I ordered a tall Vanilla Sweet Cream cold brew. I drove up to the window and the barista told me didn't have it. She offered me ice coffee with and an add shot of vanilla sweet cream. I said okay. She handed me the drink, I was handing over payment but she said don't worry about it. I then handed over a tip and went on my way. I gave two stars because I like my drink but other than that I do not like coming here. The servers are always super rude to us when we go, whenever we pay they walk away right after so we can't even ask for extra napkins or add a pastry to my order and I have to wait until they decide to come back to the window. It's not everyone here just a certain few that I noticed. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt maybe they weren't having a good day but it's every time I go. So I've been battling the flu for a solid week now and I really wanted a medicine ball (honey citrus mint tea) but I knew that it was usually a hot drink. I really wanted something over ice because of my fever so I asked the person taking my order if there was a way to do a medicine ball iced. They said they can make something similar to it and I gave it a true. Let's just say I'm so happy I trusted them. It tasted delicious and it was still soothing to my throat. These baristas know what they're doing and I left satisfied. Not to mention that this Starbies is a drive thru, meaning it was super quick service. Best Starbucks experience I've had. Don't come here in you're in a time crunch! If you have about 25 minutes to spare be my guest. They are often really really slow! Even with only one car ahead of you. Now granted some people take forever, order 50 drinks, complain about everything, etc. BUT they only have the drivethru to worry about. They don't have a huge amount of walks in due to a small sitting area that's outside. I've been to other Starbucks that have a line of people inside and outside..but still manage to be faster then this place. They have also made my drink wrong on a number of occasions so I always check before I leave. The staff are really nice! No complaints there. I just wish it didn't take so long, this is the most convenient Starbucks for me location wise. But I'm better off driving farther to another location if I don't want to wait forever. read more

I am a very happy with this one by my house on Fairplex & I-10 in Pomona. I have gotten great service here. I once took my own banana (for my chocolate banana smoothie)one time they ran out of bananas but they made my drink for free considering the inconvenience. I was very happy about that. I've been coming to this location for a long time and I've always received great service and coffee. Their cold brew is sooo good. The location by my house has the worst tasting cold brews. Sometimes I'll drive all the way here for cold brew because they never disappoint. I'm never in a hurry when I come here so I haven't really paid attention to the wait time. read more

Great location just off the 10 freeway at Fairplex Dr. It is small and parking is almost nonexistent.. I was going to go in to get an green iced tea but there was no place to park. I was forced to enter the drive thru and thought I would be stuck for at least 8 to 10 minutes as I was the the sixth car in line. My first time here today and this place something else. I understand that their job sucks and what ever but you got no reason what so ever to be rude to customers at 07:30 in the am for no reason what so ever. I drove up to the window the girl asked me if I wanted to start off with a food item I said "no thank you" . There was a long pause and then she asked me again. I said "no thank you" AGAIN. When she was taking my order I ordered a hot venti caramel brûlée late (simple) she has trouble hearing me so since there was a long line behind me I said that I'll order at the window. Drove up to the window and this "I only hang out with boys because they are less drama" plain Jain wanna tell me "the person that took your order couldn't hear you. I said I know. Than when she was taking my order (mind you that I have a accent since I was not borne in the states) she kept telling me that she could not understand me. So I laughed, smiled at her and spelled it out. At this point she was just being petty for no reason. Than she gave me my change which was 15 cents. This psycho took the time to count 15 pennies and gave it to me. Once she handed me my drink I asked her why she was being petty. She said "I can't hear you have a nice day" like you're some scrawny a** white girl in a bad part of Pomona you better behave yourself cause one of these days you'll get rocked. Long story short I ended up coming back and there was Pomona Pd in the drive through. Safe to say she got away with it this time but I will most definitely be calling the corporate. It is unacceptable. Starbucks has been sued multiple times for discrimination they don't really play around like that . I just don't understand this Starbucks, I come here on a regular basis, every weekend, sometimes during the week. I always order a Soy Caramel Machiatto w/ Extra Caramel upside down, I've tried asking for extra Caramel about 10 different ways, I even went as far as asking for a side of caramel, and they still can't get it right. I don't think they really pay attention when making drinks, or when people ask for certain requests. I live right around the corner from this location, so its easy fir me to go to, but I think I will be making a drive to another location. read more

This Starbucks has the absolute worst Drive-thru. Service is already slow, but the Drive-thru line often spills out onto the street which is immediately after an on ramp. If you're on Fairplex and need to turn onto Murchison be careful of cars sticking out of the curb. It's because of the long line and design of the Drive-thru. read more

I didn't want to make a review for Starbucks. I mean, what can I say that hasn't been said?? Of course their products are great. With the exception of the Vivanno smoothies. FAIL. Their baristas are very nice, but sometimes seem overwhelmed with the special orders. If you ask for anything different, they get confused and panic a little bit. I don't really like that this is a drive-thru Starbucks with very little outdoor seating. It's nice in the warmer months. It's very close to my house and wish there was indoor seating so I could hang out there and do homework. I REALLY HATE the clusterf*ck that is the driveway entrance and street lanes right around there. You will know or should know what I'm talking about! Love the drive through and whether I'm ordering my English Breakfast with extra milk and sweetener or warm cookies or a venti passion fruit iced tea, they always get my order right.
