Horrible service. The heavy set Hispanic woman is extremely rude. I accidentally picked up someone's sealed bag that I thought was part of my wife's mobile order, the bag had no name or receipt on it. After realizing it wasn't mine I returned it and the lady scolded me saying it wasn't mine. Like no sh*t, that's why I brought it back. I did come back and let her know it's not okay to look at people with anger when they make a mistake. I ordered on the app and didn't get the correct drink. I paid extra to add cold foam to my drink, but they didn't add it, even though it said it on the app. I tried calling to get it figured out asap, since I was on my 15, but no one from the store answered. I visited Starbucks and ordered one of my go-to drinks in Trenta, the Dragon Drink. I have to admit it tasted a little more watery than usual, but not undrinkable. The staff were super friendly, and some baristas were in training. I appreciated that even though I hadn't ordered yet at the time that they still let me use the restroom, and bonus points for having water out in the public! I think this was the only Starbucks location that had that. The restrooms here were very clean, and the seating area is petite but had a very rustic, homey feeling. Most of the seating has vanished, peeling wallpaper, scratches on walls, bathrooms are out of order, noticeable trash on the floors and I could go on... This Starbucks has messed up my orders in the past. No biggie it happens but what really made me post this review was this morning I ordered a pumpkin cream cheese muffin via app and found out after I'd taken an initial bite that there was mold on the cream cheese!! I spat out what I bit then brushed and gargled like no tomorrow. When you fail to check the product you sell to your customers, I am hesitant to purchase any food from this Sbux branch in the future. Stopped by to meet a friend around 5:30 pm Wasnt too busy, but a good crowd. No line, so I was able to get my drink quick. The employee was super nice, but she gave me an extra $10 change by mistake..i returned it to her, but hopefully customers are decent enough to return it when it happens. My two stars are for the ridiculously dirty spaces. The tables were dirty, covered in trash, crumbs, and liquids, as were the floors. They didn't have a line, maybe a customer or two in the 30 minutes I was there, and they could have easily done a quick sweep and wipe down. There were also about 10 rambunctious punks yelling and horsing around in the cafe, not at any moment did an employee ask them to quiet down, leave, or call security/police. Professional and friendly baristas serve up yummy treats with a good helping of kindness and smiles. In terms of Starbucks, its what you expect of starbucks. But why 5 stars? After placing my order for a 12 oz tall drink, I received an 8 oz cup with a lid that did not fit and the drink immediately started leaking. Usually I get caramel frappuccino, but last few times I ordered vanilla bean cream frscappuccino. First time trying it I was impressed, but last time it was very watery, just like cold milk. After writing reviews for dozens of Starbucks locations, it gets old after a while. I tend to be content just checking in and leaving it at that. I have to make an exception for this location. Situated across the street from a high school, the place was slammed with over-caffeinated teens by 3:20pm. The way they handled all those kids was exceptional. Within 15 minutes the place was completely packed but the lines were kept short by the barristas that must be accustomed to working a heavy rush like that. Hats off to you! read more

A few words about a place which was my office for a week while my car broke down and I was immobile while traveling. It's a hidden away little cafe tucked in a small shopping center so I had overlooked it. Only when my car broke down and I had to walk did I notice it. It wasn't very inspirational as it is just adjacent a big Ralph's parking lot so I had no big expectations as I walked in but the first lady who served me made all the difference. I haven't seen her working here that often since but the other baristas all have similar spirit and it is probably something that trickles from the management of this branch. Well... back to my experience... being low income and yet feeling mandatory to support a business I am enjoying I had bought my warm drink here but also asked for 3-4 cups of hot water per day to hydrate my self in this winter, make my soup. I purchased greens and bread at the near by market and along with the Starbucks drink had my breakfast in the outdoor seating area and the staff here was always kind and accepting. One day I walked in and was offered a coffee taste from a batch of french press that they, the baristas on shift, had prepared for themselves, which was very earthy and soothing on an empty stomach. They also told me, as I enjoyed it, that I can order it, which I never knew before. another day, my drink was served warm but not hot, they offered to discard it and make a new one. I didn't want them to throw it away (waste food) and was about to let it be and have the drink as is, they told me to have my seat and then brought me another similar but hot drink. (P.S - the hot water they use in this branch comes out less hot then other branches, maybe calibrating the thermostat or the likes...) The employees really seem to care and enjoy the place and the clients and are friendly, personal and easy going. Although young they don't have their own loud party as I had seen in other branches and that helps to keep it a working and chilling environment. One thing to mention is sometimes the air feels tight inside, I heard before that the Starbucks' shops climate system is controlled from a remote location, so that has to be addressed to that level. These are all improvement remarks are small change compared to the overhaul comfy-kind-friendly-easy going feel of this place and I gladly give them the 5 stars read more

Disappointing! Let me tell you have disappointed I am with this Starbucks customer service. Me and one of my closest friends decided that since today was a very hot day, that we'd go for a Starbucks drink. We walked in the Starbucks exhausted from walking the whole day hoping to have a drink while we wait for my friend's mom to pick us up. We ordered our drinks and waited in the waiting line. Due to the coronavirus most of the stores are at strict regulations so the store had no seats and being exhausted from walking in the blazing sun we both leaned against the wall as support. Few minutes later this female barista with blonde hair (who I could not get the name of) rudely told both of us to stop leaning against the wall. A bit irritated we did what she said since it might be covid-19 regulations or something. After that we got our drinks and left the store in hopes of finding a shady place to stay under while we wait. That's when we saw that they had a patio. The patio was pretty much empty and had no one around it, so once again as EXHAUSTED as we were, thought it could be a good place to wait for my friend's mom. We stood there for some time talking while using the railing of the patio as a support. Literally few minutes later the same blonde female barista came outside and rudely told us to not stand/stay in the patio. Obviously not wanting to start a argument with this "amazing" barista, me and my friend walked away from the patio. Luckily not even seconds later my friend's mom came right on time to pick us up. I am really disappointed with the fact that I wasted my money at this Starbucks with the treatment me and my friend got. I hope that in the future this Starbucks teach their employees how to treat their customers appropriately. Everyone is going through a lot during these times and people should know that treating others good can make a person's day so much better. There was no need for us to be kicked out from the patio when all we were doing is getting some shade from the sun while waiting for our ride. I used to hate Starbucks, but I've learned Hatin's bad. When you realize you're not just paying $3 for a cup of coffee, but the whole experience and ambiance, then you see it's worth it. Or is it? I've been to Starbucks where it wasn't so nice, the service crappy. But rest assure that's not the case here. The employees are all fantastic. I roll here a couple times a week, as my mailbox place is next door. I mix my protein shake in with the ice coffee. Its announcing to the staff, but they always accommodate. Even though they now have a Starbucks at the Ralph's too, no chance I'd miss rolling here. Like I said, the coffee is all the same, but the staff here absolutely rocks.
