Eh. The people here arent very intelligent or friendly...traits that possibly go hand in hand. Last night on the way home with the sick bf, we stopped to get two 'caramel apple spice' drinks, basically hot apple juice with cinnamon dolce syrup topped with whipped cream and caramel. The damn girl no matter how many times we said we would like TWO of the same drink could not seem to get it. And she had the most blah, monotonous Ben Stein voice Ive ever heard. I've only been to this location a few times however the baristas seem to remember my drink every time. Kaelin is always super sweet and accommodating. They once didn't have brewed chai so she went out of her way to make me my chai with their other chai while having a great conversation with me and taking other customers orders and it was still delicious. First off I would like to say this is my favorite Starbucks and staff, ESPECIALLY Andrea. She's so amazing knows my order makes my drink perfect and my food isn't halfway cold, unlike my other experiences from the other Starbucks close to my other job location. I cannot say enough about Sophie, Jessica and Daniel! We were on our way home from LA to Vegas and I needed a little pick-me -up. I wanted to stay alert for the drive but not stay awake all night. Sophie went through the drinks with me making suggestions and listing ingredients so I would know what was in each drink. I settled on one of her suggestions and it was AMAZING! These three young adults were kind, helpful, friendly, just all around great people! Give these kids a raise because they deserve it! They really made my trip special. This review is for the Web ordering. I placed the Web order, showed up. Drive thru line to the street inside there were four in line. (I hit the jack pot, in and out) I went to pick up window, "It will be ready shortly." By the time they handed me my three drinks, not only were the four inside people gone with drinks, but the drive thru was empty. This is the only drive thru Starbucks on my way to work, so I usually hit them up around 6:00-6:30 AM during the week to get my daily tea and sometimes coffee fix. Yes, there is one on the other side of clinton keith, but it is out of my way so even though I don't love this location I know I will keep coming here. My drinks are correct 99% of the time, and the food is always fine which is why this place is getting the two stars it is. My major issue with this place is the employees. Almost every single employee here is disgustingly rude. I've been coming here almost everyday for a year, and no one is the slightest bit friendly that whole time. I gave up walking in after the older woman working there would give me attitude every time I order a pour over vs. machine brewed. I'm sorry, but it definitely tastes better. Now I mostly stick to the drive up and stick to Iced teas, Although the service there hasn't been much better. Still cold, uninterested in their jobs, and giving dirty looks for paying with my app. I really hope they start working on their customer service, in the meantime I may start going across the way to the other location. read more

So after a pretty decent breakfast burrito, I felt the need to wash it down with some hot chocolate. Thankfully at hell's gate is a Starbucks. I pull into the parking lot and notice that its full, except for one spot furthest away from the door. I park rather than use the drive-thru because of the 4 car wait there. I order the Signature Hot Chocolate aka the Sig Choc. It tastes pretty similar to their regular hot chocolate but costs about $.80 more. I don't ask for an explanation since I'm enjoying my tasty beverage. I go outside to sit in the patio area but all the chairs are mysteriously wet. Basically that meant break time was over and it was a sign to get back to the office. The staff was in good spirits. My daughter needed water and when I asked her kindly she was being rude. Her name is Patty. Knocked on the window whilst searching for the hours sign. One lazy 8itch mouthed something from behind the counter rather than coming to the door. Yelp states their hours are from 4.30am M-F. It's Saturday morning and I just want my coffee to start the day, I go in the drive thru, and not only was my order messed up, or my bagel burnt but I got ms sassy pants at the drive true, after telling her 3 times that I only wanted my bagel SLIGHTLY toasted , and it came out burnt. I couldn't even finish it. My coffee was supposed to have two extra pumps of mocha, doesn't taste sweetened at all. When I went back in to tell someone, I was told that I couldn't have a new bagel because they ran out. So I didn't get a breakfast this morning. Especially if they're charging you $.60 for each sauce. I usually go get coffee about 5/6 days at the week I spend about $30 each week for coffee & i spend the extra $.60 for sauce soo that mean Starbucks is getting $3.75 extra out of me each week which means I can get another cup coffee for that price. I have brought it up to management in the morning all he did give me my money back for the coffee. But I still have the same problem.
