Today I went in and saw Jen, and no surprise, she was just as cool as Luca!! They have the BEST employees of this location!!

If you think that lightening doesn't strike twice, think again. Then think again, again. I don't know what it is with this place but they mess up the drinks time after time. I've talked to the manager and even emailed Starbucks corporate. They wrote back saying they were sorry, gave me a couple of free vouchers, yadda, yadda. Things improved for about a month and then it went downhill again. I avoid going there unless I just can't be bothered driving out of my way to go somewhere else. 8 out of 10 times they'll either screw up the order, be ridiculously slow, or make the drink badly. Something they do a lot is only fill the cup half way and the other half fill with foam. I kid you not. So, if you're a foam fan, this is the place for you. The staff is friendly, but I think poorly trained or the management doesn't care. Beastly advice: Check your order before you drive away from the window. read more

This location is horrible. Not only do you wait forever but they always get your ordered incorrect. Very frustrating when you order something and are charged for it and you don't even get what you pay for! And do you think these people who work here care??? Nope absolutely not! I got a iced white chocolate mocha and i ordered it with caramel drizzle and mocha drizzle which clearly states on the tag but they did not put it even on the drink! They have these fancy little labels and do the baristas even read the labels?? It is so upsetting when you order it and it's on the tag but they do not put it. It does also state that it was suppose to have extra whipped cream I had to remind them to add the whipped cream but they only put a little bit of whipped cream. I feel ripped off that you can customize your drink and pay extra and these baristas do not even care! People spend their hard earned money to get a coffee the way they want and get disappointed every time this happens!!! read more

Gone to this starbucks. From a drivers perspective this place is awesome. From a person walking up to the counter. Not so great. One window to order from and same window to get your drinks. They do have condiments outside too though. Interesting place. read more

Yes, Starbucks is Starbucks. However, I am basing my rating on the incredible customer service at this location. Not only are the baristas very friendly and thoughtful but go the extra mile. More than once the wait has been long. To compensate, they haven't charged me for my coffee and have apologized when i would have been perfectly fine paying and really, they are busy - no apology needed. I've frequented this Starbucks location several times and I feel the need to write this review today. The lines are always ridiculously long and SLOW. It doesn't matter if you go through the drive-thru or park and stand at the counter. My fiance went here to pick me up a Grande Skinny Vanilla Latte with soy as a nice gesture since I'm terribly sick. He came back with a Tall and the sticker clearly says Grande. When he returned to correct the situation, he was given a grande WITHOUT the soy. For a company that prides itself on making personalized drinks, this location is THE WORST at customer service and quality. As much as Starbuck's charges for COFFEE....they should get your drink correct-if not the first time, then the second...I shouldn't have to go back for a third! As a law student, I LOVE LOVE LOVE my starbucks. But I HATE HATE HATE this particular location. Sorry guys. read more

This place gives me anxiety. From their disorderly process for taking orders to the long wait times. If you're looking to meet the neighbors while waiting around in the cold, this might be the place for you! HOLY JESUS CHRIST. That's who they need. I went there this morning in the drive through and ordered 4 orders of TRIPLE ICE EXPRESSO WITH 3 PUMPS OF WHITE MOCHA, CARAMEL DRIZZLE AND WHIP CREAM. Tell me why.... the girl taking our ordering fucks up and says the wrong order... quad-expresso.. WTF. Reordered CORRECTLY AGAIN. Still manages to fuck up the SAME order. Really disappointed with the customer service. My parents and i have gone to this starbucks multiple times. my parents always order the same thing and they usually recognize them. today they got my dads order wrong and all he asked for was if they were able to add 1 more shot. the cashier at the drive thru window kept asking what he wanted when he clearly explained. my mom also tried to explain to them because she speaks better english than my dad, but they were not being understanding with us. my dad doesn't speak english very well, but he was very clear with what he said. after asking for 2 minutes the cashier brought out his manager i assume. his manage then asked us in a rude tone what my dad wanted because there is a long line behind us. my dad ended up just leaving because he felt very embarrassed by what the manager said. As we were leaving, i overheard the manager getting upset with the cashier. he was telling him to give the customers their drinks and just a 'hi and bye' where is the customer service? i also ordered a tomato mozzarella panini and when i opened it, everything was placed only on one side of the bread which was very odd. i understand there's people behind us, but if we're paying for what we ordered, i expect it to be done correctly. We asked in a polite manner and also gave them a tip. if we would've known how the customer service was, we would've never given them the tip they didn't deserve. don't come here if you expect to be treated nicely and ask for something because clearly, you won't receive it. i hope this review helps! read more

This is my local Starbucks and it's conveniently located in a plaza with a Ralph's and many eateries. I normally order through the app so I'm in an out. I have never had any issues with my drinks here. My order is always made perfectly, no complaints! The staff is usually really nice and in a great mood even when I'm there at 6:30am half asleep on my way to work lol. read more

I hate this location. There is no point to doing a mobile order because you stand in the same line as the regular orders. It also seems like they don't make the mobile order until you arrive and ask for it. At least in the drive through line there is reasonable service because they need to get your car through. I've gotten wrong orders given to me in the drive through window, though. I think this location is just extremely busy and they have trouble correctly staffing it sometimes. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. The workers there are literally the nicest people ever! A guy named Dyango(hopefully I spelled it right) always and I mean always has a great attitude!! This is my more convenience Starbucks to go to. Mostly of the time their drive thru is quick. Today was the exception. The drive thru was short but took forever. At the time to order they ran out of Pink drink so, I had to order something else and asked for whipped cream but they ran out of whipped cream. I don't think this is appropriate way to provide a quality service to your customers. I know Starbucks is a very well know company and shouldn't be going thru this. My order says sc mocha hot chocolate. {insert gagging emoji} it's gross. This Starbucks branch on Saticoy and Louise is a very very shitty branch. They sell either rug tasting or bad water tasting coffee. Their customer service is the worst. I called to complain about my drink and was credited before by phone with the bad coffe I got but today it's different. They made me physically come back to get credited and yet I waited a long time to be serviced for my return. Vary poor Starbucks location this is in Saticoy and Louise. I go to this Starbucks often and while the drive thru is a nice convenience they make you wait in line with those ordering to pick up mobile orders at the window. They also frequently run out of sandwiches and pastries so I would not recommend ordering those ahead unless you want to deal with having to get a refund. You have to wait in line any way. They always apologize but it would be nice if they stocked the store better. read more

They definitely get 5 for smiling friendly faces, but literally every time I come I have to check my order at the window then pull over to check again because something is always missing. Blueberries for my oatmeal one time, a cheese croissant another, egg bites another.
