Smaller Starbucks, you can't miss it though- on the corner of Sepulveda Blvd. & Anza. This is my go to on those mornings when I want to stay in my pj's all day long and I'm craving a latte. I can roll out, throw on some sunglasses and drive thru. Yes, as many reviews point out the parking lot is a mess, not ideal but everyone seems to make it work and keep it cool. I have personally never had a problem with my order, it's always accurate and tasty and when I approach the window the baristas are really friendly. All in all, if you are in a time crunch and there are more than 5 cars in line- don't drive thru here. I won't remove stars for that. I get good coffee with service and that's what a good business is to me. read more

This is our go-to Starbucks whenever we are in town. It's literally a 5 minute walk from my cousin's house. The shop is clean, the sugar/cream area is well kept and no complaints about the restrooms. There is always a place to sit and enjoy our coffee. The baristas are always fast and friendly. My only complaint about this Starbucks is that parking sucks!!!! The drive-thru line gets long and blocks other cars from getting in and out of the tiny plaza. It's a good thing we always walk here. Kudos, I'm a fan!! read more

Easter Sunday wanted to get some coffee with a group of friends, I am lactose intolerant, but the cashier said they have oat milk so I got that instead of regular milk. I think it cost extra since I paid about $7 for a grande latte, with a pump of vanilla. My latte took way longer than anyone else in the group so I assumed it was because it needed oat milk. Well I'm pretty sure now they used regular milk. Okay I give one star because it did taste good, 0 stars for everything else. read more

I'm at Starbucks a lot. A lot a lot. I'm usually at the one on 190th, which I have to say is FAR superior than this location. The service was below average, quite honestly. My mom ordered a latte, and the barista looked PISSED while she was making it and when she set it on the counter, grumbled out a short and angry, "Latte." I get it--things happen, but I'm not expecting glitter and stars to be exploding from the employees, but I don't appreciate the rudeness. It was also EXTREMELY slow. We were the ONLY ones there and it was SO slow. In comparison, the cashier was friendly and helpful, and was able to cater to our requests. Very knowledgeable on the drinks as well. Honestly, the cashier's the reason that this review is 3 stars and not 2. The drinks were alright. Nothing special or particularly bad. read more

Went there this morning at 4:30 am. I had to have been the first customer of the day. It was my first time here & all I ordered was a grande coffee. I usually make my own coffee with a French press, but since i was up super early and it was on the way to work i decided I'd treat myself...the coffee tasted like @$$. It was super bitter. I'm not a coffee tasting professional by any means, but i know good coffee when I taste it. Tasted like the soaps they use to clean the coffee pots. Didn't taste like pikes place to me. This Starbucks is my go to whenever I go to my cousins house and last night we went to the drive thru and we waited at the order box for 5 mins before someone talked to us. I ordered a green tea latte and it didn't taste like how it usually does. I ended up throwing out my drink and saw that they didn't even mix the green tea powder and it was all collected at the bottom of my cup. read more

The drive through can be horrendous. 3pm is definitely not a good nor 8 am. Expect that or definitely go inside. Most of the time I go is before work which I luckily go in at night and never had an issue since not a lot of people need their java fix @ 630pm. They're quick. Nice and just make sure and look at the screen before you place your order or look at your drink sticker to save you from going back. Really was not a fan of this Starbucks. Not sure why I stopped here, but was heading to a location that direction. - The parking lot is a mess. The drive-thru clutters up the spaces and people cannot pull in and out. There's usually much confusion from cars stopped waiting for a spot, or waiting to queue in the drive-thru. - The inside is a better option, but the barista on staff was very slow and quite overwhelmed on this particular Sunday afternoon. - It is not the largest S'bux location, and frankly there's better one's very close by. - My drink was fine, but it took 25 minutes to get parked, order, get a drink, and get on my way. This location is so convenient for me, I live about 5 min away. Their drive-through is always fast and efficient. I'm very specific about temperature, I love when my hot coffees and breakfast sandwiches are hot. They make it a perfect temperature! I stopped in to this location today (09-03-2013). As I walked in the door I immediately noticed how the staff who seemed to be in the process of stocking the shelves or Starbucks with Christmas items (i.e. Espresso makers and loads of coffee beans) had occupied 1/2 of the Starbucks. I would not perceive this as a problem other than the major fact that this Starbucks was packed, I am talking about 6-8 people in line. It was hot out and I wanted an 'iced' drink so I was planning on ordering my new go to drink the world famous 'San OB.' When my time to order finally arrived I very nicely explained to the cashier (who will remain nameless) how I wanted my drink. I explained how I wanted a chamomile tea, steeped with honey, then put into an extra-large cup of ice with 'soy' milk. The cashier turned his back 'sighed' to where I could hear and mentioned to another employee 'Today is like Sunday everyone wants their drink specialized.' The last time I checked a paying customer gets to order the drink the way they want it not the way you want to make it. It is not my fault that things didn't work out and you ended up working as a cashier at Starbucks. I am providing money, you are a representative of Starbucks providing a service it is as easy as that. I wish the story ended here but it doesn't. I was told that Starbucks was 'out' of Honey, out of honey, really??? How is this even possible, did a rush of honey ordering folks pile into the store before I did and order 6 packets with each drink??? The cashier handed me a hot cup of tea and an extra-large cup of 'ice' so I could make my drink, no cold soy milk so that is exactly what I did, I paid and made my own drink at Starbucks. I let my tea steep for a few minutes, placed 'raw sugar' in my drink, added my hot tea into the 'ice' after it cooled down and then walked up to the barista to obtain cold soy milk and a straw so I could be on my way. When I am in the area for work I would always stop by this location despite the horrible parking because the staff was always nice and they always got my drink right but no more. This location has lost my business for good. I will never again come here and after reading this review know there is a Starbucks on the corner of 190th & Anza that is larger, less crowded with a much more friendly staff working and chances are they will not have you make your own drink. My 18 check ins for this location is an easy 50-60. That ends today. What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I'm really surprised to see that there are so many negative reviews for this Starbucks location. I've been here at least five or six times and have never experienced slow service or a bad experience. Whenever I stop by, whether its through the drive-thru (Its the closest drive-thru Starbucks to me, so that I love!) or inside, I've always gotten my drinks quickly and accurately made. Even when there are four or five people in the line for the drive-thru, I'm never waiting long. Everyone on staff that I've interacted with are friendly and greet me with a smile. The only negative thing I can think of about this location is that the parking spaces seem a little narrow, so sometimes when its crowded, I find myself having difficulty snagging that last spot, since its such close quarters! But without a doubt, I will surely continue to come to this Starbucks for my usual Caramel Frappuccino! read more

The only thing keeping this Starbucks from getting a 5 Star review is the air conditioning. It's the Arctic in this place. Aside from that, there is great customer service on a regular basis. Ponder that one for a moment; there is always great customer service. I visit my fair share of SBux on a regular basis, and I cannot say the same for quite a few of them. Good energy, and a spacious layout combine to make this one of my favorites. Parking lot can be a challenge, especially in the morning around 8-10, as this place has a Drive Thru that plays havoc with the tiny lot that shares its space with a teriyaki take out joint, as well as a cleaners. Super attitudes from the employees, with a clean, spacious AND organized layout make it a pleasure to visit! You know what? Forget leaving that 5th star out, they deserve it ;) read more

Yes, it's busy and there sometimes is no seating available, that's HQ's fault for telling everyone Starbucks is your living room even if you don't buy something. Sometimes the barista is very nice. Then there are times they are very short and annoyed that you are ordering. 2. Parking. Like I said it's a small location and shares a little lot with two other shops. There is a great location on 190th and Anza.
