This adorable little Starbucks is out of the way so I wasn't surprised that no one had reviewed it on Yelp. I love coming here, the staff are really friendly and quick. There's always plenty of people around at the tables and out front in the patio area, but it rarely seems crowded. I've never had my order messed up here, and I often stop by with a long list of drinks for my coworkers. I will continue to come here, thank you for great service and great drinks. read more

I've actually never had an issue at any Starbucks, until I came to this one. Went on Monday to get a Strawberries and Cream. I've had this drink a million times b4. They made the drink for me 3 times b4 they realized they did not have the "cream base" they normally put in it. So, what were they putting in my drink? It took you 3 times b4 you realized you were out of the cream base? I went back today and they assured me they had the cream base, but it still didn't taste right. They made it twice before they just gave me a coupon for a free beverage and I went to another Starbucks. No problem at the other Starbucks. My advice is listen to your customers. Seeing as you made this drink for me a total of 5 times and it didn't taste right. Investigate further because you might have received a bad shipment of one of the ingredients, or you could just be making it wrong. Who knows? But like I said, no problem at the other Starbucks I went to (shrugs). I gave two stars instead of one because the gay boy at the front counter was nice. The lady with the thick accent is okay too, but needs to slow down because you shouldn't have to make a drink 3 times before you realize you're out of the cream base. The girl that gave me the coupon made gave me some weird look and acted like it wasn't a big deal and there was nothing wrong, but since she gave me the coupon I'll let it slide lol read more

I love this place Okay the wow factor of this place are the drinks. The baristas are amazing since the drinks come fast and delicious. Taste better than other starbucks I have been to (from tahoe to anaheim). Far from work yet i come here whenever I get the chance. The baristas are fun loving and proffesional. They seem more like people rather than the robots who come to work just for the money. These people love their job!!!! This starbucks actually has room to walk around in. There is so much seating and i love how i can I always find a seat. I'll say it again, LOVE THIS PLACE . However, on a bad note you have to drive around the cement barrier in order to park. Arrgh.... This Starbucks has to be one of the worst I've been to that's not a drive thru. I work at Starbucks (DEFINITELY not this one) so I know the standards and how things should be done. I come to this one because it's close to my house and today was my last visit. They were not busy; no one was in line ahead of me and only one or two others behind me. To start no one had name tags so I don't know exactly who I'm reviewing but the barista who made my drinks, this time, had long brown hair and braces and the person ringing me up was a blonde guy. I've never had issues with the people taking my order but when I get the drinks from the bar they ALWAYS taste bad. This time I ordered a short caramel brulee latte and a venti java chip Frappuccino. The barista let the shot of espresso for my latte expire while she made the Frappuccino, which means it doesn't make the drink taste as good with almost a burnt taste, which my drink had. The Frappuccino was overly chocolate-y and very chalky. The best part was she put the dome lid on first and then filled it with whipped cream to the top which is not the right way to do it. They always forget the mocha drizzle on the Frappuccino so when I asked her to put it she sighed and rolled her eyes. She just poured it on top of the already overly filled whipped cream without taking the lid off. I was so annoyed because the chocolate got EVERYWHERE as I was leaving. The latte I got was really hot also and they didn't double cup it like they should with short drinks because the sleeves don't fit. As I got the drinks I got no thank you or have a nice day from her, she just turned away quick to do the next drink. Also don't forget to smile you guys we want to invite customers in not deter them. BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I know that if the drinks are made wrong or don't taste right, that the baristas are supposed to make it again but I didn't bother this time because I was so annoyed. I know this all sounds super picky but if we expect out customers to pay so much for a drink they better have a good experience and at this Starbucks you will not get it. read more

Really Spacious! Friendly staff. Quiet place to go to relax and enjoy your cup of coffee.

I burned my tongue on coffee. Why you might ask? It's all an inside job! I asked for a small mocha with carmel, when the barista looked at me with a look like a confused puppy. She seemed as if she had never heard the english language in her life and possibly spoke another language such as icelandic or korean. When I noticed their small is actually a "tall". I told her I would take this "tall" drink and she said yes. I laughed and asked if Starbucks had their own language and she looked at me like I murdered her grandma. She talked to another employee and took my money. Later when I grabbed my drink, it was a "vanilla bean". I told her I ordered a carmel mocha and she looked more angry... She then grabbed a drink I believe was actually mine, and put it in the microwave. When I took a sip I screamed at the top of my lungs and was kicked out for causing a disturbance. 1 star only because of one employee who is extremely rude! i been coming to this Starbucks for 2 years now i never had any complaints until they hired this one girl, i do not know her name because they do not wear name tags. shes a young girl black hair always up in a ponytail usually wears black eyeliner. I've actually had a couple of bad experiences with her, once she completely ignored me as i was asking for a cup holder, she was to busy having a pointless conversation with which seemed to be a friend, i had to ask her three times! until she finally threw it on the counter top ( i really should have complained to her manager that day of how disrespectful she was) and just another one of my experience i came in this morning, no greeting as usual she gives me nothing but attitude and she messed up on my order which i didn't notice until i got into work . Coming from a business were customer service is everything i feel that this behavior is so unappropriated and definitely not a good look on management for letting this girls behavior slide. Customers do not want to start off their day getting attitude from someone for no reason at all. read more
