It was fine/good. We went on a Saturday and they were busy or short staffed - I didn't know which. We got seated right away (no wait). But it took a few minutes before a server got our drink order. And we didn't have silverware until after receiving our food. The bacon was over cooked. I love crispy bacon, but this was borderline burnt and dry. The pancakes are large as are the portions for coffee and crepes. They do offer a kids menu and drinks, which I really value and thus 4 stars. The price was around $50 for 2 breakfast plates, 2 kids drinks, a coffee and a soda. So...it's about what I'd expect to pay anywhere (nowadays) for the same. read more

We had the American Classic breakfast and it was very good. Eggs were good, the bacon was crispy, the gravy was good, and the hash browns were perfect. This was a LOT of food! Compare how much food you do get to how much you think you SHOULD get at other restaurants. You're not going to be disappointed (or go away hungry) here. The service was good. Extremely EXPENSIVE for breakfast!!!! The drinks are nice, but a bit pricey. The food is good, but a bit pricey. Anything that you add on is pricey, as in 2 slices of bacon is $5. Adding anything in is another fee of $1- $5. First time, and won't go back. The waitress made the third star possible. She was pretty great. So, all in all, when you add everything for three people together, you've dropped $100. read more

Great diner food with an upscale interior. Place was full and we got a seat in about 20 min. Clean and sanitized. Great cup of coffee , food was good but not off the charts. Like I said, diner food but with a fancy wrapper. I had corned beef hash and eggs cuz I'm ole school and wife had migas. Eggs Benedict were also at the table but the sauce was a little sweet. Just had to walk out on Sunday 6/26 at 11am they had full staff but the staff was extremely lazy and didn't want a family of 5. Went there for the first time yesterday with my son and this place was delicious. The staff was all extremely friendly as well. My son got a waffle and he loved it, I got a bacon omelette with a side of biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were the softest most fluffy things I've had! The gravy had great flavor as well. We are new to the Aubrey area. We drive by this place all the time. Last night we pulled in at almost closing time. There was only one booth with people and we ended up being the last of the day. So I ordered a patty melt. Delicious. Cooked to perfection. Battered fries. My grandson had the chicken fingers and fries and they were awesome. My wife had a standard breakfast with pancakes. We rarely season food after cooking it, because we believe that properly cooked food doesn't require seasoning after being cooked, in most instances. All of the ingredients appeared present to make good dishes, but it was terribly under seasoned, which is really unusual in most restaurants these days. I don't know if the hobo skillet and the corned beef hash and hash browns we received were a reasonable sample of the cafe's food or not, but we both added salt to our meals, and I added pepper to the hobo skillet to give it much taste at all. It's sad, really, because the ingredients seemed good and if proper seasoning had been cooked into the food it probably would have been excellent. read more

ordered from them a 2nd time through Uber eats. first time they delivered sausage gravy and biscuits with no sausage gravy!! this time I ordered 2 orders of sausage gravy and biscuits. they only delivered one order. messed up Uber eats orders seems to be their norm. think I'm gonna have to find another place for sausage gravy and biscuits that verifies the orders correct and complete before sending it out the door. read more

Great selection of foods and they have fresh orange juice. The workers do well with keeping up with tables considering how busy they are. I was warned that the crepes were bland and they weren't kidding it tasted like nothing. There was strawberry jam on the table so that got it fixed. The typical customer is old white people so that was kinda sad too see not much diversity on that I prefer eating out at locations where the customer base is varied since the food tends to be way better.
