Review based on Drive-Thru order only. Located in Home Depot parking lot for those who would like an idea of this Starbucks location. Many things to do around this Starbucks as far as shopping, movies, and other eating options. This Starbucks is on the smaller size with indoor seating and not much for viewing unless you love watching traffic go by. I do appreciate that it has a drive-thru. However, with my experience, staff is not as friendly here. I also have had an issue with consistency in the drink making department. At this location I have not had the same drink I order come out tasting the way it should. I also noticed that on their receipt there is no contact number or address so forget trying to reach them unless you do your research. The drive thru is situated at a weird angle from where you come in as well especially if they have the cones out. Hope eventually they will get better at making the same drinks consistently and it coming out tasting good. Peppermint Mochas should be chocolaty, refreshing taste of peppermint, and have a hint of coffee taste. So maybe the amount placed in ingredients is off or something. I am sure there has got to be some baristas that are awesome at making drinks, I just have had bad timing since it has not happened for me yet. read more

I wish all Starbucks are like this one!!! It's so spacious. Plenty of elbow room for everyone. There is inside seating and outside as well. There are 2 humongous all genders restrooms. Came by at 9:30 supposed to be open till 10 on a Friday night. Lights are all on nobody home. Drive-through is not blocked off but nobody answered and nobody at the window. If the lid doesn't fit the cup is wonky...and not car friendly. I just ordered a drink from here and lid didn't fit properly therefore coming off in the car and spilling everywhere. The cup was crushed and made the top lip of the cup deformed. Please be more mindful of what you are handing out your window. read more

This is a brand new location in Glendora! I really enjoyed this location and its wonderful staff. Nearby stores have offered minimal parking space, but this location is surrounded by parking! This store isn't particularly busy, (yet) but I know that it'll be a very popular location when the public becomes more aware that it has officially opened. I just went through the drive through, they have fast service. They made my order perfect, so good.

Love these egg white bites. Dairy free protein and tasty. I'm vegan two meals a day but will eat either egg or sea food for the third meal. Caramel macchiato with almond milk is a treat as I limit my sugar. Waiting for sams club to check my tire today here at Starbucks. The staff is friendly and the place is cute & clean. I love this Starbucks but I will never be coming back here again I went through the drive thru and ordered a smoked bacon sandwich with Sriracha, they gave me my sandwich and there was no Sriracha in the bag. Asking for easy on the ice only means this specific location will water down your drink without fail. If you happen to forget to ask for only a little ice they will fill it up 90% with ice. Clean and fast but you expect to get what you pay for and not get burned if you forget the east ice rule. All the teas are watered down. Ordered via Mobile app which is great at all other locations. The drink is waiting and ready to go. This place, not so much. Please up your game with customer service. For example, we walked in at 11:58 am and the drink was supposed to be ready at 12:01 pm so we ordered a lemon loaf and paid for it. Instead of handing us the loaf, which was right there in front of the person who took the order, she took my name. I thought this was odd. She then called our name for the lemon loaf, but not the latte. So we're waiting and waiting and I see others go up for their order. Finally at 12:15, I walk up and ask for my latte and she says, "did you listen for your name?" (They didn't call my name for a drink) She pulls my drink from behind the counter. I go to this Starbucks about once a week and the staff is always so nice to me and they have adapted well to the COVID-19 situation. A few months ago my dad was having a bad day and one of the workers (I think her name was Katie) was super nice and helpful which made my dad's day better than it started out. I had a very positive experience last week and it was just the little things. For example, the guy in the drive- thru who took my order called me "Friend" idk why I thought that was so nice but to me it was. Then the nice lady who gave me my drink called me by my name and told me to have a wonderful day. Usually most workers say that very monotone but you could tell that she was genuinely very nice. I stepped inside to get a tall coffee and it was not ready. Took about 5 minutes to get prepared. Then I had to wait another 2 minutes for them to give me half and half because they were empty at the condiment table. I understand the drive through can get busy, but you also have to think about the customers who come inside expecting quicker service. Went through drive through at 7:50pm, 4/18/21 and ordered a latte. Some new guy gave a small amount of cream on the side , not even close to what i always get here. I stopped by at this location last Saturday while i was waiting for my car at the toyota dealer. As i was in line to get my tea, I noticed there were flies where they have the pastries and sandwiches. I flagged one of the ladies that was working there, I believe her name is Jesse. I told her about it and she gave me an attitude saying we don't give you that when you order and walks away. Hello, at least, try to get the flies out of there. It's very unsanitary and gross!
