The only thing this store has going for it is that it's in a convenient location for me and it has a drive-thru. With that being said, EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here they make my drink wrong. Every. Time. If I pay $5 for a drink, I would like it made correctly! When I ask for extra ice and a splash of half and half, they give me light ice and EXTRA half and half. Came here to pick up a birthday drink and Jessica was so sweet and thoughtful when taking our order! This location is super clean, modern, and cute. It shares a plaza with Home Depot and Sams Club, but there's plenty of parking should you want to go in and hang out. If not, there's a drive thru here too! read more

Probably one of the worst services that I've ever gotten I pull up to the driveway around 5:20 AM on Saturday the sixth the lights are on there's two employees they don't say anything I drive up to the window they walk away from the window. I had to drive 5 miles away just to get coffee and I work right across the street at home goods then I I call at 5:48 by the fifth time they answer the phone and ask them if they are open and they are. Today I visited this Starbucks and the barista did not close the lid on my VERY HOT coffee. The coffee spilled all over the outside of my car and inside the car. I also got burned and had HOT coffee all over me. The barista did not apologize. I even had to tell her to get me some napkins and towels. She froze and it took her forever to get me some help. She called her manager. I never asked for management, but she was no help either. She looked at me confused and asked me if they can do anything else. Still no apology. They made my coffee again and told me that they would cancel my payment and I would not be charged. I checked my Starbucks card, and they STILL CHARGED ME !!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! read more

Just went to order one coffee and prepackaged items. I had paid and was waiting for that one coffee. I went with 10 min left before my shift started. They DID NOT inform me that they ran out of iced coffee. First off it's unprofessional for a major coffee shop to run out of stuff. Management needs to be on top of it. Also employees need to know what they have in inventory. I waited over 7min for them to tell me they don't have iced coffee. The worker that told me said "what would you like expresso, etc?" Around 9:00pm my friend and I came to the Starbucks to grab some drinks thinking it was just going to be a regular fast paced drive thru interaction.. When we got to the speaker, We were delighted to find out a Prince Charming named Ryan was going to Shepard us over a mountain of flavors with our drinks. In my 21 years of living on this earth I did not think I would be leaving a Yelp review on a Starbucks, but we were astonished when this type of IMMACULATE customer service was granted to me by the gods. This man not only made OUR night, but I'm sure working with him would be an absolute pleasure as well. Nothing in the world has given us a better pleasure than exchanging a few words with this man. We left a $5 tip, but honestly we knew that wasn't enough.. We felt like we were doing him a disservice by not giving him his entire months worth of rent. The drinks did not only pass perfection, but they also took us over the promised mountain of flavor. We will definitely be coming back to this Starbucks in hopes that we receive this type of customer service again. Thank you to Ryan at this store location for this stupendous service. Not only did we leave Starbucks with a smile on our faces, we also left with knowledge about the different types of brews and how to properly ask for your drink (without getting heartburn). Not a happy camper getting coffee here. I enter at 10:50AM knowing that Starbucks has a policy to dump the light roast Veranda blend at 11:00AM. I get to the cashier and order a tall light blend and Kristy says, "We don't have anymore." I inform her that I know that Starbucks coffee shops dump it at 11A & it's not 11 yet. She then has the audacity to tell me that it's almost 11! I then ask her, "Who dumped it? It's not even 11AM yet?" She says that she did." I ask her why and she told me because she didn't want to make another batch that was due at 10:50AM. Smh. In my opinion, that sounds like someone that doesn't want to do their job. It's not your house and I can see you don't want to waste, but this is a place of business that states it cares about their customers satisfaction. I have a feeling this Starbucks won't care about my rant but hopefully the mgt will make sure to keep to what they promise its customers. I went in to just get a quick cup of brewed coffee. So I was just feeling a bit snackish ya know just out and about with my boyfriend, and decided why not stop by and grab some Starbucks. And when I pulled up to the drive thru I was greeted by Jon an amazing employee, he even recommended I tried my usually Iced Almond Milk Chai tea Latte with Cinnamon Dolce & Soy... I'm giving this location 2 stars and it has nothing to do with the people that work there or the quality of the drinks. I really think there should be a 1-3 drink minimum when in the drive through. I literally waited 20 minutes for the guy ahead of me who ordered 8 drinks all made up differently and than had a problem with a few of the drinks that had to be remade. The poor barista/cashier was beside herself when I finally made it to the window. Again, there really needs to be a minimum of drinks at the drive through. read more

I had a terrible experience at this location. The shift lead, Diane was extremely rude! I had a mobile order that I needed to pick up. The drink was wrong and I did not receive the sandwich that was ordered. When I went back to have them remake it, she told me that she was running a business and that she was basically giving away a free sandwich and drink. I told her, "I had the receipt and that I could get it for her." She said, "no, and that she has regulars that try and get free items all the time. This is the first time I have ever experienced a rude employee at Starbucks. As a part of management, I would have expected a higher lever of customer service. read more

i order bacon gouda sandwich. bacaon not cooked. i show them that the fat look raw. i'm a good cook i know how to cook bacon. i also know the danger of rW pork. she would not refund my money. she took it and disgarded it in trash. she want to argue about it. she took my name and phone number said manager would call me. i dont think young woman is properly trained. this is not how i want to be treated. i should have been refunded right away. policy should be 100% satifaction guarenteed. quality takes knowledge, care and skill to produce. sadly this employee is not properly trained in customer relations or i would not take my precious time to write.
