So crowded you can't move (not their fault but worth mentioning) So every time I come it takes 10-15 minuets. I'm a barista, I think I have a pretty good idea of how long it should take, they just don't work efficiently at all. So I thought ok, I'll start mobile ordering. 3 times I mobile order, and they gave me the wrong drink, after they would let me wait for 5 minuets before acknowledging I'm trying to tell them I have a mobile order. They gave me iced drinks twice when I requested a hot drink, and a hot drink when I requested an iced drink. It says it on the ticket clearly, and on my app what I ordered... Yet they still do it wrong. But when you purposely mobile order because you're in a hurry, you don't have time to have them take an extra God only knows how long to remake your drink. Get it together. oh, one last thing. Try to take off your hats and aprons when you walk around the mall gossiping and bashing your co workers with some colorful language. I didn't get the barista guy's name, but whichever 2 guys who were working this morning, great customer service & my drink is phenomenal! Although I get the same thing every time at difference locations, my drink is still off sometimes. But whatever he did this morning is spot on! Thank you guys! Update: Although the service isn't usually bad here, this morning was different. I was the only one in line. I came up to the register, & there was only one cashier. He was busy, so I understood having to wait a few min. But then another customer walked up & instead of getting in line he decided to cut in front of me. The cashier immediately walked up and took his order, knowing that I had been there first and waiting patiently. That was odd.. no apology or anything. I have been going to this Starbucks every single day for the past 4 years. Their service used to be amazing but has gone so far down hill. First the manager Chris that used to be there went to a different Starbucks, then employees left little by little. Now they have yet another new manager and some new people and they just seem to not care about getting your drink right nor do they care about getting to know their Customers. Like I said I go there literally 7 days a week and they still don't hVe a clue who I am. To top it off I get the same drinks every time and they still don't know how to make them properly. Ok this seems like just a management problem, but today seemed like an off day for this location. The cashier was talking with her friends at the counter, delaying the four of us in line. The barista finally opened a register to take orders, but was so irritated that she had to handle money she didn't listen to my order and had to remake it. This Starbucks location and their staff is amazing! I was walking my rescue dog on a Tuesday morning and decided I wanted to place a mobile order. My dog is still learning socialization skills with people so I knew I would be taking a chance stopping to pick up my drink. I decided to call ahead and ask if they could have a staff member bring my drink to the door (to avoid a high anxiety scenario for my dog and the staff members there). The staff member on the phone (Raven I believe) was kind enough to agree to it and when I arrived the female staff member was so sweet and kind when handing me my drink. The fact that they were able to accommodate this special request showed how above and beyond they go for their customers and the service they provide. I definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a pleasant coffee pick up experience! read more

The difference at this Starbucks between morning and afternoon shift is night and day. I realize cleanliness is important but twenty plus minutes waiting for a drink with four people ahead of you is ridiculous. This is my second afternoon visit. The first was equally as bad. This Starbucks is generally pretty busy but that is just the nature of the business. At least there is some java enjoyment in the Mall to enjoy while shopping. This is not your typical place to sit and chat with friends. The seating is limited but it doesn't bother me. I just want my coffee and go. Just an ordinary Starbucks, nothing special. They are faster than the one on the mall, obviously. The outdoor seating isn't too big, so the tables may all be taken on a beautiful day. Inside there are a few tables but mostly taken by students. Everytime I've gone to their restroom it's always dirty. Gotta fix that! read more

This location has horrible watered down iced coffee. I drink Starbuck's iced coffee pretty much daily. This location is the only Starbucks that puts ice in their iced coffee in the fridge which means the ice is melted by the time they serve it. Yuck! You're supposed to add ice AFTER it's poured in a cup, not when they keep it refrigerated. When I told them they're iced coffee was watered down, their response was to shrug at me. One of my favorite Starbucks location for studying. It's tucked away in the corner, and there's always parking spaces. They have a huge table there with 6 chairs for studying, and 3 little high tables. The comfy chairs that line the wall also have tables AND have multiple outlets underneath. read more

By far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Was working in this mall for a week and the wait was always 30 minutes + with only 2-3 staff and 5-10 people in line,ive had much longer lines move fast at other locations. Okay, I just really dislike this Starbucks. They take forever and the employees aren't the nicest to deal with. I asked for a Grande Hazelnut Macchiato in a Venti cup, extra ice. All of a sudden it's a problem and they aren't supposed to do it. No other store has ever had a problem with it and the worker tells me "We're not supposed to do it. They just do it for you because..." and turns around. But yet you will give out cups of ice if requested right? Fine. Give me a Grande, in a Grande cup - but I'd also like a Venti cup of ice. Does that solve your "problem"? I think I'll just start driving the extra mile or 2 to go to the one on Mason or maybe even the one in the mall. Not to mention, I asked for an extra shot in my macchiato and I was only given 2 - but charged for 3. Not worth the hassle going back. read more

This is a bad Starbucks. It is constantly packed; there is always a flock of people standing around waiting for their drinks, unlike any other Starbucks store. The baristas there are not usually quick. I have never understood why people go to Starbucks to study or to try to get any work done...how can you get any work done when it's so noisy? Now, some Starbucks' are better than others, as far as the social scene and the noise. In my days of dating, I had many coffee dates at Starbucks's that were nice and homey and not too noisy. This Northridge location takes the cake for the worst one I've ever been to...the one on Topanga and Ventura ain't much better but because I met the man who was to become the love of my life there, I won't be hard on them. read more

So, I guess I'm slightly lame when it comes to coffee. I like to order my coffee at drinkable temperature (e.g., 130 degrees) because 1) I'm impatient and must consume the coffee ASAP and 2) I don't want to drink hot coffee and get burned. The baristas were friendly here and called out my drink as a venti white chocolate mocha and thankfully left off the temperature information. This Starbucks is always busy. Parking is not a problem. They are right next to Cold Stone and Jamb Juice so that's good if everyone in your group can't decide what they want. It's hard to find a seat inside but you can usually find something outside. read more

This Starbucks in particular is one of the best I've been to. I've encountered nothing but great service from the ladies that work here. They are friendly and smiley. When I ask for easy ice, I actually get easy ice. When I have to do several separate transactions, they are patient and helpful. One of them even remembers my name! Yeah the parking can be a hassle because it's always packed or the line can be extremely long especially in the morning, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
