Today, I re-visited this local Starbucks in Rosemead. I am so glad that I did. Today, I met Andrea she is the manager. She made me feel like my life mattered. This is how. So, they are practicing physical distancing and requiring face coverings. I did not realize I had entered without a face covering. But, Andrea noticed. She asked me if I could use a face covering. I did not have one. I said YES! I. Whew! Then, she helped me with my order be sure I got it right. When she realized that I ordered a drink smaller than I wanted. She had my drink upgraded to the size I wanted. The Customer service was so excellent in this Starbucks that I had to tell Andrea if I were grading customer service today I would've given you an A+. What's up: We were on one of our runs and we thought it would be a good idea to stop by and grab a cold drink. This Starbucks was along our route so we placed a Mobile Order ahead of time. Parking: The store is located in the corner location of a strip mall, where Garvey Ave and San Gabriel Blvd meets. The parking situation can be difficult since it's shared amongst the other businesses nearby. If it's full, you can try parking in the lot between the CVS and the Hoa Binh Rosemead Supermarket. Environment: The order counter is towards the left and the seats are towards the right. There are tables and counter seating. Usually it's very busy and the seats are occupied, but we managed to find an open table near the back. The restrooms are in the back, towards the right. This location does not have a drive thru. What was ordered: Iced Cold Brew (light ice and tasted as expected). Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. Picking up the order was East and convenient due to the Mobile Order. The staff member was friendly and the place was clean. Credit cards are accepted. read more

Sadly this location doesn't have any drive thru but because of that, we never have to wait long for our order! Never got our order wrong either, so we're always satisfactory. Pre covid this is a pretty good location to chill because there's always seats and there is always plenty space for parking. read more

if i can give them 0 star, i would. the drive through line is incredibly slow on a saturday afternoon. did a mobile pick up order and got to the drive though line. waited 10 min and one car barely moved. if i could have turned-around, i would have but we were stuck. if they were going to take a long time or is behind on many orders, you could have at least given customers the courtesy and let them know that the wait will be long! waited about 20 min for one drink that was ready 25 min ago! never again. don't come here!! read more

I realized they don't want to make pumpkin flap as it was on bogo deal. They kept pointing at other Fall coffee instead. This is the second time I was there for bogo deal and today they said it was sold out and did not offer a replacement flap. read more

There is a very nice lady by a very special name of Yazzy working in this very store. She was very nice, courteous and proficient. I am really appreciative for her service. Staffs shouldn't have talking to their friends during busy hour wasting all the customers time. I ordered 2 drinks at the same time but only one was ready while the other one I have to wait 10' minutes for it and guess what, i notice that the staff were busy making free drinks for their friends instead of prioritizing paying customers. The customer service here has not changed. Once again, I watched 10 walk-in orders made before my mobile order. I placed my mobile order about 10 minutes before I arrived this Starbucks location. The frappucino came out right. My light iced macchiato had extra ice. By the time I received my order, my husband's brewed coffee was no longer hot. They then ran out of the dark roast, and my husband asked for them to replace it with Pike. He was told to wait for it outside. He basically told her that he was not f-ing going outside after he had already been waiting inside for 20 minutes. There were several people by the pick up location. They were NOT 6 feet away from the pick up area. We only go to this location when the Starbucks at Marketplace (Paramount "" & 60) is closed. It is sad that this place has horrible customer service in comparison to the awesome customer service at the Starbucks located within the Marketplace in Monterey Park. read more

My most frequented Starbucks, more for the convenience and hours than for anything else. They open at 4:30 AM on weekdays and 5-5:30 on certain days so it's very easy to pop in if you have an early morning. Workers are nice enough, but they do often talk to eachother and avoid eye contact at times. Not as renovated/new as other Starbucks locations, but it's always a busy and popping Starbucks. Wish they had more merchandise available because I sometimes struggle to find what I want when I redeem my 400 points. Drinks wise, they usually come out quickly if you order on the app. However at busy times I have had to wait a bit, so I would recommend ordering 15 minutes ahead of time if you're going to use the app. Consistency is a bit spotty, but usually I'm satisfied with my drink. Another minor issue is that sometimes the half & half thermos runs out quickly and they don't replace them as often as they should. Same with napkins. Not that this is anything they can change-but the parking lot is also very tiny and cramped. I've been stressed coming in and out while other cars are coming through and also exiting their parking spots at the same time. It's a small plaza but very busy. Gosh, isn't this weird? From all the Sbux around my neck of the woods, this is probably the one I go to the least. Why? Because I rarely pass by this location when I'm headed to the office, and I'm usually driving on Rosemead Boulevard instead. From the 210 freeway going south to the 10 freeway, I have counted six Sbux stores already. Crazy right? Anyhow, amazingly this Sbux in my opinion has been the most consistent in taste wise. I have never been disappointed in their brews. The coffee is always to the point where it's never too weak as in being watered down, nor has it been overly strong with a bitter taste. The best part is their coffee is NEVER burned. For me, it's not enjoyable when the brew is too bitter or toasty. So great job to this Rosemead Starbucks! Now to the not so good part. I believe the parking situation here is the worse ever. The parking lot is too small to accommodate a medical clinic and all its surrounding stores in this tiny strip mall. There is a supermarket adjacent to the Sbux, but it's always hectic there too, and you're not allowed to park in their lot unless you are a customer. What a bummer! In conclusion. Yes, I've been coming here quite a bit because they brew good coffee. For a coffee addict like me, I don't mind the bad parking situation. Sometimes I sneak next door (the supermarket), just just to make it quick. Be adventurous! Four stars for their good brew, and two stars for parking and being too small. This is the Starbucks I always go to in the mornings before work. My drinks are always made well but this morning was different. I asked for a grande brown sugar shaken espresso with two pumps of chai. When I took a sip, it was very sour but I thought it might have just been the addition of the chai, but as I was staring at my drink I realized there were small chunks of white. I'm pretty sure this means that the oatmilk had gone bad. My boyfriend got a mocha with oatmilk as well and couldn't stop complaining on how bad it tasted. this starbucks is a hit and miss kinda place. depending on who's working the day u go visit. Parking is fairly easy, i been here a few times and never had problems parking. Most recently, i been obsessed with their mango dragon fruit lemonade (don't ask me why, i even order trenta on those). NO DECAFF They refuse to sell decaf coffee at this one and the one in Mojave. I've lived all over Socal and have traveled all over and never ran into this problem. I can't take caffeine like other people. Caffeine gives me heart palpitations and bad anxiety. When they first opened this store they did have decaf, but then they quite making it available for customers. My family will no longer cater to this location or the Mojave location for this main reason. read more

Typical Starbucks place. Parking can be hard to find if the Plaza is busy. I came during happy hour so of course it was busy so their orders were really backed up. I'm not a regular here, so I'm not quite sure how busy it can get out of its busy all the time like this. My go to drink at Starbucks is their iced matcha latte with almond milk. For some reason, the almond milk they used here was different compared to when I get them at other locations. It tasted different. I tasted more of the almond milk than the matcha. read more

so I was unaware that this starbucks location has a timer on their public bathroom. I just came by to do my "business" and then hopefully get a nice coffee after. well, after my number 2 was done (must have been 12-15 minutes), I flushed the toilet... and immediately heard the sound of aggressive knocking. an angry guy saying "sir". having experienced people who can't wait for their turn i thought it was just another impatient guy. nope. it was an employee telling me that I have been taking too much time using the restroom... and that he knew because there was a timer. but for a 15 minute dump???? not like i was taking 30 minutes or anything extreme! so if you have a restroom and expect people to only use it for 10 minutes (the time the timer went off)... then how the @&$# can anybody use it for other than a quick use???
