Whole store's employees have understanding problem. Every time I say light ice, they always give me 2/3 cup of ice. I'm not paying 5 bucks for your fuking ice. I can get 10lbs of ice for 5 bucks from Safeway. THANKS for your **** valuable ice. read more

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I don't come here during the afternoon for a reason. And that reason is customer service. There's a specific guy who works there with dark skin and curly hair. He always has an attitude when he's working. Hw gets my drink wrong all the time and today was the last straw. I've just had it with people who thinks they can work in a customer service place And can't even service the people with correct customer service. I don't get it Nd I never will. Cute little Starbucks on the corner right by Bart. They have a parking garage, but that's not very convenient. They offer street parking but it fills up extremely fast! They had my coffee done fast! And wasn't busy for a Monday morning at 7:30! Which is great! read more

We were so excited to have this Starbucks open with in walking distance of our house. We have been here about a dozen times, and order the same 2 drinks every time. 2 tall cappuccinos. Every now and then we got a good cup, all the rest were burnt, bitter, and really disgusting. That is, WHEN they managed to serve us our coffee at all. Let me just say that this is not a bad review for Starbucks, it's a bad review for THIS Starbucks. The baristas always seem confused and frazzled, but since this is a new store we have been pretty forging, and kept coming back as part of our Saturday morning walk. Not after today though, today was the coup de grace. We ordered our drinks as usual but mixed things up by ordering a yogurt and apple juice for our 2 year old son. 20 minutes later we had one drink and were STILL waiting for the 2nd while everyone who as in line behind us walked put with their drinks. I finally asked the barista making drinks if she even had a cappuccino on the line. She didn't but assured me she would make it immediately. Meanwhile my son was now running around the stiflingly warm cafe screaming and banging on the table. I was beyond embarrassed and frustrated. But when I continued to see more drinks called out to patrons further and further behind me in the line, I had had enough. I walked up to the counter and told the barista she didn't need to make my cappuccino, because I needed to leave. She called after me that it would only be a few more seconds, she was almost finished with it now. But after waiting over 30 minutes, I was no longer in the mood for what would probably have been a burnt tasting, overly "wet" cappuccino. From now on, we will drive to downtown Walnut Creek, walk to THAT Starbucks and walk around there. read more

I've been here countless times; best Starbucks I know. The staff is friendly and competent. I've seen a review here say that the staff is unfriendly; I don't know who they mean, everybody here is amazing. Drinks are made perfectly, I can always count on a friendly chat and they make an effort to remember my name and my usual order. The store is spacious and clean, and I love the outdoor seating. I'd recommend driving a bit further to come to this Starbucks; it's that good. read more

Beverages and service are standard good Starbucks. However restrooms are not. Went there one day and the toilet was a mess. I figured OK they just hadn't had time to clean it yet so I gave them a pass. Came back two days later and the same sh*t was on the toilet. That's not up to Starbucks usual high standards. read more

I walked into the Starbucks literally 7 minutes before they were closing, and the barista Fatima welcomed me with a smile and she she asked what I would like to order. I noticed the store was literally empty so I asked are you closing she told me we close soon but don't worry about it what would you like today? She was so nice and genuine considering I was that customer that came in minutes before closing. I felt so bad I was going to leave but everyone there was so nice! I super like this bucks. Never had a drink made wrong here (yet! crossing fingers), its also super close to plesant hill bart so it provides a good stopping point before or after while waiting for rides since the area isnt all that safe. Only minus star is that the parking situation here is terribad! read more

I like this location as it is next to the BART station and the service is always good. The food and beverages here are your standard Starbucks faire and there never has been a long line. The best part is that you can park in the back lot in the residential area for 30 min, so you don't have to fight for street parking out front. read more

Having lived in WC for 12yrs now, I've able to scope-out the local tea/coffee warehouses. And though I have difficulty admitting it.......I am a Starbucks devotee. As the product of a childhood spent in a mom & pop pharmacy, pre-corporate, soda-fountain-type establishment; I make attempt to support the independent small bizness person. Here, I make an exception......and I'm not even a coffee drinker. But I can consistently count on the crew of baristas at 'my' 'Bucks ( as a friend uses the familiar) to move the line along, know my drink order , specifics X3? and keep tabs on my recycled travel cups. They also delivered in a gentle manner, as gently as possible, preparing for my disappointment; when told the spinach square would no longer be on the menu. My heart was broken and continues to be in the mend. Kudos to the crew at the Starbucks in front of the WC/Pleasant Hill BART. Thanks for making each visit delightful! read more

Perfect, I love this Starbucks because they have a great space for business meetings, studying, or having your favorite coffee with your loved one. The variety of chairs and tables are awesome, every time I go there with a different thing in mind, I find a suitable chair and table for it. read more

I've been coming to this Starbucks since 2014 -- five years -- and the single use unisex restroom doors still don't lock. Finally, my friend and I mentioned the lack of functioning locks to a barista yesterday. The barista's response was to smile and shrug. I usually use a large garbage can and handbag to barricade the door, or at least make it more difficult for people to push it open while preparing to shout -- which I have to do on occasion. Is this location too cheap and negligent to invest in a couple of hook-and-eye latches? read more

I don't understand the lack of stars. This is the best Starbucks in the Concord/Walnut Creek area. Lots of seating, the taller employee in the back is on top of things, and there is plenty of parking in the area (you might need to walk a little but it's there). The staff is super friendly too! I drive by three Starbucks to go here because of the service. read more

This Starbucks is close to the Pleasant Hill Bart Station. It has minimal outdoor seating, on a corner of a busy road. A good size inside, not many nooks though for private conversation. read more

For starters, its always 100 degrees in there. The service is terribly slow though. I work on the same block and only go there if/when I must. It's no mystery that starbucks is past prime but this location is one of the worst i've been to. Hospitality or personal service is mot just lacking, it's entirely absent. I'm at the point where I'm done with this location, no matter how desperate I am. There is a coffee shop in the Renaissance and in the JMH building. No need give business to somewhere that doesn't deserve it. Just my $0.02 though. read more

They have all been so great and friendly, they have even attempted many times to remember my name (not a common name at all) as well as my usual drink. I live upstairs so this is extremely convenient! As I bought my beans, grinder, and espresso machine, I usually make my own espresso at home. However, once in a while I'll go downstairs for some whipped cream and they provide it free of charge. When I do order drinks they are always pleasant, made-to-order, and fast. read more

I have never before been to a Starbucks where people tether their noisy dogs to a bench or tree and proceed to abandon them for upwards of 30 min to go inside and enjoy a coffee while we all are subjected to constant barking, whining and fighting. The best Starbucks in the 925. Why? It is one of the rare spots that has a CLOVER brewing machine. It is right next to Pleasant Hill BART and right next to the Jones bridge (Iron Horse/Canal Trail). The location is bike friendly with plenty of street patio seating and locking facilities. Great meeting point for cyclists and on a main throughway of Treat Blvd for easy access for all, especially on public transit. The inside is also spacious and well laid out. The staff is satisfactory - it's a Starbucks -given- so you may still have to coach/train/teach the "baristas" on how to actually prepare, serve and sometimes make coffee. read more

There's a such thing as my least favorite Starbucks?! Yes. Sadly. Mobile ordering didn't work so well and neither times did it look busy.

This is the best Starbucks I've ever been to based solely on coffee selection. It's new and they have The Clover Brewing technology here. Their Reserve Coffees make life that much better. Blue Java coffee is my favorite. I need to try out the other Selections, but can't get enough of the Indonesian Blue Java. read more

This was the closest non-hotel coffee place I could find/yelp that was close to the Embassy Suites WC. Same SBUX experience elsewhere. This Treat Blvd location is large and cavernous inside... perfect for those that need to office-up. The peppermint mocha drink was crafted nicely, but wowza... it's very sweet. 4-stars. read more

Last time I came here they had fruit flies in the display case (where all of the cookies, brownies etc are). Not just one or two (which Ive never witnessed at any other Starbucks) but like 5+! Yeah, no brownie for me please. Coffee is usually the same caliber of any other Starbucks. But I haven't been back since the fruit fly incident. Cant trust a place that has those flying around and no visible attempt to get rid of them. read more
