This has been my go-to Sbucks since I moved to the Murrieta Valley from the Bay Area (Go A's!), and in recent time the drink quality has just deteriorated. I'll go ahead and blame the new hires. You see, when I get folks like Julie, Steven, David, or Melissa taking and making my order, it's always perfect. My drink order isn't that complicated. Starbucks drink, add soy. Always disappointed in this location! A caramel frappuccino should come with caramel drizzle already. This should not be an "extra" request. Therefore, when a customer does ask for extra caramel two little squirts on the whipped cream should not be considered extra. Every other Starbuck's that I frequent gets it but this location does not. Coat the sides of the cup, add the drink, and then top off with yummy whipped cream and more caramel drizzle. If I am paying over $5 bucks for the drink, it should be done correctly. Send your baristas back to Starbuck's school to perfect this drink please! Also, ordered the smoked-bacon, cheddar, biscuit sandwich. Got all the way to work (almost an hour away) only to find they gave me a sausage sandwich on a muffin. This location is truly a hit or miss....sometimes everything is ok....sometimes its a nightmare. But, they do have a drive in....but it can be a hit or miss as well. On one occasion, I had ordered four drinks...but the were out of carriers and asked if I wanted a bag....um....REALLY? Then, when I got my drinks, the lids on the top were the frap lids with the big hole in the top...they were out of lids too...problematic when you just offered to put my four glasses of hot coffee into a bag....now with leaking lids.....However, they are generally nice and friendly. I've been coming to this Starbucks frequently for the last few years. In order to save time in the morning, I typically Place a mobile order so that I can just go on inside and pick it up. However, for the past month, I have not been able to go inside because the doors have been locked, despite their hours stating that they open at 4:15. I stood outside for about 5 minutes yesterday looking like an idiot while the female baristas, who looked straight at me , didn't even take the time to acknowledge my presence, Or express any kind of concern that it customer was at the door at 5:15 . Then, again, today, the door was Locked. So I went through the drive-through , Which, by the way, I don't want to have to do, which is why I do the mobile ordering. .. I get to the drive-through window, and it takes about another 10 minutes to get my order . I don't understand why mobile ordering is even an option for this location as I can't make my morning any quicker, Nor do I realize how somebody who works in customer service can be so damn rude to their customers And not even acknowlege the fact that they are standing outside. Hopefully they can pick up the slack and make this the Starbucks that it used to be , Because quite honestly, it used to be the best Starbucks around. read more

I stopped by this Starbucks drive thru today on my way home from work, the cashier was a little rude but bearable. I ordered a venti iced coffee with 2 pumps of toffee nut & light soy, a Mango black tea unsweetened and a shortbread frap cookie for my son. Not only did they forget my son's cookie, but My tea was loaded with sweetener. Also My coffee was more cream than anything, so I couldn't even enjoy (being that I am lactose intolerant) Next time I'll drive down to the other Starbucks on Clinton Keith near Barons. read more

So my first time back and my order was correct but Donna was back at the window. With this location be my most frequented Starbucks I have seen her in action before. Normally very bubbly and friendly to customers. But now she knows who I am and is definitely not that bubbly person. It's unfortunate that she made a mistake and can't own up to it. I really try to avoid this place because they get my orders wrong a lot. We were having work done on our house this morning, so I decided to get coffees and breakfast from Starbucks because it was quick, simple, and I wouldn't be in the worker's way. I had my toddler with me, so I decided that going through a drive through would be the most efficient plan, and this Starbucks was the closest one. I honestly thought to myself, "I wish there was another drive through that was closer but hopefully they'll get my order right." Sure enough, they managed to get both my coffee orders wrong, and they forgot half my order when I pulled up to the window. Just really frustrating, and I feel like I wasted my money. I'll just stick to my regular black coffee from now on because that seems to be the only coffee they know how to make. I would've given them 1 Star but I'm feeling generous today. read more

This morning on my way to work I stopped by here to get my normal coffee, when I got my drink it tasted like milk and only had like 3 ice cubes in it. I called them to let them know and they were very apologetic and offered me a free drink and a gift card for the amount I spent on the coffee. I didn't see a yelp page for the Starbucks inside Albertsons, so im yelping this Starbucks. I went in an ordered my $5 grande coffee and also asked for a cup of ice for my coworker who had bought a venti tea earlier. The barista stated that a cup of ice was 25 cents, I said fine begrudgingly. When my coffee was ready I asked for my ice. She said she didn't charge me for it. I asked if she could just give me a cup and she stated no... But if I wanted to go get a quarter she would give me some ice! Seriously! I spend $5-8 dollars everyday and a cup of ice is too much to ask for?? Starbucks.. You suck! But since I'm addicted I will continue to give you my hard earned money.
