I arrived at 10.54 AM. The baristas where rude no interaction at all. And when a question was asked both the cashier and the other barista where very short. I only came by because the closest to my job. I'll stop somewhere else next time. Smile and some eye contact go a long way. I went in at 10 AM and I ordered 2 grande Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espressos light ice and 1 venti Mango Dragonfruit Refresher. The drinks for the grande iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espressos had full ice and less of the actual drink. I do not ask for light ice in order to get more of the drink. I ask for light ice because the drinks are consumed slowly. I do not like having my drinks watered down, which is why I ask for light ice. Please fix your proportions. They left PART of my order sitting on the counter, after more than 5 mins of 2 of my 5 items sitting there, I asked for the rest of my order. Jenny said, we had a 16 cup order, so we've been busy! So you can do 2 of my drinks,, then fill another order and then go back to doing my order?? That's not right. But at that point I still wasn't rude. I keep giving this Starbucks a chance since it's 5 mins away from work. It's always a 50/50 chance my order is going to be wrong. Ordered a Venti Iced Shaken Espresso w/ an extra shot and breve. They handed me a milk white drink, I asked the drive thru worker that my drink was wrong and she had an attitude. Explained to me like a 5 year old that the drink was milk white because of the breve. The only time I've complained since coming here 4 months ago. Today my matcha green tea latte was really light green, all I can taste is the coconut milk-not even a hint of matcha. I've been coming to this Starbucks regularly and I always gave them the benefit of the doubt when they have no straws, drink carriers, nitro, cold brew, etc. It's no fault of the workers, they're just trying to earn wages. I blame management for the shit show they have going on. They close the lobby, and all mobile orders are forced to go through the drive thru. They made me 30 minutes late to work by trapping me in the drive thru line and when I finally get my coffee (they didn't have the cold brew I ordered so they gave us iced coffee) it tasted like chemicals with a splash of rotten milk. And of course by the time we got to the front of the drive thru line they had opened their lobby. Don't allow mobile orders if you can't handle them. Save your money folks! read more

This has become my favorite Starbucks to visit. Over the last couple of months I frequented this almost daily, for my daughters morning blueberry muffin before school, to work or to cram before an important meeting. I've found my lil nook at the bar, a perfect spot to people watch when my mind wanders. Dominic was one of the first baristas to really engage with me and make me feel seen. I love watching the crew interact with each other. As far as the coffee quality and speed, it's a Starbucks with a drive thru lol they do their best with what they have. I've seen people walk in with a complaint or a wrong order and they've handles each one with care and respect. If you come to this Starbucks, do not go inside, even if you have a mobile order. They 100% prioritize drive through customers because they are most likely worried about their drive through times. However long the drive through line is, it doesn't matter, get in that line. Today at 11:12am I placed a mobile order for a Trenta Black Tea with four pumps of sugar and a double smoked sandwich. The drive through line seemed crazy long, so I went inside. I received my sandwich rather quickly. My drink through, which was obviously the easier part of my order, wasn't handed to me till 11:38am. And they handed it to me with no ice in it! A tea with 4 pumps of sweetener took 26 mins to pour and they messed it up!?! Are you kidding me? I watched the employee at the cold bar station actively ignore my order and prioritize drive through orders. I'm sure they have a district manager down their throats about "drive through" times. Probably a person that hasn't worked with the direct public in 10 years, or has never been a Starbucks barista dealing with upset customers. . Orders should be prioritize in the order they come in. I took my order and said thank you with a smile. There's no point in complaining to the barista that is most likely doing what they are told to do. To the manager of this store, and district manager. Stop worrying about the numbers on your score cards and telling your baristas to "connect" with people at the drive through. They don't want to do that. The people who work here are lazy, they clean up early then say "we ran out of the key ingredient for what you requested so we can't make it" just so they can leave early. They charged us wrong on our last visit then didn't even give us a receipt when we asked for one. This place is a what happens when you have lazy entitled people working for you. This is usually my go to Starbucks besides the target one I. Chino. It's rare when I get bad service but today I got here at 8:13pm, google states they close at 9:30pm. I waited and waited and waited and continued to wait to see if the employee would acknowledge the fact that she had people waiting. Well now there's a line behind me and still no help. I pull up to the window and the brunette with the blonde bangs or whatever you call them never acknowledged me or any of the cars behind us. Least she could've done was tell us she was closed or something. But I ended up leaving at 8:30pm when I noticed I wasn't going to be helped. service was TERRIBLE three people in particular gave me a hard time Vancy, Eli, and Serena. Eli made my entire order wrong I tried to bring it up to vancy (his aunt apparently) she insisted that I was wrong and she watched him make it herself. Been to this location multiple times and its always the same. Employees look annoyed like they don't want to be there. Most likely they'll make your order wrong.
